I gifted my mom a massage for her birthday. It was her first time and everyone there was very accommodating and friendly. She kept commenting all day on how amazing she felt and how her masseuse got the exact spot she needed massaged! She's already planning to go back....on her own dime

Husband bought me an expensive package. I eventually went to this place and used it. terrible.... Who uses lotion? They buy those cheap lotions in big bottles from department stores like TJ Max. No essential oils used at all!!! What a disappointment for 200 bucks. The facial was a joke too, cheap creams. The least they can do is buy an Ahava mud mask and make it seem like they are at least making an attempt to give a customer a decent facial. Spend your money elsewhere and go to Raleigh or something.

My massage was great! I don't expect anything spectacular from "Day Spas" around Fayetteville, but the facility was extremely clean and relaxing with nice soft lighting. They were able to squeeze me in at lunch, and (I think her name was Shanna) was awesome about talking with me and focusing on my trouble areas in my back. I'll definitly be going back; its like one of the nicer spa places in fayetteville for a much more reasonable price!!

Ultimate experience for relaxation and hiding from the world. I enjoyed the Heavenly package with a 1-hr deep tissue massage, a relaxing facial, and a spa pedicure. I was really impressed with how relaxing and non-fuss the transition was between services. We just flowed from one service to the next, not skipping a beat or waiting. The center creates an environment to relax and unwind, with dim lit spaces and dark paint that make you feel cozy. I really could continue the review, but I'll leave you with this. If you at all need to recharge or get away, this place really is a small piece of heaven.

I totally forgot to leave a review. However, I have visited this place a couple times and they’re the best in town! Angel always does my massages and she does a wonderful job making sure pressure is right and really making you feel better. They actually care about you and will give suggestions for things you can do/use to help you body in between massages. I’ll be a customer here for as long as I live here. They also do cupping which I highly recommend for those of us that have some unruly back muscles.

My husband and I both left feeling majorly disappointed with our massages & the price we paid, we felt as though $155 was a rip off for the quality of massages received. My husband opted for the “Deep Tissue”, while I went with the “Prenatal”, however, he said his pressure was probably comparable to that of my massage. On that note, neither massage therapists asked if the pressure was okay during the entire session - granted we could have said something, but it seems as though it should’ve been their responsibility to check in with the client - especially when a deep tissue massage lacked any resemblance of intended pressure. It felt as though they weren’t sure of the body, meaning just mindless rubbing of the back, arms, etc. We filled out a form upon arrival, at the bottom it asked for any major areas of discomfort to be focused on in the massage, both my husband and I failed to receive any specific focus in those areas we had listed - we both agreed that we didn’t feel relaxed during the massages (thinking of how they just weren’t doing that great of a job held our concentration) and that our bodies felt no significant change after the massages were over. Overall, the appearance of the clinic is great! Dark, relaxing, calm music & smells fantastic; the massage therapists and front desk receptionist were all very kind - - but paying $155 only to be impressed with the condition of the facility and simple customer service - MAJOR dissatisfaction and disappointment.

Honestly feeling disrespected after my spa session this morning cause my massage therapist listened to me attentively, then sent me to heaven with a sports massage and cupping session just to send me out the door with a “have a nice day” and a bottle of water. Felt like I needed to bring him home with me forever! This was my second time at BH&E and I’d recommend it over every other spa every time! I got a sports massage and cupping add on. I walked out feeling like I grew a new body!
