My massage session was actually really good for the price demanded in NYC. I was surprised honestly since I had many massage sessions before at hotels and resorts with much more expensive prices. They use paper however so it is not very comfortable to lay down at. 谢谢!

Very hit or miss. I’ve been going for 2 years. Quality has gone down a lot recently - they switched massage therapists in the middle of my last massage. Second time in a row. Will not be going back.

Got a 1 hour body massage. No appointment, waited 20 minutes. Maybe not the world's best massage, but certainly the best massage for the value that I've ever had. $45 out the door, and I tipped the therapist $10. I was not forced to tip like others have been reporting. I paid in cash - not sure if that makes a difference...

I have to say this spa is a hidden gem. They happen to be on the third floor. Took the stairs off of 45th Ave, but they do have an elevator off of Lexington. If you prefer not to climb the stairs before your massage. They took me in even though I didn’t have an appointment with no wait time. They are very reasonable prices.

So first let me debunk the 10 dollar tip minimum rule. Not true! I too came expecting to be hassled for a tip at the end but I was not, the receptionist didn't say one word to me, she just sat there and smiled, because of this I did give the 10 dollar tip, because it was earned. Sophia gave me the BEST massage that 45 dollars could ever buy. She was so good that I didn't want it to end, I was literally in heaven through the entire experience! I cannot believe this place is not more well known, but I am glad, it'll be our little secret. The place is stunning, very clean, nice music, low lights. Sophia is PROFESSIONAL, her technique, unmatched! I've been too many massage parlors and I know a professional when I see one! Oh and not to mention I called many places this day to get a last minute appt, spa 45 was the ONLY place to take me right away, 15 minutes after calling. I especially love that the front desk associate eagerly took the 10 dollars from the register to prepare for Sophia, it was like she wanted her to be tipped!! I love this place and I'm so happy it's right across the street from my job! I will most CERTAINLY be back!!

Andy is great! This place is open 24/7. It's legitimate with no hanky panky. I was there when someone called to ask, and the woman who answered was bothered that they asked and was quick to tell him no! To each their own, but I'm personally happy to know certain bodily fluids will not be on the furniture that I'm on too. The place is big, clean, and shiny hardwood floors. Private rooms. Common foot massage area. Entrance has an elevator to the 3rd floor where the elevator opens up to the spa. They dont have a frequency card, but they do offer packages that will provide a discount. I have had many a massage (body and foot), and I have even had cupping. Never, ever disappointed. Always satisfied and feeling great. Andy is a master. Body and foot massage is a absolutely incredible. He listens, cares about what pressure you prefer, and is very intuitive!! I love this place and will keep coming back!!

We stayed at the W in Lexington and discovered this gem right down the street. We get massages about once a month and this by far has been the BEST massage from all our travels. The women there really know how to work your muscles and massage stress spots from head to toe. They added in hot stones and customize the massage to the person. Their technique is really one of a kind. We loved it so much we went back the next day with friends. The prices are incredible as well and really rare to find a gem like this! We highly recommend this place and saved as one of our fav spots when visiting the city!

My husband and I walked in after a full weekend of walking around Manhattan and only waited about 15 minutes. The place was clean and the ladies were friendly. They walked on my husbands back but not mine (for which I am glad). Also, they did "require" a $10 tip. We thought they earned it so it wasn' a big deal for us.

One of the worst massage places I’ve come across. The ladies didn’t know how to do an ordinary foot massage and it was not worth the money at all. On top of that there is a mandatory 10$ tip. Had the massage been good, I would have gladly tipped. I was forced to tip for a horrible experience and that is not accepted.

I was treated to a full massage for my birthday by my Buddy. This was a first experience and recommend that you try it sometime. This won't be my last visit..make your reservation for a relaxing moment to treat yourself..

The massage was great! What I did not like was the fact that they want to charge you a $4 transaction fee for using a debit/credit card without this being posted! They have that there is a $10 min to use card but not this, then they want to charge me two fees because I was paying for myself and another person, I asked why? It's one transaction that you are performing. Now they didn't understand English. Then I wanted to tip the lady who performed the massage, after paying another woman runs behind me telling me " to tip now because I'm busy" I said I would like to tip the woman who performed the service, and they said no you have to tip $10 for each of us that I paid for. They then showed me a "SUGGESTED" Tip notice, I told them that this said suggested NOT mandatory! I didn't like the fact that then they went and got some man to stand by the desk as if we were not going to be let out. I'm not sure if I will be back. The customer before me complained about the same issue of them charging a $4 fee and not saying anything before, nor having it posted!
