Most definitely a 5 star spa. Beautiful, clean, serene atmosphere. Very warm, welcoming staff. I originally went because I had a gift certificate, but now I wouldn't go anywhere else! They take the time to see what your specific needs are and "customize" each massage. Dena and her staff are professional, and customer service is outstanding. Alossi spa gives back to to the community and supports many local charities.

Booked a deep tissue massage, but got one of the weakest massages ever. I asked her to press harder and she didn’t respond and didn’t press any harder. It got to the point where I thought I’d accidentally booked a Swedish massage. Masseuse did not do a good job communicating. Masseuse also didn’t focus on the areas I asked to focus on. Not sure what the point of filling out the form before the massage if they’re not going to read it. No water provided after. Probably have had a hundred massages and was always offered water or tea. Very poor value.

Alossi Renewal Spa is a first class spa in Garner. After 2 surgeries this fall, plus 3 trips to the ER, along with shingles, PT, etc., I decided to heal my body through massage therapy. I had been to Alossi several times before my surgeries, and I will say it has been one of the best decisions I've made. The atmosphere is calm, tranquil, comfortable and clean, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable regarding all of the services they offer. They truly care about their clients and their community. I have even got pregnancy massages there that have been amazing. I love that you can talk to the people working there and understanding them. I get the best therapeutic/deep tissue massages here. All the therapists are highly skilled and understand the mechanics of the body. The spa is relaxing and the staff are so accommodating. I also have had facials and nail services and all have been wonderful.

They have very poor customer service. I was very excited to give them my business since I work for the Marriott and my guest are always wondering where they can go to relax. I was hoping to have a good experience so that I could recommend them, but the receptionist didn't even acknowledge my presence. I stood there for 7 minutes without being greeted while she talked to all the other two customers. Also there were huge dogs in front of the door and in the spa which I thought was unsanitary. I walked out and the receptionist did not hesitate with helping other customers as if I was never even there. (And just to add, when I came in the receptionist was just sitting at her desk typing, looked at me, and did not acknowledge me.)

WOW - reached out to this spa to ask for a donation for single mother & they had zero interest. If you don't support your community, do you honestly expect your community to support your business?? Next time someone takes the time to call you for something as small as a $25 donation, maybe you should consider that the clients in your community are the ones who are paying your bills & keeping you in business. It was my hope that you would simply donate a massage, a gift card, anything and I could BUY this single mother an ENTIRE spa day. I'll be taking my money elsewhere. I have been a customer of this spa for several years and enjoy my experience each and every time! The staff are very welcoming and make me feel special each time I walk through the doors. The owner is a registered nurse and a true professional--my favorite spa treatment is her monthly Swedish massages! I have also enjoyed several facials and a wonderful pedicure. I have enjoyed watching the spa services expand over the years, and appreciate how involved the staff are in the Garner community. They also offer special events now, such as tea parties, bridal showers, baby showers, etc. They also have a special area upstairs for quiet couples massages. I highly recommend this "oasis" in our All American City of Garner!

I recieved my first facial ever from Margaret, she was fabulous and made me feel comfortable. My skin looks amazing and I also purchased product that Margaret recommended so that I could continue to take great care of my skin. I will be returning and suggest you check it out aswell. Having horrible lower back pain, I decided to see if a massage would help. Oh goodness-YES! Dana was incredible and pain was tolerable for days. After seeing back surgeon(have a lot of hardware & scoliosis) he gave an all clear to treatment. Massage and trigger point injections. I’ve been back once & am scheduled for the next five weeks. I’m already feeling better however, I’m ready for next massage! Dana’s knowledge and understanding of muscle groups allow her to target a problem are. Even am are you didn’t know might be a problem. You seem to be bitter since you weren't given something for free and most businesses will go out of business if they don't actually charge the patron for their business. I know many single mothers, and most of them are great, but where do you draw the line? Try going to the Hurricanes or Mudcats and get free tickets for that cause. You want Alossi to donate something? How about coming out and helping Dena do 1/10th of the volunteering that she does in the community and maybe you will actually see what a kind and heartwarming person she is and what a great asset she is to the community. Dena is a wonderful community member and because of her many non-profit organizations have benefited monetarily because of her and new programs have been implemented because of her donation to organizations. How about next time you rate the business for what they do and not what you want for free.

I know Dena personally, my wife recently went to Alossi and was thoroughly impressed with the staff and services. She asked me to write a comment on the company. While looking at the other reviews I was shocked to see the comment from the lady looking for a "Free" service to give to a friend...lets get real. It sure helps when you already have a relationship with a company(actually spending some money with them) before asking for something free. I know this company from charity events in the Garner area and their commitment to helping others. I would rank their work as a 5 in services and a 5 in supporting the community at large. Having been in business myself for years before moving here, I found people would constantly ask for donations etc. At some point you have to evaluate who or what is deserving of your donations and as unpopular as it may be, you have to say no more than you would like. So to all the rest of you looking at these reviews, consider the bigger picture here!

There's not a lot of signage for this place. Google Maps takes you to the building, but the wrong side of it. Nothing to indicate where in the building it is. The girl up front was friendly enough, but didn't really seem to have a clue. She looked very confused as she handled the check in process. The environment itself wasn't very warm or welcoming. The massage itself was okay enough I guess.tye massage therapist got to my right should and was really pushing on it. She says to me,"Did you know you have a disc out of place?" I said "My hips are the only thing not lined up, not anything in my C spine or T spine" She then proceeds to really push on it and work it. At the end she says I'll be sore for a few days afterwards. Here we are nearly a month out and it's STILL sore, and I'm having pains I wasn't having before that day. Not discounting her skills because she was good otherwise, but I wonder if she missed the mark on this one and now I'm the one stuck with the pains.

I visited Alossi at the end of September. I purchased a “special” facial that included a light chemical peel. I was advised my face would lightly peel in 3-7 days. At the end of 7 days, I saw absolutely no difference in my skin. Honestly, I didn’t see a difference in the “special” facial compared to a regular facial. I was highly disappointed and contacted them via their “contact us” feature on their website. I did not receive a response. I later tried to contact them via their gmail account. Once again, no response. I visited this spa a few times but after my last experience, I will not return.

When you want a real upscale spa this is the place to go. The entire staff was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. I chose to have a massage and a facial during our company's "Spa Day" there were 13 of us and I believe everyone of us was 100% satisfied and relaxed after our services. Alossi Renewal Spa has many services and awesome specials monthly. Alossi, is honestly the true definition of what a "Renewal Spa" should be. Thank you, I can not wait to get back there~

Alossi Renewal Spa - 5 Star Spa Gives Back to the Community 10 - fold!!! Community of Hope Ministries is just one of many non-profits supported by Alossi Renewal Spa and its owner, Dena McDonald. For five consecutive years, Dena has provided a large spa package for a raffle supporting the Community of Hope Ministries food pantry and after school program for at-risk children. I have personally witnessed her volunteer for Garner's Relay for Life, Hospice, the Garner PAAL program and The Bling, which raises money for the Backpack Buddies program serving homeless, hungry children in the Garner area. Dena also finds time to volunteer as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Garner Chamber of Commerce. Her spa is welcoming, serene and her staff is professional. The services that are provided are equivalent to or superior to the services provided by similar spas in North Raleigh and Cary. I am so pleased to say that Garner has a full-service spa in our area and I no longer have to travel 20 miles to be pampered!

Love! Love! Love! Alossi Renewal Spa!!!! I met Dena, the owner of Alossi approximately 5 years ago when she had a massage practice in North Raleigh. She is a top notch professional so when she moved to Garner to open Alossi without hesitation, I followed her to her new location. Dena is an excellent massage therapist with great hands and a firm knowledge of anatomy and physiology which truly makes your massage a personalized custom experience. She always does a consultation before your massage to find out how you're feeling and to identify your problem areas. She can find your spots that need some extra attention and get them worked out! Her nursing background definitely adds to the treatments. I recently was involved in an automobile accident and Dena's massages have been instrumental in my recovery from my injury. It is a beautiful place with a warm and relaxing atmosphere, great staff, and a variety of services to meet your every need. It is well worth the time to take the short drive from Raleigh to Garner.
