Love this place. I had the couples combination massage and it was everything we were hoping for. The place was clean, smelled amazing, the people were super friendly and the massage was relaxing. Me and my boyfriend plan on coming back.

After walking around time square all weekend my lower back was very sore along with my feet. My wife and I made a reservation and they were very accommodating. I requested a deep tissue message and had a girl named Lilly. She gave me the best deep tissue /Thai stretching message I have ever had. Definitely recommend her. They used a essential oil which was very nice and smelled great. Definitely recommend this place, very professional. We tried others in the area and glad we found this one.

It was definitely a new experience with this type of combination massage, but BY FAR THE BEST massage/stretch session I have ever had. They also got us in same day for a couples massage, which was fantastic for us. I highly recommend!

The best Combined Massage I have ever got, I got it here. They are extremely skilled, super kind, it's not too cold in there. Staff keeps an eye on tiny details. It is a top notch spa. I wish they were closer. I just visited Manhattan for a couple of days only. They are amazing.

I visited the Mandarin Spa to get a facial for the first time because I work in the area and man when I tell you this woman was amazing. Upon entry you are greeted warmly. The lights are dim, the ambiance is amazing oh and it smells nice. My facial was about an hour. I left feeling like I never ever wanted to put make up on my skin again. I got a deep cleaning. I also dozed off I was so relaxed. And when I left felt amazing. It's important to know that a smaller spa is great at delivering great service. I know for a fact the larger the spa's the service deteriorates and prices go up. The priced here are perfect for the location because it's right off 5th avenue. Thank you. I will be returning.

Can I just say that my masseuse was freakishly strong!? I came here for a combo massage which was a mix of deep tissue and Thai massage, and it was the most interesting thing I've ever done to my body. It started off as a normal deep tissue, but then it got real weird in the last 10 minutes. My masseuse was throwing me around and twisting my limbs, and lifting me completely off the table. The massage was good but maybe not my style even though I'm glad I tried it. I was amazed at the sheer strength it took to pick me up and stretch me out, and that's what the 4 stars are for. Bravo.

I went here for the first time and got the "Best of the Best. $200 for 60 Min. Facial, 60 Min." deal. Let me start by saying that the combination massage and foot massage were very good! Some of the best I've ever had! Hydrating facial (priced at $125) was so-so. Now, here is why I gave the experience only 3 stars - the girl at the front desk. When I was done and it was time to leave, I came to the front desk and was going to leave a $25 tip for the girl who took care of me. I lay $25 on the front desk and say "This is the tip for the girl", to which the front desk girl replied "No no, the tip is 15%. So it's $30 dollars". I was really taken aback by that! I told her that the tip isn't mandatory at all and everyone gives whatever they feel like giving ($25 tip is a damn good tip!) She pretended to not understand what I was saying and again repeated herself in sort of a demanding manner that I have to give $30 dollars tip! I said, what if I just give $25 and leave, are you gonna run for me demanding extra $5 dollars? At that point, the entire experience was ruined for me. I gave her extra $5 to which she didn't even say thank you and looked very upset! The nerve on this girl! Basically this was my first and last visit here.

Best massage I've had thus far! From Lucy at the front desk to my masseuse Michelle, everything was A ok. My honey and I had the combination massage which involved 3 different kinds, one of which is Tai Ji stretching. The environment is nice, clean, very comfortable with relaxing music playing. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Mandarin Spa regularly for many years now, and I'm consistently pleased with the massages there. It's a calm, clean, and comfortable space. Reception is warm and professional. Each of the massage therapists is excellent, clearly trained, and perceptive. No massage is exactly the same, which I appreciate, and I always leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. Such value here. I love Mandarin Spa!

I left the Mandarin an hour or so ago, after Michelle finished my session with one of the best face/scalp massages I've ever received. What's more, I arrived within an hour of closing (walk-in) yet they graciously encouraged me choose whatever treatment I wanted rather than even hinting that I should pick a short one.

My first spa experience and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Got a massage, facial and pedi. Every service I received was fantastic. Jaime, the masseuse, was so gentle and made me wish I had bought an 80 mins massage. Ohh it was so relaxing.... Then my pedi was phenomenal Rochelle the nail technician was so friendly and even went to break late to fix my nail polish. How accommodating... I will be back!
