Beautiful place but they need to learn time management.. and not over booking reservations.. like had a facial scheduled last week... last minute they call and said the facialist called out sick...they reschedule for today at 10 and now they tell me they booked someone else for 10 and let them go in front of me. This is not professional how do you book two people for the same day and time for the same treatment.. just wild to me

TERRIBLE - Do not waste your time. I went in for a custom facial which turned into 60 minutes of someone applying cleanser and lotion to my face. It was just a basic facial for over $250. I never write reviews but it was so horrible. For such a high end place it was just a total let down. Don't bother.......

The pool is beautiful but the masseuses are generally inexperienced and they charge you 40 percent gratuity to order drinks or food in the pool after your appointment. Furthermore you have to wait for 5-10 minutes at the counter while they run elsewhere to run your credit card. Janky operations that are unbefitting of a place that looks like this.

Sadly this was the worst deep tissue massage I have ever received. The masseuse seemed inexperience as she pushed on my bones instead of my muscles and I felt her fingers and hands shake as she tried to apply pressure. At the end, she asked me how it was and I told her I was still tight. She apologized and said she went as deep as she could. The friend that I went with had a similarly nonexistent deep tissue massage by a different masseuse. If you're interested in getting a facial, you should know that they do not do extractions at this spa. I will not be returning.

City oasis. Had an amazing service at these impeccable facilities. Really peaceful environment, perfect to treat yourself while enjoying the jacuzzi, pool and sauna. Masseuse was great and the staff was very kind. Highly recommended.
