Incredible experience every time I visit, if you are a male looking for a place to thread your eyebrows and still maintain a manly look then this is the place to go! I've been to various eyebrow threading spas in the city and every time I end up with feminine and thin brows, Rani is an expert and will have you coming back after just one visit!

I called this place to make an appointment and apparently it is a disgusting place with a horrible service they don't know how to treat their clients they have a very bad reputation online and it says very bad things about to avoid it and indefinitely think that you should avoid this place at all costs

Horrible untrained staff. I went to get my beard waxed and threaded. The woman there kept waxing my bare cheek for some reason, I thought she knew what she was doing. As a result my face is left with lots of ugly scars. I've done wax & threading before but this never happened. And they charged double the price compared to other places!

This place is a sham! I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady waxed off my ENTIRE EYEBROW. She said sorry and I didn't have to pay! Turns out she is here on a visitors visa and doesn't have a work permit or a cosmetology license. She is here from India on a visitors visa and this place hired her - I was so outraged - she told me she has done it before in INDIA! SHAM! They should all be deported!

Well I would describe this Spa as comical, with very poor organization, freezing cold, and there was a lack of confidence from the staff. I was asked to change which I did , but I had to share a space, with the one of the staffs clothing. plus no sliprers, I would have bailed out but I was to far in. Then the manager asked me to fill out recommendation, on her I pad... I refused. Shame because with good training and leadership it could be really good and handy for the Javits exhibitors! I thought the Filipino Lady knew what she was doing, but seemed a bit frustrated. Plus I think some of the positive reviews could be fake, or way out of date! If you want a laugh then, come here, perhaps it would be a good idea for TV show!

A wonderful place to go "Rani spa Manhattan, 10th Ave," if you think of doing your eyebrows, eyelashes, and facial I recommend you go to Rani spa Manhattan. Whenever I go there, oh my God!!!! I find myself more beautiful than ever

Came for a blow out bc dry bar was full. The lady doing my hair worked hard. The shampoo wasn't as thorough in my opinion. My hair looks nice so I'm happy. I really just didnt want to do it myself. I went early October on a somewhat humid day and there was no air conditioning. That was wack.

I went there for a facial and requested that she use herbal and natural products. She put a face mask on me and then left. She came back THIRTY MINUTES later complaining that a customer had inquired about some of her products but did not even end up buying anything. She then took off the face mask and said that this was only supposed to be left on FOR FIVE MINUTES. She then said that this "random chemical" could be damaging for my skin if it was left on for MORE THAN TEN MINUTES. After that treatment, I end up with scars and blemishes that after TWO YEARS, still have not gone away. THE STAFF ARE ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AND EXTREMELY HORRIBLE AT THEIR JOB. THE PLACE IS SO DIRTY AND THEIR STANDARDS ARE SO LOW. THEY REUSE MATERIALS ON CLIENTS AND DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THE STAFF IS JUST USLESS. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE IS STILL IN BUISNESS.
