They bruised my gf during the deep tissue she was screaming as the woman repeatedly tried to massage her shoulder blade the bone ! They also have indentured servants aka slaves bs place freedom is free not slavery to come here. Would give zero or negitive 5

From the moment I walked into this day spa I felt relaxed. The staff is eager to please and kind, the music and decor are subtle and relaxing. I recommend doing a entire package of mani, pedi and facial...you will not be disappointed.

I never write reviews but I can’t begin to tell you how amazing Queen Jane Spa is. I have been to a number of spas and received many deep tissue massages. No one does them better than Lin. Her hands are magic and I always feel amazing afterwards. Highly recommend, book now you will not regret it!

Positive they stole from me! I had roughly $400 cash in my wallet at 4pm today and at 7pm I had $0. Two minutes before my appointment I left the pizza place across the street and paid in cash, therefore I know I had money when I walked into Queen Jane Day Spa. I went upstairs, put my robe on, left all my valuables in the "locked" locker, took the key and proceeded to have my services (massage, facial, pedicure). When all was finished at 7pm I went upstairs to change, then downstairs to pay. I opened my wallet and NOTHING WAS THERE!!! I hate blaming people without actual evidence, but I know I walked into the place with $200 in cash and walked out with $0!!! They were adamant on the phone the day before that all taxes and tips had to be paid in cash, but since I didn't have any they were willing to accept card. I asked if there were any other keys and of course they said no! But, if someone loses a key what do they do?! Of course there are extras...I am so disappointed by this place because the services were so good, BUT I'm 99% positive they stole from me...and stole A LOT! They also said they would notify me if they found anything-I truly hope they do, otherwise I'll have to keep telling my story!

I will never utilize services with Queen Jane Day Spa again. I spent $600.00 this month alone and when the entire services could not be completed in a timely fashion "they" wanted to charge me a cancellation fee! I objected and then received a credit. Upon using I was informed I could not get the additional 20% off that was honored for the initial package that was PREPAID and they proceeded to add an additional $23.00 onto a $59.00 credit for a shellac Mani and regular Pedi. $82.00! This was unacceptable customer etiquette. Did I mention during the hour massage the masseuse talked the entire time about her "baby daddy" who cheated and how she cheated to get back at him and so on.........unreal! Also the eyelash extensions began to fall off several hours later. When I went back the following day the response was "oh, so sorry". I felt totally cheated.

Disgusting I went in for a mani pedi 2 weeks ago and got fungal infections on both ny hands and feet. Cant disclose much because I'm taking this to court! I urge everyone to stay away from this spa, my nails and toes are ruined for summer

I was a standing client for two years. I got facials the same time every week every month. I regularly bought spa packages and friends to the spa. As a loyal customer how was I rewarded? They decide to change my appointment without my consent. Then when I dont show up I get charged $200 and then they let my balance expire without notification. No reason to ever come here with that kind of "customer service"

Second visit to Queen Jane Spa and it was once again a pleasant experience. I felt very energized and relaxed after the Swedish massage with the Dead Sea Salt Scrub and will definitely return to try the many other services available. This was the best recommendation of a Spa I've received and couldn't been more thankful.

I wouldn’t really consider this a spa. Right where the receptionist desk is, is where clients getting treated which is horrible to me. The lady took 1 hour and 30 mins to do my pedicure and forgot to put the callus remover on for me, note that the owner told me it would be included. Prices are very high.

Yesterday was my first time going to this spa because my god mother goes there ones in a while for facials and massages and gave me a lot of good feedback!!!when I entered the spa I was welcomed by the receptionist Krisi which was very nice and polite and very helpful with questions that I had!!!so when it was time for my facial Carol was me esthetician and she did a very good job my face feels so refreshing and clean!!!so ones I finished the facial I met with Angela my massage therapist she was very nice and sweet and I really liked her massage she was wonderful!!!! I will be going there again very soon!!!

Received a gift certificate for a deep tissue massage as a birthday gift. The masseur paid special attention to the areas I requested. The facilities were super clean and relaxing. During my massage I few asleep a few times. The experience was great. I would definitely recommend Queen Jane Day Spa

I booked a groupon online for a couples massage and I realized I wasn't gonna make it on time for my massage so I called and tried to reschedule I thought I would have to pay some fee or something but surprisingly the lady told me I would loose my groupon deal and not get any money back!

I bought a travelzoo voucher. I was able to get an appointment the NEXT day! It was incredibly relaxing, I upgraded to the deep tissue massage for $10. It was amazing. Stephen was my masseuse was great! He did not rush, he spoke softly, he was super polite and professional. My voucher included a mani or pedi. The lady I got kind of ruined the relaxing time I had. She was rushing me (which wouldn't have bothered me except I just had a super relaxing hour before she ushered me around). She even gave me attitude when I asked to change into my clothes from the robe (I was chilly and just uncomfortable walking around in a robe). I would still recommend, it's not a hole in the wall salon, very nice.
