The new location is awful. As a local, I was so exited about the new salon because Miss USA was great, but the service at Miss America was horrific. I had the mid-range $32 spa pedicure and recieved no foot/leg massage, just lotion rubbed on quickly. I was the only person in the salon and was rushed in and out. The whole pedicure only lasted 25 minutes and was messy! I will not be back, total waste of money.

Got an eyebrow wax. My eyebrows were shorter on one side than the other somehow. No way to pay tip using your card when you pay but they conveniently have an ATM inside that charges a three dollar fee to use.

I absolutely love coming here! Every one does such a great job regardless of which person is available. It's relaxing and very nice inside. I'm so happy we have a great nail spa in Sneads Ferry!

the first time i went here the lady that did my nails rushed them and did a horrible job, i asked for coffin but they were squared and lumpy. The second time i went i asked for calvin and he did a much better job, and he was very nice and helpful.

They don’t even deserve one star. Key holder was over an hour late to work. The employee laughed and said they were on Asian time. She could not unlock the door and I took my business elsewhere.

They don’t even deserve one star. This is the worst nail salon ever. I’ve gone a couple of times & every single time something (if not everything) is wrong. I’ve tried to give them chances but it gets worse every single time. I rather drive 20/30 minutes to the place in Walmart. I got my nails done yesterday and the polish is very bumpy, thick, uneven and now peeling off with WET polish underneath. The shape is wrong as well and I called to ask for the owner & he is out of town. The worker told me to come in right away and they could get fixed. I came, and “everyone’s busy.” After getting them redone the day after, you can still see spots of old polish under the new polish. The shape is still wrong and very uneven/rounded and not coffin at all. If wasting money and time and getting your nails done two days in a row (for them to still look horrible) is something you want to experience then by all means go to this place.

This place is awesome! They are more than willing to take care of the customer. I have walked in a lil before closing and they still attended to me. If you have any issues, unlike the most they will do what they can to fix it and have you leaving a happy customer.

Great place but a girl that works there she made me bleed and couldn’t even put 1 single dot on my nail she was lazy as heck and didn’t give me the hot towel or massage she couldn’t say one word in English and ripped of my wart

Calvin and his crew did an excellent job with my full set of nails and pedicure today, so relaxing and I would highly recommend this salon, state of the art equipment and techniques, I am a tourist but wish I could come here every 2 weeks!!

This place is a joke! If I could post no stars I would. For starters all my nails are crooked.. Then I went with a friend no one in the store could fire out her design. IT WAS A HEART! You dont but a heart on a nail??? Then I looked up while she was waiting for someone to figure out her heart so see they over charged the hell out of me. Like $20 too much because a sns fill is 25 vs the 45 I was charge!!! Nope never coming back here!!

Not a great experience! Never again! The young man didn't understand what I asked for, it was just a general pedicure with French polish. I didn't even allow him to polish. Ugh.

They don't understand the concept of appointment. Had to wait 30 minutes past appointment time on my first visit and this time they said it would be 45 minutes when I arrived in for my appointment. I called another place and got right in.

Do not recommend. I went in twice for services. The first time the nail tech made several of my cuticles bleed and they hurt for days after. The second time I went in for a mani/pedi. I told the lady doing my feet that two of my toe nails were bruised from my combat training I attended. She nearly rips off one toe nail in the process of pulling (hard) on my toes during the massage. As soon as I got home, my entire toe nail completely fell off. With the gel manicure, the next nail tech used a very coarse file to take off the previous gel. It was so coarse that it took all of it off in mere seconds rather than having to soak and scrape it off. This filed my actual nail down to where they became so brittle that every single one of my nail tips broke off within three days, even with the gel polish on. I also had to remind the guy to do my cuticles since that is the main reason I get my nails done, and he completely forgot that step. Completely disappointed and will not be going back. I spent like $60 just to have everything be completely ruined within mere days.

Went to their new location and it was a disaster. Went in for a fill-in, and she says I’ll do a new set for same price.... nails were not glued on well, different lengths, charged me for a new set. 1 day later- nail fell off 2 days later had to go get them re-done. I will not be going back.

Since opening an additional salon, and a restaurant customer service & quality of work has gone downhill. I have been very disappointed in my nails for the past two visits. Sad because I have been coming in since this location opened and now I’ll have to go elsewhere.

If I could live by this nail solan, I would. The day of my wedding, my bride maid lost everything I was going to do with my nails. My dad and best found this solan! I haven't had the greatest experience with other. Not only did they fit me in at the last minute, my nails were on point. they have looked so well that a month and 2 weeks later my nails still look great. I added some glitter nail polish and I am still getting compliments.

Been here several times and always have an issue. I asked for acrylic nails and I sat down and noticed the guy getting out something different. I asked him about it and he said it was gel. Turns out it’s more expensive and not as good quality. I got my nails done on a Friday that Sunday I opened a energy drink and my nail broke off. Not the quality I was expecting. The first time I went I felt rushed and the tech left glue residue on my fingers and my cuticle was bleeding. Done trying this place.

Came in for oval ombré nails, first guy admits he can't do them second guy says he can. Starts off with gel then tries to paint them all in a solid color.. but I asked for ombré. He tried to say I didn't ask for ombré because the picture I showed him wasn't ombré. I specifically showed him 2 pictures, one of the shape I wanted and another of the ombré. So he has to completely remove the gel and start over with acrylic. They came out thick and unevenly shaped like ugly pink and white candy corn on my finger tips. I didn't have time to stay there and get them done a 3rd time so I left and went somewhere else later on that week to get them removed and done better. On top of it all, he was rushing and cut 5 of my fingers so I had to wait for it to heal before I went to get my nails redone. Will never go back there.

Unfortunately Miss USA Nails has disappointed me each time I have gone to their salon. The first time I went in for a fill and it took 2 hours- after an hour and a half the owner finally came over to finish to get me out the door. The second time the service was ok but the lady who did my nails was very rude to me because I asked for short nails, I know it sounds silly but she really made me feel bad for asking for short nails. The third time I came in for dip nails but explained I only had an hour before I had to go to work. They promised I would be out on time, instead, after an hour and a half I was going to pay and my nails were goopy and no where near dry. The owner had to fix them again and I was now running very behind. After all that I was still charged full price. I will not be returning to this nail salon and will make the drive to Surf City or Hampstead instead, I suggest you do the same.

So this is the second time we go here the first time we were there over 2 hours because we were waiting for service. They kept saying 15 minutes. The first time my pedicure was a disaster but I figured it was because the lady was new. The second time I have made up my mind that I will not be returning. We made appointments and still had to wait. Brought my boyfriends daughter and her nails are uneven in length, there was residue all over her hands to include nail polish. My pedicure was also just as bad. I had gel nails which he splashed the acetone all over my legs and soaked almost half my food in. He rushed and kept nicking me. The place was busy.. I think their business motto is to get as many customers through as possible.. if they just had quality service and learned how to manage appts they would probably get better business. Both times I was there I saw very unhappy customers which I am surprised as to where they are getting there 4 Star rating on here. Regardless I will not be returning this place is most definitely not worth the price or the stress of getting nicked and cut.
