I was very impressed from start to finish with how my experience was as Juvo. I was wanting to get my lips done but was a little unsure of what procedures I wanted and Juvo had to offer. The offer both a lip flip or filler, which are similar but very different at the same time. Kimmi at the front desk fit me in for a consult the same time as I walked in Juvo and I met with Dr. Ray. After Dr. Ray took the time to explain both a lip flip and a lip filler, I decided the lip flip was for me. He made it very easy for me to understand the difference between the 2, even with showing a few before and after photos from patients he has done this year. The lip flip was not only affordable but I saw results within 24 hours. I didn’t have any issues with the needles that were used, nor did it hurt. He talked me through what he was doing and what his expectations were. 4 weeks later and my lips look great, and I am so pleased. I can’t wait to come back to Juvo and get my lip flip again. Im so glad there is a medspa in the area that offers services that I seek. I will absolutely be recommending friends and family!

From start to finish the staff are amazing! As a spa novice, I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I entered the door, but the staff - Dr. Lupkas, Michele, Heather, Nicole, Doreen, the professional front desk staff, etc. - did a great job of explaining their many services. I've had 2 wonderful facials - thank you, Nicole! - and 2 massages that were great as well. I've attended several of Juvo's special events which have been very informative and fun. I highly recommend Juvo MedSpa!

Changing Destinies

This place is amazing! WOW! Michele treated me for old lady bags I've been growing under my eyes and Laura gave me an incredibly relaxing massage. These ladies are both wonderful. So many good deals, professional and knowledgeable staff, aesthetically beautiful building, and just an overall incredible experience that you don't want to miss. I can't praise them enough!

Heather is awesome! When she does a treatment, she has you come back for a follow up because she wants you to make sure you are completely happy with the results. For me, it took 2 follow-ups (free of charge), but she kept working at it until I got perfect results! The whole office is super clean, comfortable, and friendly. Also, they are the best around so far as prices. I drive 45 minutes from Fayetteville for this sort of service and affordability.

UPGRADE FLOORING

When you’re willing to Drive 3 hours just to See Chelsi at Juvo Medspa, says a lot!! She’s honestly the best esthetician ever. Had microblading and dermaplaning done with her. And I couldn’t be happier with my results!! Got to meet everyone at Juvo Medspa and they were all the sweetest, most helpful, knowledgeable, and honest group of people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting!! They have all the latest treatments available in the market right now. One thing I really loved was that they don’t try to up-sale you treatments you don’t need!! I asked about a certain treatment but Dr. Ray was honest and told me that, that treatment would not be beneficial for me! You don’t always get that much honesty!!

Recently I had a thread lift with the RN, Heather. I came into the spa not knowing what to expect. She explained the procedure to me and made me feel very comfortable with it. She numbed my face and the threading didn’t even hurt ! Heather was so gentle and did a great job. I am thrilled with the results! I’ve had a lower face lift in the past and the results of the threading lift was much better. Everyone there was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Juvo Med Spa.

The staff are so kind and patient! Absolutely would recommend their services to anyone! I have had multiple facials, lip filler, and botox so far. To my surprise I didn't feel a thing when receiving my filler, Heather was so gentle and made sure everything looked perfect. My lips look so natural and and I am so pleased with all of my results.

I’ve had many facials through the years but I had the best by far at Juvo. Dawn was attentive and professional and took her time as she massaged all the wonderful treatments into my skin following each layer with a soothing warm towel to let it really penetrate. My skin felt and looked renewed after she was done. I would highly recommend Juvo!

As soon as you walk through the door you can feel the ambience of relaxation. I have had injectables done by Dr Ray and Heather that resulted in great natural looking results. Microblading to eyebrows, and erbium laser done by highly trained esthetician’s who always put my nerves at ease. I look forward to trying all of the other services and continuing to use PCA and ZO products for my beauty regimen. Beautiful facility, Juvo sets the bar high.

Massage Therapist Laura has healing hands! My one hour body massage was absolutely incredible! She listened to my body's needs and worked to make my experience to my comfort level. She even gave me exercises to practice at home to help relieve tension! I am excited to go back and try more services at Juvo! There is nothing else like this state of the art facility!

I've recently had a facial and a massage at Juve and am very happy with both services. I've never had a facial before but had a really nice experience, Doreen was fab! The computer system up front has some quirks that need fixing but I have zero complaints about the staff or services. The office has great decor and is very clean, and the fruit infused water in the lobby is a nice touch.
