It is quite and dimly lit so you can fully relax. They encourage you to relax with spa music and decor. The massage chairs and additional chair massage are fantastic and my pedicure feels and looks great.

Absolutely AMAZING! This is Raleigh's best kept secret. The massage technicians are outstanding and very professional along with the nail technicians. The atmosphere is set for relaxing. I recommend this to everyone within 30 miles maybe even 60 miles because its definitely worth the drive. They even showed us how we can save money with different specials they offer.

I highly suggest this spa for a pedicure! I made an appointment and went on a weekday night. I was seen promptly by the staff at the front desk and immediately taken to my chair. There were two women who oversaw my treatment here and both were phenomenal! The spa has a very relaxing vibe. The staff have done amazing things to the inside of the space to make it feel like it is not in the middle of a busy shopping district. Quietness is a rule there and it makes the experience that much more relaxing, especially in our loud/busy lives these days. I will definitely be back.

I can't be selfish with this one although I'm tempted to keep it all to myself, you need to know about this place. The ambience is quiet, with a tasteful, Asian decor, paper screens to separate the areas and soft music. So relaxing. People whisper, really. The soak and scrub is awesome, scented with essential oils and flowers. The add-on service of reflexology is what really takes this place to another level. You're moved to an easy chair, cozied with a blanket and the reflexologist comes in and really works you over. In a great way. Very reasonably priced as well with the massage only adding about $1 per minute. Enjoy.

Walked in,after rearranging my schedule to specifically visit this nail salon. However when I walked in, (no hello) a lady stated “if you are here to for a pedicure no one is available.” It was 7:01pm on Wednesday June 19, 2019!!!!!!

I have always enjoyed visiting salons to get pedicures and manicures...that's a given. I stumbled upon Relax Foot Spa recently and signed up for a pedicure with Lemon Grass essential oil and an hour reflexology foot massage. Heaven!!! I was so relaxed and comfortable. The service team is always so professional and dedicated to ensuring your experience is an amazing one. Wonderful job every time! I definitely recommend visiting this place. Make sure it is the one over in Brier Creek. Same location as to where the Walmart is located. You will be relaxed, happy and glad you did.

Been wanting to write a review since we came a few weeks ago. This place is amazing. All the staff were very nice and did great jobs on both of us. Atmosphere was nothing like your typical nail salon, even better. Although only some were fluent in english (not a big deal); other than that we will definitely be back and looking forward to it.

Tried out the Deluxe Girly Foot Reflexology spa package today after the place was recommended to me by a few friends. It was a wonderful experience and well worth it. Service was considerate and impeccable. Absolutely no complaints. I was even pleasantly surprised when the fragrances (essential oils, herbal/floral scents) floating around were mild enough to not cause me any discomfort as I'm usually rather sensitive. I will definitely treat myself there again!

I travel 25 minutes each way to get pedicures here. The girly pedicure is my favorite, as it comes with a long (45 minute I think) massage. It takes about 2 hours and it's my favorite time to spend on myself. It's quiet and relaxing here and the staff are really sweet. Call ahead for an appointment if you can manage it.

I used to love this place!! I would even take relatives from California to this place and they loved it. They got new management and people to massage and they have not had training. This guy told me my bicep was a knot and was trying to workout my muscle which is not a knot!! I’ve also NEVER had allergic reactions to lotions or any skin products and when I left after an hour or two I broke out in hives. This guy must have had something on his hands beforehand and every area he touched, I broke out horribly. On top of that I paid $80 for this to pull and rub my skin, not massage. When I asked him to go harder he proceeded to pull my arms and legs harder not massage. Horrible experience which is so sad because the old owners were amazing. Don’t go.

Alright ya’ll... let me tell you. One of the best expierences i’ve ever had, this establishment blew me away. My mother and I decided to get some pedicures, and was told the wait 30-60 min wait (ehh) It was a weekend though, so we can’t complain. The decor is very pretty, good amount of spa chairs, and pleasant surprise when the take you to an extended part of the place. Our services were amazing, very friendly and attentive. Pedicure, polish, and reflexology = perfect! Don’t know what else to say but if you haven’t tried them out yet, please do! I recommend an appointment though, they seem very busy on weekends.

Not for a mom with a small baby. The owner lady made me feel very uncomfortable the few minutes I was there. Not only did she try to force me to cover when feeding my baby, she asked me to leave and waiting for my husband to finish his service so he could handle our baby, she wasnt crying just cooing. It was a Monday so not busy at all. I have been hear plenty of times but after traveling an hour today to enjoy some time with my husband I am very disappointed. I got my pedicure but no polish or anything.

This is our go-to place for pedicures. The quality of service is far beyond any other pedicure I've ever had; for $37, you get so much more than just painted toes. The staff is lovely and they truly care that you have a wonderfully relaxing experience.

I was in Durham for one day and decided to look up a place for foot massage. So glad I stumbled onto this wonderful place. From entry to exit I was treated and handled with care. The combination of reflexology and pedicure services take this place above the average pedicure salon. Well worth the price. I chose the relax spa pedicure with 30 minute reflexology and lavender salts. I drank white tea during the pedicure and fell asleep to calming music during my reflexology treatment, all the while surrounded by the sound of soft bubbling water and soothing aromas. No brash sounds of cell phones or loud talking allowed! I wished I lived in Raleigh-Durham. If I did, this would be my new go to place for my feet. Highly recommended. You can book online, but call if you find there are no available appointments online. There may be an opening.

The skill set of the staff is less than sub par. The pedicure leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to quality and nail painting. The staff does not know how to handle busy days or walk ins. I was expecting a pedicure. What I got was the best foot massage I've ever had outside of Thailand and my new go-to foot spa. Peaceful, dark, comfortable, charming. You think the weird, synthesized, pan-Asian music will drive you mad, but then you realize the repetitiveness of it is actually lowering your brain gently into a rare pool of non-thought.

5-Star All The Way - From An Exceptionally Picky Person! I decided to treat my husband and I to a pedicure the last day of our Thanksgiving vacation. We had the whole family to our house (all 15+) for Thanksgiving and after hours and hours of getting the house ready and hours and hours of cleaning up after the party - we were beat. I am VERY, VERY picky and have my salon that I have gone to for 9 years and vow it is the best place in Raleigh. It is a 20 minute drive for me and I am committed to them... but they were not open today so I decided to take a risk and book our treat time here. I can not say anything other than 5-star all the way. I loved the atmosphere. It is not super fancy like a hotel or anything like that, but extremely relaxing environment and you forget the outside world when going in. We both got a pedicure with massage. They sat us in a super comfy room, low lit room with recliners and then we got parrffin wax on our feet. Then the massage experts came in the room and gave us both hand and arm massages (which we did not expect) PLUS our leg and foot massages. After 15 minutes of that, we were off the pedicure area. Then I can honestly say I got the best pedicure of my life which is saying something - I have 20 years experience behind my belt. SO I will definitely try this place again.

Every time we come visit family in Raleigh, we make it a point to stop in for a foot reflexology special. They do a little bit of everything -a massage of face, scalp, legs and Shoulders (my favorie part :) They know all the right places to rub your feet and which pressure points to bring relief! I especially love how you get to pick which herbs to soak your feet in! They do such an amazing job! It is worth the 1000 miles to drive from Wisconsin. The atmosphere is pure bliss! I am actually letting my toes dry right now but I have to leave such an AMAZING review!! I was not expecting this at all when I came in.. I was just expecting the basic pedicure.. oh no was I wrong!! When they mean relaxing, it’s no joke! I came here today for my birthday with my sister in law (who is on crutches and they were VERY accommodating, made her and I very comfortable!). I walked in (I called ahead for an appointment with like 30min notice again VERY accommodating) and they greeted us promptly and told us to pick out our shade color. They had a lot of red, pinks, nudes, and purples and a few of other colors which didn’t personally bother me because they had what I wanted! They say us down, gave us our little leg scrub and so on so on. BUT BOOOOIIIII!!!!!! When they were done with that, they showed us to a little recliner area ... I’m like okay cool this is where we are getting our toes done no no no nooooo this is where we were getting a massage ...... LORD ! I fell asleep. It was soooooo relaxing. I sat down, they put some bags on my feet with some warm liquid, tied it, came over with a WARM HEATED BLANKET, leaned me back in the recliner, and started giving me a massage OKAY OKAY !!! I started drifting off to sleep ..

This place is awesome if you are looking for a more elaborate pedicure! They specialize in foot reflexology, and anytime you get a pedicure you get a miniature foot reflexology massage in a separate cushioned chair in a private room. The prices are great, it’s the same as your typical nail place but the value is much better for what you get!! I would recommend asking for “P” for your nail technician, she was super sweet and helpful and did a great job on my nails, definitely going the extra mile to make sure it’s perfect and to your liking!

If you are wanting a relaxed pedicure without the loudness of other nail salons plus a massage...this is the spot! Beautifully decorated & wonderful staff! Will definitely be back for another massage! They took the best care of the 3 of us and made sure we were able to stick together during our visit.

Great pedicure BUT I WON'T BE GOING BACK. I received a 5-star pedicure- my rating is based on my experience. First - the gentleman that checked me in speaks limited English. Second, the nice gal that did my pedicure spoke NO English. I told the gentleman that checked me in I wanted a basic pedicure and he referred me to the $38 option. Third, there was no explanation by anyone as to the different packages and quite honestly even if they had I still would have requested the $38 package. Imagine my surprise when I'm taken to another portion of the spa after my basic pedicure (pre-polish) for an arm, hand, leg and foot massage. Last, after my polish dried I checked out and was given the price of $45. When I questioned the price another gentleman adjusted my price back to $38 but then commented about "all the work" he had done for the 20 minute massage. So am I supposed to pay for miscommunication given English is limited and no one explained the different options - what's to misunderstand when someone says "basic pedicure"? In the end the comment was unwarranted for a first time visitor. I'll go somewhere else for a pedicure - I don;t meed a massage and don;t even like massages - I need someone to keep my feet pretty and not keep me there for over an hour. And of course, I feel like awful about not wanting to pay $45 (plus gratuity) - with that said I am a 20% tipper. I was there for over an hour but waited just a few minutes to be seated in a pedi chair. This is a very dark, quiet spa - everyone whispers. Very clean and seems sanitary in terms of the pedi bowls and tools used. I would absolutely recommend this salon if I knew someone that wanted these type of services. Please note - I'm not sure if they offer manicures.

If you are going to spend money on a pedicure, DO NOT EVER - I repeat, DO NOT EVERR - spend your money any where else!!! This place is a hidden treasure. You spend the same amount of money but you get soooo much more. From the hot tea options they offer to drink, to the herbs they add to the tub, to the blankets, pillows, and recliners while they massage, to the quiet and relaxing overall spa environment...the little touches they incorporate make all the difference. And as a massage therapist myself, let me share...it was the BEST 20 minute foot massage I’ve ever had in my life. Instead of doing a quick, crappie “tease” of a massage at the pedi station, they bring you back into a quiet spa area, where an actual therapist works their magic. Mae was wonderful!!! And you get all of this for the same amount of money you’d spend at anyyyy other nail salon?! You’d be crazy not to come here instead. I’m moving to Dallas next month and I PRAY that I find a place as amazing as this. I’ll be making an appointment every time I come home to NC to visit. Just wish they offered gel polish!! But I’d still give 10 stars if it was an option :)

Unfortunately we never got a chance to experience the services at this location. After coming two weekends in a row, with appointments, and waiting for more than an hour combined, my husband and I were unable to receive services. We brought our daughter with us because we’re new parents and that’s the only way we can have time together. The first time we came, we waited for 45 minutes and she was asleep, quiet and peaceful the entire time. We timed it specifically so that she would be exactly this way. The second time, we waited 15 minutes, again with an appointment, and then were repeatedly questioned about what we were going to do if our baby started crying because they have a “full house.” I can understand being asked once, but multiple times, when our child is sleeping peacefully and hasn’t made one sound? When we’ve made it clear that we are both prepared to take her out immediately if needed and that we would never interrupt the experience of others. It was very disrespectful and condescending. I realize that this establishment is very busy and likely doesn’t care about losing our business, but this was a terrible experience for us.

The ambiance here is amazing!!!! The 20 min massage I received took place in a quiet serene room with low lighting and soft music. I also received a pedixure... which was done miraculously. Except, I would have liked the nail tech to use one more coat of colored polish in order to solidify the color and make it pop just a bit more. In conclusion the experience was just so peaceful and relaxing.

This place is amazing. Wonderful, detailed pedicures that INCLUDE a foot massage. And not just sitting in the pedicure chair! You're taken to the massage/reflexology area for a 20 minute super relaxing massage. Then you're brought back out to put on a coat of polish before you leave. GREAT service for an amazing price. I had a pedicure and hot stone massage on Sunday. By Monday afternoon, one toe was totally bare and one toe looked like the nail polish had a hole in it. Pretty much all I did between getting the pedicure and having it disappear was eat dinner, go to sleep, and drive in the car, so we're not talking about normal nail polish-destroying activities. The massage was nice and the place is relaxing, but ultimately I paid $50 for a full pedicure that lasted less than 24 hours. Would not recommend. I'm not particularly local and was visiting with a friend (who, by Thursday, was also missing a whole toe's worth of polish

I absolutely love this place. I visit about twice a month because I have to keep my toenails looking good. The Relax Foot Signature Spa/Pedicure is my service of choice and it is a wonderful deal because of the 30 minute foot massage. Other salons rush through this process which the best part of a pedicure. I love the setup of the service, the relaxing atomosphere in the midst of the busy Brier Creek shopping center and most of the all, the customer service everyone gives you. My favorite massage therapist are Ms. Vilma and Ms. Besy. The front desk staff always greets you with a smile. Thank you again! ❤

I came for the first time on my birthday and this was not only the best experience I've had in North Carolina but the best experience I've ever had!! We did the girly deluxe pedicures and Ahchan and Milly were absolutely incredible! They were very accommodating booking us last minute and also offer a great rewards program! So happy to have found this place and can't wait to come back!!!

My boyfriend surprised me with an appointment here, and from the second I walked in I was wowed. Now im only 20, but the employees here treated me no different than their more mature guests. The man at the front desk was so sweet, and the pedicure and massage itself was amazing. Their prices are great, not too expensive. The place itself looked AMAZING. It's decorated so nicely, and everything looks be so clean. I'll definitely be back

WOW! This place is amazing! Definitely not a typical foot spa. It's dim lit and quiet. They offer drinks including wine. It's more of an experience that a pedicure. Very nice and quiet music. I absolutely LOVE it. I will definitely be back!!!

This place is AMAZING! I visited for the first time today with a friend, who is a frequent client, and I quickly realized why she loves Relax Foot Spa so much. First, note that they have a cell phone policy that requires you to put phones in silent or vibrate mode while receiving services. Second, the lights are dim throughout your visit, which adds to the calm, relaxing feel of the spa. I got a 30-minute foot massage and 15-minute chair massage, both of which were awesome. I walked in planning to get a longer chair/back massage, but the associate at the reception desk was honest and said anything longer than 15 minutes would probably be too painful for me. Boy, was he right! The massage was quite thorough and a lot of pressure was used, which was great for helping me to de-stress. I feel so much more relaxed and "loose" since my massage this afternoon. The foot spa was equally wonderful. At the end of the massage, a warm stone was used on my feet, which felt awesome. The customer service here is also TOP NOTCH! I plan to visit again for a pedicure soon.

I'll start with the atmosphere. They play light music and keep the lights dim. It's pretty quiet (but not eerily so) and the decorations are Asian inspired. I was taken quickly to my spot for my pedicure (but the website does state that you should allow yourself extra time because their appointments often run over). I appreciate the care that was taken to ensure the job as done in full (calluses removed, cuticles cut etc.) and not doing it in a hurried fashion. After your pedicure, you're taken to another, private, area for your reflexology massage. This room was a bit too cold for me but the large beach towel they provide helps with that (not sure if that's the point of the towel though). The reflexology its definitely nice and relaxing as well. After that, you'll go back to the open room to get your nail color. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend and return to this place.

I had a few friends rave about this place so I decided to try it. I wasn’t impressed. The customer service was great, my pedicure was like any other I’d had, the massage was nice, it wasn’t a REAL massage. I expected a good foot massage, it was more like rubbing oil up and down my leg. Had my toes painted, sat under the dryer for about twenty minutes, left around 6:30. Put on flip flops when I got him to ensure drying. Got in bed around 10pm, woke up to toes sticky and full of lint. Hoping they will fix it for free.

The BEST place to go in Raleigh for a pedi! More than just your typical pedicure! The massage was wonderful and they take their time and go above and beyond to truly make it a relaxing environment. You will NOT be disappointed :)

I absolutely love relax foot spa. It is so quiet and has such a calming atmosphere. you will feel like you have transcended into some type of spa resort once you walk in here. I love to take as many girlfriends as I can when I go just to share the relaxing experience with them. I love to get the pedicure as well as the 30 minute massage. They really only deal with feet so don't go there with the expectation that you can also get a full set or even a manicure. They strictly only deal with feet and or massages from the knees down. They also do massages for your arms as well, however you don't get undressed for anything. The prices are a tad bit higher than average nail salons however the experience makes up for the cost and the calmness that will come over you as you are receiving the services. I always go here every year on my birthday as a gift to myself and it is well worth it! The staff are super nice and very attentive. If you've never been here before, I say treat yourself at least once on your birthday or for some special occasion and take yourself to the relax foot Spa. Oh, I also took all my bridesmaids for wedding prep!
