I waited an hour and 6 people who arrived after me were called before me. The tech couldn't understand an American fill and gave me French tips even after I explained I can't have them for my job, had to redo everything several times, and still didn't get it right. AND they overcharged me. They gave me an acrylic fill and charged me for gel. They're unorganized and unprofessional.

Today was my 3rd time going to Angie's and it will most likely be my last! The first two times were great, they offered drinks, snacks etc and did well on my nails. Today I had my toddler and 9 year old son who always come with me as I am a single parent but today my toddler was a little fussy towards the end of my visit. I have short nails so my fill in was literally 15 minutes or so. One of the workers heard my toddler crying and instead of offering anything to me to help quiet her or just being understanding about the situation she says to me "This is a spa where people come to relax and she's crying!!" It took all of me not to curse this woman out because yes it is a spa and last I checked it did not say children not allowed. And furthermore my money is green and spends like everyone else!! How rude and disrepesctful!!! She not only ruined my visit but was totally disrespectful as a customer and I will NEVER ride from fayetteville to Aberdeen to get my nails done by them again! And I recommend anyone with kids whether you have your kids with you or not, to not promote this behavior. I felt like the only customers she was concerned for was the white ones!!

Horrible went 4 times 1st ok 2nd they didn't do what I asked 3rd promised to fix it 4th messed me up for good. My natural nails breaking and bleeding right in the middle of my fingers so much pain and bleeding . I am done.

I've visited this salon many times and always had a good experience. The hot stone pedicures are awesome and they serve snacks and drinks (even wine) while you relax. Also had acrylic and now french dip nails which I love. Recently remodeled with new furnishings; very clean and pretty. Katie and her staff are always friendly. You can call ahead and make an appointment with any technician.

I had a wonderful pedicure with Chau. She was very professional and attentive. I requested the spa pedicure which included hot towel, lotion massage, salt scrub, and hot stones. They offered me a snack and wine or soft drink. I felt very relaxed when I left. I would definitely go back

My friend and I had pedicures here today. When we walked in we weren’t greeted, the girl literally didn’t say a word to us. The place was full of baby cocroaches ... we saw 8 while sitting in our chairs. Let that sink in. The girls doing our toes rushed through the whole thing and were done in less than 30 min. My friend had to ask them a couple of time to clean her cuticles and repaint her toes. We just wanted to leave the place as soon as possible. This pedicure has left the bottoms of my feet feel like coarse sand paper. I just hope they get an exterminator there ASAP to get rid of the roaches for the sake of other customers. We won’t be coming back.

My parents live in Pinehurst area so I have used Angie’s nails on numerous occasions when in town. My last two experiences, one my gel nails that were suppose to be the same color as my feet were very different (one pink, one tan) and my recent experience where I haven’t even left the establishment before my gel nails started chipping. I pointed both issues out to management and was treated like I needed to just deal with it. I will no longer being going back to Angie’s nails.

The managers are blatantly and obviously more inviting and hospitable to Caucasians. I continued to patronize them because of the cleanliness of the shop but I can no longer do so with a clear conscious. Maybe they fail to realize they are people of color themselves.

When I checked in with the guy at the counter I told him I wanted a main pedi. He took me to my chair, threw the menu on the seat and left. The lady who was doing my pedicure then came up to me and started filing and such. No one asked me what type of pedicure I was getting or if I wanted anything to drink, so I let her know I wanted a certain pedicure. She was amazing! After I was done she told me to dry my nails. I told her I wanted a manicure and she said okay hold on 5 minutes. 10 minutes pasted and no one said anything to me. I got up paid for my pedicure and waited for my friend to be done. The manager did come and apologize, but this was not her fault or the lady who did my nails fault. If the guy behind the counter let her know in advance what I wanted there would have been no issue. Every time I go there he has always been in a bad mood and very rude to the customers. I don't know if I will be back there again.

Very nice staff but my nails weren’t done very well. My tips weren’t straight and the colors overlapped. Plus I had to use my dremel at home to remove some of the powder that hardened under my nail and was chunky. Lower price than other places I’ve been though, and a nice facility.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I went in for just an eyebrow wax. The lady was extremely aggressive grabbing my head. I have gotten my eyebrows down numerous times and never had this issue before. She seemed to be in a rush and kept tapping my shoulders to get up once she was done. She didn’t even allow me to say if I was ok with the job she had down or if I wanted a little more taken off. I wasn’t not even given the opportunity to look in the mirror after it was completed. When I went to pay the same lady ran my card and instead of handing me my card she put it on the counter. I find that so rude especially when I was standing right in front of her. I will not be returning.

BEWARE!!! As a military family new to the area, I brought my two young daughters to get their nails polished before the start of a new school year. A man at the desk asked which service we wanted and I pointed to their brochure (Services for under 12 yrs old) princess hands-polish & nail art @ $7. He said to pick out the colors, which they did. Sitting in front of the desk, my children asked how many nail arts they could have, so I approached the desk and asked. He said, "how ever many you want". My children were excited to hear that, so one child picked her two thumbs and my other daughter told her nail tech all her fingers. When I went to pay, he charged me $8 per child and when I pointed out the price difference he got upset and said that the special was for younger girls. I pointed out that the brochure stated for under 12 years old, which my daughters were. He then started speaking very loudly in a foreign language to the women who were doing my children's nails and pointing at me while they all talked. I did not understand a word they were saying. As we left, I wondered why one of my daughters was upset. She said the woman who had originally polished & finished nail art on 5 of her nails abruptly stopped after talking to the man at the desk in a foreign language. She then proceeded to take off ALL of my daughters polish with nail art , was visibly upset, and left her station. Another man came and had to re-polish my daughter's nails adding just 2 nail arts. REALLY, that's how you treat a child!!! Not only were they trying to rip me off with the price, but when I caught them, they were rude by speaking in a foreign language and mean to my child...WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE...VISITOR'S BEWARE, if they treat locals of the surrounding golf & military community like this, can you imagine how they'll treat you!!!

Wanna start by saying Ive always had a good experience until today. First, I waited in the tub for atleast 50 minutes without notification there was an hour wait. My feet were already wet so i didnt wanna leave. By the time someone actually started my feet had gotten all wrinkled and all dead skin was visible. I thought that since its all soft she will be able to get all of it. Instead she rushed through the pedicure, waited 1 hour for a 15 mins job, left an excessive amout of dead skin around my big toes and painted my toes poorly. When I said something all she did was clip the raised dead skin and expected me to be okay with that. Then, I asked another worker why they was still dead skin and and he said its too rough, which i didnt see how when i soaked for an hour and i easily removed the rest of the skin when I got home. I told the worker that this was a waste of money and i was extremely unsatisfied, there also another customer unstatisfied with what he got. All staff acted as if they could’nt care less(very unprofessional), and i was polite the entire experience. This ruined my entire day. Thanks Angie’s

Went in yesterday with my daughters to get pedicures. New remodel and we wanted to check it out. My daughters got technicians that were kind and pleasant. I got one that was rude, and did a really poor job. I just repainted my nails. I work too hard for my money to spend it on service like that.

I went in to have a manicure with gel polish. They charged me $55 because I still had some acrylic left on two nails that they removed. This weekend my girls wanted to have their nails done for Halloween and "Angie's" was open so I took them in. They literally tried to charge one daughter $10 more than the other "because of the shape" until my other daughter showed she had the same nails. This place has completely bottomed out since "Angie" left. Will not return.

This is my go to spot. I've been here several times and it gets better each time I go! If you're new to Angie's, keep in mind that there is a large group of technicians, some in training and others who aren't, be patient with them each one of them are there to make sure that you're satisfied. After a few visits you'll figure out who you like to work with best and get settled in to a routine. They always accept walk ins which I find is helpful for that last minute decision to get a mani or pedi or if you need a nail repair. I love it here!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS HORRIBLE!!!!! I went today with a friend as I usually go to another place. I have never wrote a review before but the service was so bad i had to. First off the water in my pedicure tub was cold and I told the lady who filled it more but it was still cold. I had to wait about 10 mins with my feet in the water before anyone came. The girl who cut my toenails did a horrible job where I asked her to file them better because the were jagged and slanted. Then she cut my pinky toenail so bad and short and it looks weird. The polish looks like my daughter did it!! I just paid $37 for a pedicure and I had to come home and paint them over!!!! I told the girl she messed my toenail up and she never apologized. I was going to get a gel manicure and I decided against it and just got a regular manicure with no polish. Well the girl made two of my nails bleed!!! I paid $50 for terrible service today and I'm very upset. This place only cares about making money as fast as they can and not the quality of their work. I will tell everyone to beware of the service and please choose another nail salon. I didn't refuse to pay which I should have but I choose to write a review and warn everyone. I get pedicures and a regular basis and this is the worst one I've gotten. I also didn't see them open a packet of utensils for my pedicure and every place I've ever been to has opened a fresh pack of pedicure utensils in front of me. This place should be ashamed of their work!!

I went in with a couple of friends over the weekend. We were in town for a wedding and were enjoying a girls' weekend to celebrate our friend. I had a manicure. The man that did my "manicure" was rude, never offered me a drink (which he did for everyone else. I finally got something after I asked him four times and another customer finally said something to him), did not soak my hands-just started ramming my cuticles back and then started clipping them. He finally let me put my hands in water briefly after my cuticles started to bleed. He then slapped lotion on my arm and hand and painted my nails. He started to paint my nails without removing any of the bits of old polish I had left on my nails. When he got done, it looked as if he painted my nails with puffy paint. I approached the manager about all of this, and they blamed me stating my nails were too short. I let them know that the length of my nails had nothing to do with a crappy paint job and bleeding cuticles. The same guy came over to remove the polish and abruptly stood up and started doing a pedicure. A lady finally came over to repaint my nails, still blaming me for her employee's crap job.
