The best massage I’ve ever had, every time. My wife and I come here to get couples massages often because we love the hot oil body work and hot stone foot massages. The only downside is the language barrier. No one really speaks English, so sometimes there is a misunderstanding. Last time we went, we both wanted our usual—a 60 minute body rub + 30 minute foot rub. Due to the language barrier, we ended up getting a 90 minute body rub without a foot rub. They were closed when we all realized what had happened, so we left without getting our foot rubs. We also noticed the prices went up a little, which is understandable. The prices are still the best I’ve ever seen, not only in NYC but everywhere I’ve ever gotten a massage. I definitely recommend this place. I even took my brother here, and he said he would come back as well.

A 60-minute body massage for $36, an extra 10 minutes if you check-in on Yelp, strong masseuses, and clean location (cleaner than the Bowery one). They use deep tissue, Swedish, and hot stone techniques. A bit noisy and dim but this place is no frills and you'll get an excellent massage.

The staffs are very kind and friendly. Got a card. Said 10 hours get 1 hour free. Definitely will back again!!!

I use to love this place but it seems like the higher the prices get the worse the massages get. The last time I went I left extremely sore because the lady kept pressing on my spine after I asked her to stop several times. Im now pretty sure these people are not licensed to give massages. I was in pain for several days. It's sad because I use to love this place but now I will never go back. My last 4 massages here have been horrible.

I've been here several times. The staff is very friendly and the place is nice an quiet. Sometimes the (i think) chinese people here talk very loud. But thats okay. The one hour foot rub feels very good and is definitely worth it. Also the price 22 dollars is good! I can recommend this spa.

Tengo piernas muy velludas (hairy legs) y sentía que me arrancaban los vellos, el chico lo sentío porque su expresión lo dijo y le preguntó algo al señor de alado. La verdad, hubiera sido mucho más placentero que use un poco más de vaselina o cual sea el lubricante que usen, así no hubiera sido una tortura. Dicho esto, masajes en los pies 5 estrellas, masajes en las piernas - 5 (menos 5 estrellas). Por cierto, la parte de las piedras calientes fue lo mejor, deberían de hacer esto más seguido si piden un masaje de una hora, como fue en mi caso.

I think the lady who did my full body massage had a personal vendetta against my back. I had to tell her almost every five minutes to ease up. When she wasn't busy breaking the bones in my back, she kept focusing on my buttocks area...a little too much. I told her that wasn't necessary and asked if she could focus more on my back and shoulders. I asked in English and Cantonese but it didn't seem she understood either. I tried pointing but that didn't work either. I guess that's the quality you get for $36. I did enjoy the hot stones though. I'm sure there are plenty of other cheap places in Chinatown so I will give those a try before I come back here. I only wish I got the name of my masseuse so that I can make sure NOT to request her.

Being on "staycation" I wanted to do a spa, so I searched on Google for the top massage spots in Canal St and found Renew Regal on the top of the list with good reviews. Hopped on the train, got off and got out, then I walked in and immediately was taken care of. I paid for the hour full body massage. Rita was my masseuse and I must let the world know that her hands, arms and fingers are gifted! She rubbed the tension off my back and shoulders! Thank you Rita and Renew Regal Spa for a great experience! I will definitely repeat my visit.

After reading reviews on yelp I decided to try out this spa. My teen daughter and I had been walking for 3 days all around the city and our feet were ready for a treat. I felt a little nervous climbing the stairs but the business was clean. We were able to be together in a room and I when they asked, I requested a strong therapist for myself and a female for my daughter. We had a great time. 30 minutes on the back/shoulders and 30 minutes on feet. It was fabulous. I highly recommend.

I thought that this would be a wonderful experience based on the reviews and on one side I can see it. The location is clean and the masseurs are well trained but the things that are bad were so bad that they prevented me from giving a better score.Firstly was the loudness of the other customers, it was as if I was at a nail salon where people felt free to talk loudly to others about there lives which I felt definitely took away from the relaxation of it, secondly the massauers kept speaking to each other which if occurred occasionally would be no problem but it was nonstop and then there was the ambience it was way too bright to be considered relaxing and the people were slightly pushy to get away from the $25 foot massage. Overall it’s great if your looking for a cheap, clean place to get a massage but don’t expect to be treated like royalty.

This is, hands down, the best spa (and spa chain) in NYC, in Chinatown, at least for me: for $39, I receive a fantastic massage that melts away the pains and soreness brought on from living a busy lifestyle which includes time sitting at a desk and time lifting heavy weights in the gym.
