Very disappointed with this place. Went in for a pedicure, and my nails were cut Crooked. The nail tech was distracted the whole time looking elsewhere but my feet. The ended up filing into my skin that she cut me around my cuticul. My heels still are rough and barely any calluses were removed. Will never return to this place.

The quality of work done by the ladies at Millenia is by far the best in Fayetteville. Lee, Jenny, Erin, Diana, and Tina are absolutely wonderful. Just wish the management would take better care of their employees and would value them for what they're worth. I've been a faithful customer for 3 years and Millenia has been unable to keep quite a few extremely talented employees. The turnover rate of employees is extremely high. But overall, the place is clean and the ladies that work there are extremely nice and are the most talented in Fayetteville by far. Other places maybe cheaper but you get what you pay for.

They are a little more expensive but they use all disposable products; you get what you pay for. Millenia quiet room pedicures as well. They also provide excellent wax and massage services.

Charged for 2- $60 pedicures, informed a 55-60 min procedure. My hubby's was 35 min and mine almost double time. When inquired about the timing, they explained he didnt need polish, so shorter. We discussed he should have been massaged longer; you pay for 60 min massage they don't stop at 30 min because your not tight. False advertisement, they promised us to upgrade and get 1 hour pedi. Then not understanding our irritation and no discount due to half time. Will not go back nor reccomend.

She takes time to talk with you and also gives advice if you have long standing pain issues. Highly recommend a massage from Brandi.

I would like to first say that the place does excellent work; but the customer service is the worst,. The lady started out telling me how everyone in there has money and good jobs. She then asked if I normally go to hood salons (where is that). She proceeded to ask me where I worked, I explained that I was currently in school for criminal justice. Her response we hun they let you take the course then tell you, that you can't have a criminal record, "like stealing". Who stole something? As I continued to tell her that I had no criminal record. She decided to skip the subject and ask where I lived. All this I might add, was done out loud. I told her, " Oh you live near where I live". If you are looking for laughs, and good work, go here, but be prepared for the worst kind of people you can meet. Can anyone say snobby? This world is changing fast.

First time I came I got my eyebrows done. The girl did excellent!! Wish I could remember her name. Now I’m here today getting pedicure and nails done and it’s great. I’ve been to A LOT of nail places around Fayetteville and this is by far the most relaxing!!! The atmosphere is amazing, looks clean, the background music is awesome, the running water from the two fish tanks, I love it. I would definitely recommend this nail place to anyone!

I just got a gel French manicure and pedicure. The techs were really really sweet. The manicure tech took his time and redid the width of the French tip until I was satisfied. They looked good, but the nails aren’t smooth and my ring finger started peeling when I got home! The pedicure experience was awesome! The tech (Snow?)was really gentle and did a great massage. The only issue with that was, I picked out a gel color by accident. The owner said she would grab me the non-gel equivalent, but it wasn’t even close and it was actually a really ugly color. I didn’t notice until she had painted my whole foot, so I felt bad asking to change. So, I may come back, but I am also going to keep searching for my “go-to” nail place in Fayetteville

In the past I have always gone to this salon. I always saw the same person, and she was wonderful. I decided to take my daughter in for a manicure and pedicure as well as for myself. My normal lady was not available and I didn't make a prior appointment, so I went with who was available. I was not treated nicely for bringing my children. My daughter is six and my son is nine months. I babywear and he is well behaved. The second my son made a peep, the woman told him to be quiet. She made me so uncomfortable that I called my husband to come "help" at the very end. She made remarks about how she could never be a stay at home mom ect. During my pedicure at one point she glanced up at me bc she knew she cut and dug too deeply into my toe. My nails looked horrible. (I had sns nails done on myself) cuticles not trimmed, sloppy job in general. I just wanted to leave. We get home (mind you I drive 45 minutes to go here bc I always had a good experience), and I can see my toe is caked with blood. I look closer and you can see where she cut into the flesh and left it exposed. I wish I could post a photo here to show better. So I decide to call the salon. The woman who answers says she is a manager and I ask if I can send the photos. I text them to her. She then tells me to come back in so they can fix it. Not sure how you'll fix my toe. She tells me that this often happens bc of dry skin. I'm 30 and never in my life has this occurred. She next tells me well, it will be better in two days. It's worse today. Tells me if I just wash my hands the messed up color will come off. Nope. Not true. I paid $122 for just the services. I've called my bank and also am contacting the state board about this.

This is the only place in Fayetteville that I have been where they are really clean and their instruments are clean...where they do pedicures they make sure where you put your feet is clean and the chairs you sit in. I wish I discovered this place when I first moved here. It would he my luck I'd find them before my family and I move. I am in love with my nails and haven't recieved this quality of work done in a very long time. The only reason I am one star short is because I wish they spent a little more time giving their undivided attention. They are a busy facility and they definitely have a good handle on getting everybody situated immediately. That is a great skill to posses as a business. However, I think because of that, there is no connection in the interactions. It's slightly rushed. Aside from that I can whole heartedly say you will leave there happy with the outcome of your service. In my experience They nailed it!

Gift Card Mishap - Refuse to Service I live out of town and wanted to treat my mom to a Christmas gift for 2018 but was unsure as to what to get her. I did a little online research and decided to get her a gift card to this nail salon (Millenia Nails & Day Spa). I called the business and they offered gift cards so I bought a 50.00 gift card and told my mom to go enjoy!.... All set right? WRONG! My mom visited later that spring to get her nails done and was told that they could not locate the gift card and was turned away. I had to call Wendy, the owner, and tell her when I called and purchased the gift card because she couldn't find it. She proceeded to ask me if I was sure that this was the company that I purchased it from. NOTE: I was pretty sure as my bank statement noted the phone number as a unique identifier as this business. Anyway, she also told me that because it was close to 6 months old that she had archived it at her home and it would take a couple of days to find it. Although this was a bit aggravating we were willing to allow Wendy a couple of days to find the gift card and remedy the situation. I did not receive a call back in a few days so I followed up requesting an update and Wendy answered the phone requesting a couple more days. I know its long but wait it will get better, or worse... I received a call in a couple of days from Wendy and she had found the gift card. I called my mom and let her know as well that the gift card was found and she could go back to request services from this business. So she did, in September and got turned away AGAIN! Why? Well, my mom walked in to get a service that had already been purchased and Wendy was not working the desk. As expected, the person working did not know anything about a gift card and called Wendy to get direction. Wendy explained that she wasn't there and because of that she couldn't get it done. My mom spoke to her over the phone and Wendy told her she should call before she came to give her a heads up...OK? The customer has purchased a service and Millenia Nails & Day Spa has rejected it TWICE! There is an obvious lack of organization with the whole gift card process. If it doesn't work get rid of it! There was no effort to try and remedy the situation. It could have easily been solved after confirming it was bought by just telling the worker at the front desk 'hey anything over 50.00 she will owe'. And the whole 'need to call beforehand' so we can ensure your pre-bought service is set up boggles my mind.

Very, very disappointed. Treated by my niece for a post Mother's day treatment and was very underwhelmed. Although they were busy they seem to handle the volume well and most of the staff was polite. But the VIP pedicure package she paid over $100 for was not worth it at all. I honestly was not interested in a 40 minute massage on my calves, (and I certainly didn't get it) but the hot stone rub, hot wax dip and exfoliating treatment which were included were not done. My tech was very sweet but even after showing her again which package, the treatment wasn't done. I'd rather have 0% personality with 100% services. Pedicures are an occasional pleasure of mine, so its unfortunate to have wasted my trip (and my niece's hard earned money) for a bad experience. Perhaps the high ratings are from the large number of regulars who receive better services but I will not return and cannot recommend this spot.

I have been a client at this establishment for several years now. My nails have always looked great and I am always treated well while there. I always felt like their prices were a little high compared to other nail salons and it is a 30 minute drive for me to get my services so out of convenience I tried out a nail salon that just opened closer to my house. NEVER AGAIN!!! I just didn't realize how great this place is! LOL! My hands and feet thank you profusely Millenia Nail Salon!! Even their new nails techs do an amazing job and if you ever have a problem they make it right for you! I love this place! Despite it feeling a little crowded, it always smells great (doesn't smell like chemicals when you walk in), the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing and the VIP room is quiet and just lovely. The prices tend to be on the higher side, but totally worth it for a) not having to inhale fumes the entire time you're there and b) the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I've been here several times and always take my mom here when she comes to visit. I always come back when I have the money :)

Got an early Mothers Day pedi and I loved how they kept the atmosphere calm and dark. I really felt like I could enjoy myself. The prices are ok for what you get. The nail tech kinda seemed in a hurry and actually stabbed my toe and made it bleed while he was using his tools. Other than that the polish turned out great and I received a nice massage. I won't be coming back for another pedicure though or maybe just ask for someone beside the young man that did my feet.

After a long wait I was sat with a girl who didn't look too confident, which should have been my first clue to run. I told her I wanted almond nails and after the longest nail application of my life, I ended up with coffin nails. Usually I would ask them to fix it but after the initial process taking so long I was just ready to leave. Not only did she burn my nails because the buffer was too hot, but my nails literally felt like they were on fire the entire process. Being someone who has gotten my nails done on and off for over two years this isn't something that normally happens- again, I should have run. To make things even worse she hit my hand while doing my nails, smudging them and then acting like it didn't happen. At this point I'm tired, pissed off and ready to get out. When I went to pay for my nails that were messed up I was charged $135 DOLLARS! The woman said it was a mistake after I refused to sign the paper and refunded the money. She then charged me $35 and I tipped the girl, I don't know what kind of scam they are trying to run but I will be sure to never return... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I was so hype about this place since my good friend raved about it. She told me to get the VIP pedicure. So I went back into the room. Big comfy chairs, however it was freezing. I was not provided any warm blankets like the lady next to me. The lady who did my pedicure also only soaked my feet in water...and scrubbed the bottom of my feet for 2 mins each! While she was draining the water, I asked "That's it!?" And she seemed confused. She massaged my legs and I asked for the hot stone massage, which was horrible she simply lathered my legs in oil and couldn't hold the stones and the whole experience was uncomfortable. That was $65. Then my nails. The nail tech was super sweet she was the first to offer me something to drink. But the SNS brushes gave my nails this grainy look. She tried to fix it. Some of my nails are bumpy. I just didn't complain anymore and went on. I was there from 9am (when it opened) til 1145! I was just done and truly disappointed. Will not be going back.

I really wanted to like this place. I came in for a pedicure and chose the 40$ option. Prior to getting a pedicure I requested a brow wax. My pedicure was OK at best. I'm 8 months pregnant... well, the young lady hit all the wrong spots and it was painful. Finally, I was taken to the front to let my nails dry and (what I thought) to wait for a brow wax. One lady came after me and went back for a wax before me. So, I decided to pay and leave. I scribbled out "brow wax" on the form and they guy said "no brow wax?" Yeah, right! I was forgotten about!

I have been coming to Millenia for 4 years. I recently had to “cheat” because it was a Sunday and had an event the next day so I went to another salon unwillingly with my 4 year old daughter. Who, I might add, has also been a customer of Millenias since she was 4 days old. I learned a VERY valuable lesson. YOU DO NOT CHEAT!!!!!!!!!!!! These girls have treated me like family since day one. Both of us! We had such an awful experience at the other salon that I was in here Monday morning to have both of our nails fixed. WONDERFUL PLACE Millenia Nails and Day Spa have been taking care of my daughter and I for 7 years now. They're very professional. They always ask us like every 10 minutes if we are ok and if we need anything. They have always done a super job on my daughters eyebrows and mine. Their pedicures and manicures are wonderful and I have always had fresh tools used on my feet and hands. I do know that if anyone is ever dissatisfied that the owner Wendy will take care of you, if you let them know . They are not mind readers. I highly recommend Millenia Nails. She always asks her customers if everything is ok before customers leave the salon,My girlfriend always lets Wendy do her eyebrows because she said Wendy is the Best.The girls that work there are nice.If you have a problem or you are unhappy with any of the services you have gotten at Millenia,the manager Wendy will try the best to her ability to fix the problem.

Came in on my lunch break (preparing for the military ball tomorrow) and let the front desk manager know I was short on time. She immediately greeted me with a smile and ushered me to the section to pick my color for my pedicure. The amount of colors and patterns to choose from blew my mind! It was amazing I could be here all day just browsing. But I needed just white (to go with my look tomorrow) as soon as I let her know I was ready, she sat me and began to work on my feet. She offered me a glass of red wine (I politely had to decline as I was returning to work right after) but would have loved too! She also showed me how everything they use here is completely 100% fresh and brand new. As in the untencils used for every service, the files, the foot scrubs, the toe seperaters and the temporary flip flops. They open every thing being used for your treatment in front of you to ensure your safety and well being. She was attentive and kind and truly caring. I will be telling every person I know about this place. I have never been so welcomed and cared for at a nail spa. I will be a long time customer. She even told me about the ultimate relaxation room they have, for a day when I am not in a rush, where true pedicure chairs recline all the way and there is 0 noise. I am so excited to return for my next treatment so I can indulge in such a truly relaxing experience. Don’t waste your time with any of the other cheap places around here that see you as another dollar bill walking in the door... come here and get the experience you expect when purchasing manicures and pedicures! Thanks guys! You just earned a new customer for life!

This is my favorite place to go for manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing. They have way too much decor and trinkets everywhere though. The clutter also makes it very dusty. The massaging pedicure chairs are awesome, the music and dimmed lighting while getting a pedicure is very relaxing. The nail techs always do a great job. It is nice to treat yourself once in awhile.

Terrible... I went in for eyebrow wax.. and I had been going for a while. They have someone new every time . Most are good but last time, the girl was slow and did not know what she was doing. Left scars! I told the owner -Wendy. She always sides with her employees. They can do no wrong. As a regular customer I wish they treated me better.

I went in today for a liquid gel filling after only wearing the initial liquid gel full set for 10 days. Several nails were cracking and lifting. The tech that did the fill, didn’t ensure that my nails were buffed smooth or filed evenly. $65 for a full set and $45 for the fill, yet my nails look as if they weren’t even done professionally. I returned to have my nails repaired. I’ve been pleased with my service and continue to be a repeat customer ever since.

I had a pedicure today when I got off work. The lady cut my nails in a U shape so there are points on the sides that will break. They weren't cut short enough. She kept buffing my skin and not the nail. She never looked at the nails she looked all around her while she was fling and buffing my nails. Which is how she buffed my skin and not the nail. She pointed at the hair on my legs and commented about it. (You're not supposed to shave before a pedicure, it is considered and open wound.) The paint job is terrible. It is all over my skin and it doesn't even cover the entire nail bed . She burned my toes with the hot towels.the worst part was she cut the side of my toenail and left a piece of nail in there and it really hurts. And she didn't get rid of any of the dead skin apparently. I treated myself to this trying to find a good place to go. And I should have just stuck with where I work. I wanted to relax outside of work but clearly Millenia isn't a place for that.

This was the hot spot back in the day, upon its opening. It's the only place in fayetteville I would go for a pedicure, even with the higher than average prices. Well, I just recently moved back to Fayetteville after being gone for 7 years so after looking at review ratings I end up back at millenia. I wanted ombre (pink/white powder) but not willing to pay $65 for it. So I just got acrylic with gel polish. Not sure of girls name that did my nails but she did an ok job, nothing amazing but not horrible. I showed her a pic of the shape I wanted and in the end, the nails I got are pretty bulky. And yes I could have asked them to fix it but who wants to wait, or tell them how to do it a 2nd time after having already told them. Either way - my biggest issue is something I never experienced at millenia years ago but did today - which is when another tech comes over to talk to the tech doing my nails and not only stands over me for 5 mins, but is having a conversation in a different language while laughing and joking. In that moment, its uncomfortable because it "feels like" they are talking about me. It's just rude and I probably speak for lots of women (and men too) when I say how uncomfortable it is. Unfortunately, I probably will not go back to milenia. Had my nails been amazing, then I would but they are mediocre at best. The highlight that I will point out is that my fingers were not nicked/cut once which is rare for any nail shop.

Eyebrow wax: I had to ask her to go back and correct what she didn't do thoroughly. Manicure was okay but on some she cut too close. She wasn't enthused until I mentioned I was looking for a permanent spa; then she became interested in doing a good job and acting friendly. It was too late at that point.

I came here about two weeks ago and I had fifi do my nails! I love when she does my nails and I have not had an issue. The last time I came in I had my son, I had no other choice but to bring him! The head lady said you do not have anyone to watch your son I let her know I didnt. I came when they were slow because I had him! He didn’t even cry until we were about to leave. I just dont understand In sure she has children as well its not like he was really much of an disturbance to anyone else either.
