My first visit to Mandara in Cherokee was the best spa experience I had ever had, until my second visit blew me away even more (which I thought was impossible)! I have visited Mandara Spas in Mexico and the Caribbean and the location in Cherokee, NC is my absolute favorite. The entire spa facility is top of the line (from the hot stone lounge chairs and jacuzzi to the fire place in the relaxation lounge), so much so that I felt relaxed and tranquil before my services even began. The staff always considers my specific needs and goes above and beyond to satisfy. Be sure to ask for Rhoda and/or Lana for your services, they will change your LIFE.

50.00 for an eyebrow and lip wax my granddaughter could have done better. We go to a lot of spas and salons. This was by far the worse waxing we’ve ever received. I don’t recommend their salon services

I called and made an appointment for a pedicure. was there 10 minutes before my appointment that was left in the waiting room until 10 minutes late for my appointment for the lady to tell me that she would not have time to do my pedicure because I had gel polish on my toes and that they had to rely off for an extra 15 minutes to take the gel off and that it was an upcharge. so I would have to reschedule and allow enough time to have my polish removed off my toes. Are you kidding me. I thought that was part of a pedicure!!! Very very disappointed!

I received a mani/ and pedi as a birthday gift from a dear friend. I had it done on Tuesday, October 22. The people were friendly and nice, however the mani/pedi was poor quality. The polish started chipping the very next day. SMDH, I can't believe they charged $150 for inferior products.!!!!

Highly recommend Kody for deep tissue or “fire & ice” massage! The amenities (hot tub, heated lounge chairs, sauna, fireplace lounge) are top notch. One of the fanciest facilities I have experienced. Can’t wait to go back!
