I came in with my girlfriend for a couples massage. We did the hydrosoak tub and added the lavender epsom salt and it smelled so good and completely relaxed us. Not to mention the champagne. This by far is my new favorite spa. Every one was so incredibly nice and professional. The front desk staff was so accommodating, they made everything so simple. The massage technicians were amazing, this was the best massage either of us have ever had. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be coming back!

The space is both elegant and inviting- super comfy robes, nice waiting area with hot tea and snacks, super hot steam room - the massage and scrub I had were beyond excellent, I especially enjoyed the scalp massage enhancement and will never rebook without adding that! And last but not least, the customer service team is there to make sure you get the most out of your visit, they truly made me feel valued and taken care of from booking to check out. Nice intimate, relaxing spa. We got there right at our appointment time and was immediately taken back to the changing rooms. We opted for the couples spa room and hydro bath. Probably will skip the bath next time but the 65 minute message is extremely relaxing and worth the money. Highly recommend a couples massage.

Before the massage I was able to relax in the spa lounge with some cucumber water and snacks. They have clean locker rooms with a steam room and showers. And every 8 weeks we treat ourselves to a couples massage with the fabulous massage therapists: Michael & Lauren! We typically arrive early to enjoy the beautiful & clean amenities (his & her's locker rooms, private showers, a sauna & steam room) then lounge in plush robes in the ultra cozy lounge. The couples massage suite is a must! It's luxurious! Candles, whirlpool tub for two and large walk-in shower, perfect for any occasion ;-) Overall, Lorena Luca is the best spa in town! It's a beautiful facility with a professional & friendly staff!

The establishment is very clean. The changing rooms include a sauna for use. I had Kelsey who dis the 50 minute therapeutic massage. This is probably on of the best massages I have had on years. My neck and back muscles were relaxed and had considerable more range of motion. Well worth the money.

Came here for a therapeutic massage as a gift from my boyfriend. I loved the experience. It looks and smells amazing. And the masseuse was friendly and answered any questions I had since it was my first massage. She told me what to expect and checked in on me to make sure i was feeling ok. The massage was amazing. They also have a steam room and sauna that I didnt get a chance to use since I didnt have time. But it looked very nice and clean. It is pricey for a student but for a treat yourself sort of day, it's definitely worth it.

She was enthusiastic about my first experience with a facial treatment and talked me through the steps (I’m a very curious patient!). Oh my gosh! To start you get a soft copy robe and a lounge to wait in. Then your therapist asks what you want them to focus on (that's a plus). The heated towels and packs really loosened me up while Michelle worked on my legs. When it was over she even gave me tips to really loosen up my IT band and piriformis. They also have a sauna AND steam room for use after as well as a shower! Definitely going back

First timer! This place was lovely. Small and seems very private. I had a 50min relaxation massage with Shane. Then sat in the steam room and eucalyptus sauna. All services were lovely and I feel totally relaxed. After a wonderful rain shower I was ready to begin my wedding weekend. They even had bottles of cold champagne ready to go! Coming back for sure!

PLEASE READ - I called and scheduled an appointment for my wife and I to get a spa treatment and couples massage a month in advance. I was very specific in telling the lady that this was a surprise for my wifes 40th birthday. It was scheduled for 4:00 and then we had dinner reservations one mile away (Sullivans) at 6:00. Two days before our appointment my wife texts me and said they had called her to verify my reservation for my massage at 4:00 and her massage to follow at 5:00. Not only did they spill the beans but didn't even have the times and specific type of massage correct. So I called and the lady I talked to admitted that it was an error on their part but at the current time could not do anything about it. She told me that she would contact me by 5:00 that day and let me know what could be done. Of course 5:00 came and no call so I called back and got the front desk manager and she preceded to tell me that the best they could do was get me in there at six and that I could get the massage but no spa treatment. After I told her that wouldn't work she immediately told me that there was nothing else they could do but she also admitted that it was their error. Long story short I requested my money back for the gift receipts that I had purchased. PLEASE be aware of just exactly how these folks are willing to treat their so called "CLIENTS". Not once did either lady apologize for mistakenly calling my wife and completely spoiling her surprise.

My experience at this spa was very disappointing. While the spa itself is nice, the quality of the service was terrible, and extremely overpriced! My facial with Brittany was a huge let down! It was very rushed (the facial was finished earlier than the duration it was scheduled for), and she did not put any effort in the treatment. The quality of the service she provided was very poor. I’ve had facials at other spas, and her facial fell very very short! Would not recommend.

It's beautiful, elegant and staffed with professional, friendly employees. The Lorena Signature facial was heaven. The esthetician was very talented. The facility itself is very pretty, and relaxing all decorated with a lovely hue of lavender. The service I was getting was a facial. Though over all I enjoyed the experience I did wake up this morning with cuts on my face from the dermaplaning instrument. This was my first time receiving dermaplaning during a treatment and though my skin is now soft and glowy, there are horizontal cuts on my chin from either the amount of pressure she used to scrape or what I am not sure. Just beware this can happen when receiving this treatment. I am very disappointed about it and probably will not receive again. I have pictures as well. edit: I am awaiting a response to an email that was sent to them including pictures of my face

This was my first time going to a spa and getting a facial and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere here is so incredibly relaxing and they have all the amenities you could want. From super soft robes to snacks in the lounge area and access to the sauna and steam room, they know how to treat customers. The facial was amazing and lasted about an hour. I came out feeling and looking fresh. The therapist, Katy, was spectacular. All staff members were vey kind. I will be coming back and bringing my husband with me!

I got a gift card to the spa for Christmas and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Brittany was the aesthetician who did my facial and eyebrow tint. I got the osmosis facial which was perfect for my sensitive skin (with rosacea and eczema). Other facials have left my skin red and irritated but I am walking away soothed and glowing from my treatment today. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Lorena Luca is THE most luxurious spa in Raleigh. It is the only spa were you can change into a robe and slippers and enjoy amenities such as locker room,steam room, sauna and showers. Beautiful spa (or At least the small portion that I saw). I am disappointed that I was never given a tour of the facility and realized later in the day once I was gone and after hearing from others that it is much bigger than it appears. Upon arrival I was taken to the locker room and told to change and my masseuse would be waiting for me. I was told to feel free to enjoy the steam room and sauna that was inside the women's lounge. Now that I have come to leave a review I find the spa has much more to offer than I was aware of. The robes are very stylish and comfortable as well as the provided slippers. Overall the lounge was clean and nicely decorated aside from the molded wood above the steam room. My masseuse was very pleasant and thorough with my only complaint being that the music was too loud during my session. All in all I would definitely come back to try some of their facials and another massage.
