I would love to give this salon 5 stars as Kelly has been doing my hair for awhile now and she does an amazing job. Jenny is also a great massage therapist and while I've only had one facial there before, it was great as well. The problem is with the front desk scheduling. Not once, not twice, but 3 times I've shown up for an appointment and they either don't have me down or there was a mix up somehow. I have 2 little ones and I'm at the mercy of my husband's schedule of when he can keep the kids for me to do something for myself so when I have called and made an appt and they've even sent me confirmation emails and I show up only to find out there was a mix up, then I feel like they are saying I'm not an important client. It's unacceptable that it has happened this many times. This last time I had a facial scheduled for 10:45 as I had to pick my kids up at noon. At 11:05 I was still being told that she was with another client. Since this was the 3rd time this has happened I asked Kelly for my money back on my gift card to which she told me she couldn't do, even though she's the owner! Unfortunately, I can't count on this salon anymore and I have to find another place. It's a shame because they do really good work there.

I am very picky about my hair and Chandler is my girl. My natural color is dark brown and Chandler gets it a bright, ashy blonde. No orange, no brass. The salon is beautiful, staff is friendly and accommodating.

I love Lavish Hair and Spa! The spa offers all Aveda products which I love! They do hair care, skin care and massage therapy. I see Caroline for my hair and every time it comes out fantastically. Kelly (owner and master stylist) is amazing ! Such a great little business for our community!
