If you are looking for a relaxing spa this is not the place. They charge you for everything $3 for a towel! The locker rooms are so crowded you are changing on top of everyone and it's definitely not your typical classical music healthy snacks place. If you are looking for a club with massage tables this is your place.

Clean fun place to visit. Accessible by mass transit. Lots to do...fun.

I went to Premier 57 to spend a relaxing day trying out the facility and basically having a staycation. I got really sick here because the whole spa experience really works up an appetite (saunas burn calories!) but at the same time, the food portions at Premier 57 are small and low quality. The price for food is high. I couldn't eat enough despite spending over $70 on food. My girlfriend even gave me her portion of the food because I was so famished. The quality of the food does not justify the small portions. I got one piece of broccoli in my ramen (It was instant. They serve instant ramen for $15) and no other vegetables. For the small portions and poor quality of food, it is overpriced. I don't mind paying $15 for a good ramen with decent hearty toppings, but this one was clearly instant ramen and served with one vegetable. Why feel disappointed and have to complain to management when you are just trying to have a relaxing time? So we just bought more food, but it was never enough. I was able to sleep off my headache in the sleeping room. I felt safe enough to sleep for real in there, which is not common for me. However, I walked out to a really bizarre sight: a woman vigorously bouncing up and down on a man's lap in the sauna. Even more weird, it was the 40 degree sauna with ice on the walls. They were clearly having sex... and they were not even alone in there. So, that may be an issue for some visitors. I really needed to lower my body temp, (I felt so so sick) but the group made it impossible for me to comfortably go inside the cool temp sauna. I had to go home with an elevated temperature which made it hard for me to make decisions and communicate. Luckily my girlfriend was still with me. Why do the Styrofoam water cups only hold about 3 ounces? I finished a $10 juice (about 10 ounces) and put my water in that cup. I felt seriously dehydrated, despite gulping down over 20 small cups of water and 3 bigger cups. They should just have bigger recyclable cups available so that people can carry more water around. The hydrotherapy actually worked, however I needed it to relax muscles that tensed up on their premises so I guess it's an even trade. People in the pool were kind of good sports about the way the hydrotherapy jets spray everywhere. Kind of. It sprayed as much as 7 feet away, so be aware of that. The indoor hydrotherapy area has more of a party vibe. My girlfriend was in absolute disagreement with the alcohol being served in a health retreat environment. I thought it was funny, but she is right. Alcohol increases injury/drowning risks and dehydration. And it is served right next to the hydrotherapy meant to heal the body lol. I had no problems tanning on the roof, just watch out for water pooling under the mats. It will get your towel soaked. For several reasons, I left Premier 57 feeling worse than I did going in. That's not what I paid for. My advice is to pack yourself a couple of nourishing meals and skip the evening rush. My girlfriend hated it way more than me, and I honestly had tons of fun until I started feeling sick.

Went on groupon for this and enjoyed everything about this place. Note: bring swimming attire they sell them but save yourself a few endz. I'm likely to buy another groupon for here.

For the amount of money I spent I rather go to the original spa castle in queens. Its smaller with less amenities! Spa castle can be a bit ratchet but atleast you get more for the money. $75 to get in here for what? Plus parking? Although they gave me a $30 parking voucher (after I had asked) the parking was still $64. Thank God for the best parking app.

One star for the pools that I enjoyed spending time in. One star for the staff who was very nice. Forget about the rest. $35 for a swim trunk that you would pay $6 on Amazon. Made in Bangladesh of course. Greed. The food quality was what you can find pretty much everywhere in the city: made with low quality ingredients at a premium price. Greed. Overrated place just like the whole city I guess. Rich people are killing NYC and this place is a good example. Not worth the money.

I totally love Premier 57! Way better than Castle and Sojo, in my opinion. The place is not that big but it’s super clean and has the right amount of facilities. I was there on a Friday morning since other reviewers recommended to go as early as possible. It was not crowded at all and I was able to spend the whole day sipping on some drinks, eating great food (wings are REALLY good) and relaxing in the infrared room. Food and drinks are pricey (like on any other spa) but it’s worth it. The staff was great and helpful! I liked the fact that there was no kids around, only adults (not ghetto). I cant wait to go back. Day pass includes: robe, towels and locker room. Bring flip flops and bathing suit

Uli Pr

Rude staff. I liked the pictures I saw online so I called for more information and the person who picked up was monosyllabic and totally not interested to answer any questions. So I won’t take the risk to go there and have a worse experience in person.

Went there for a targeted therapy message and all day access to pools, Jacuzzis and sauna rooms celebrate an anniversary. Pros: Good facilities, variety of sauna rooms with freedom to move around them, nicely stocked bar and reasonable good food. Cons: Place is run by young people who lack a level of professionalism BEWARE: my phone was STOLEN from the locker that froze and didn't not lock using the watch, from the staffs reaction seems like a normal incidents that happens very often (was told by a staff member that there was another incident 2 days before) Conclusion: place/services definitely not worth losing your belongings Note: I had really great pics of the place I wish I could upload but I lost them when I lost my phone

Simas Glinskis

Interesting selection of saunas, and the rooftop is a wonderful touch. Everything could be hotter, seems like the temperature of the hot tubs and saunas is low to protect from lawsuits. My own stupidity got me confused, assuming the only saunas were in the changing rooms.

Sam L

BRING YOUR OWN BATHING SUIT or you'll pay $32 to get one! Very bad experience:( For the expansive price they ask.. Wouldn't recommend..)

Heather Dewald

Because when I complained to the manager, his response was, "we get this all the time" - I thought I'd share here to hopefully help. There is a $75 "admission" charge ON TOP of any service costs. I thought I saw on the website that amenities were included with $100+ on massages, etc. Again, not the case. To enter the building, even of you don't want to use the sauna and just get to your service, you must pay $75. Since I had already taken the day off work to treat myself, I downgraded my massage to have some funds to get in the door. Once in, if you get over the $75 shock, the first thing you should know is that you have to go barefoot. No outside sandals are allowed. So barefoot everywhere, bathroom included.

I totally forgot about the outside world! I tried every sauna, the top roof whirlpools.staff are friendly and polite. I had a great experience

Jeffrey Sanders

Great spa. Amazing interior. Great atmosphere and incredible service. would recommend to all my friends!!

Spent 6 hours here on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all (perhaps holiday season meant more people out of town). Great 3 story spa with a number of hot tubs and 6 sauna rooms. The layout and design is nice throughout the place. Clean facility. Staff was attentive and friendly. Only complaint is that the tubs are quite shallow you'd have to stretch out your legs and sit quite low if you're tall. They also only provide one towel and one thin bathrobe - I would bring one more personal towel for the shower.

Janice Mills

My 2nd time at this spa and I truly enjoyed it hanging out with my crew....I even won the dancing contest.

Theresa Schmidt

A place for partying and taking selfies but not for relaxation!! Do yourself a favour and go to a real spa! We have been there last Saturday and yes, it has quite a few different saunas to offer but thats about it. No matter where we went, it was super loud, people were screaming and partying while none of staff cared. Countless people took their phones EVERYWHERE and took pictures EVERYWHERE (including the saunas and the pools!). Signs say that this would be forbidden but staff once again did not care. Generally it was way too crowded to enjoy it and especially the changing area is a joke, you can not even turn around because it is so crowded. More like a school locker system than a spa. In regards to the hygiene, it is even worse! Everybody wears their swimsuits in the saunas without any towels or anything which is not sanitary at all. The most ridiculous fact is that you cannot bring your own bathing shoes (which is understandable since you never know if they might be dirty) but the staff wears their street shoes which were obviously dirty... So yeah, as I mentioned at the beginning, do yourself a favour and go to a real spa. Here you can definitely not relax!

Negative 0 it doesn’t deserve not even 1 star The worst!!! Disgusting service. The owner of this joint should close this place down or rehire everyone!!!! I have to say for the money you are paying to come to a location to feel relaxed and it be a friendly environment I was super disappointed. I arrived and the front attendant did not greet with a smile. She looked like she was being forced to do her job. When we proceeded to the locker room there was a woman standing there. Didn’t even greet my friend and I. She has a attitude and a face. Not to mention her appearance was not appropriate. For god sakes she had a durag on. Was not friendly at all. Then we went to get our facial and massage. We booked our appointment for the same time. I went into one room and when I came out 50 min later my friend still did not get her facial. They forgot about her!!!! And offered no recompensation for their error. The staff at the cafe looked bothered to be there. The overall feel is just no one wanted to be there. How disappointing. We came here today for my birthday and I’m so upset I came. Don’t come it’s a waste of your money. I came may 21 2019

Michael Kantor

The amenities themselves are nice but the atmosphere and the massages are terrible. No one enforces the noise policy so it is very loud and disruptive and the photos make the spa look larger than it is.

Michelle Falsetta

I went here for a job interview and I must say what a beautiful hidden getaway right on 57th Street in Manhattan

Aniko Magyar

Delightful experience overall. Jacuzzis for hot water and cold water. Themed room for relaxation. Automated lockers responding to the waterproof RFID bracelets. Staff very helpful. My only criticism is that Premier 57 leases slippers at $10, whereas every other spa includes these (even if they are the cheaper kind made of paper) since it is unsanitary to have patrons running barefoot all over the place.

Daniel Lopez

This is one of my favorite places in Manhattan to relax, they have a lot of areas to relax and the rooftop with the jacuzzis are so nice. It’s expensive and they make an extra charge for the towels and robes. There is also a restaurant and you can get drinks but is also expensive.

Sarah Najjar

I went to premier 57 last night, and didn’t expect that the pools would be that dirty. I was hanging out with a friend and I saw hair and the the foam was black on top !! Thank god we had two glasses of wine to make the night more fun, but I wouldn’t go back again. I definitely recommend sojo spa In jersey, it was much more cleaner and nicer.

I had the most horrifying spa experience of my life. Upon entry there was a bouncer who was NOT the kindest. Why is there a bouncer at a spa anyway? Then I was publicly shamed and embarrased in front of every patron and staff member on the floor. I was accused of poor parenting and neglegance, then abruptly removed from the line and confronted with a bazaar accusation. I was so confused and distraught, and before I could figure out what was happening, I was escorted out by the bouncer. Apparently, some children were in the lobby against spa policy- and regardless that these were NOT my children- I was still forced to check on them anyway. Instead of the manager getting full detail as to the name of said parent- I was targeted without question; not to mention made incredibly late for my spa appointment. I spent $210 plus with tax, tip, and gratuities to be mistreated and have my character assassinated. I will never forget the prying eyes of onlookers as I'd been identified as a careless woman who would leave her children unattended in a lobby. My many protests of innocence were to no avail and fell on deaf ears. I spent the next 25 minutes in tears, sobbing uncontrollably at what'd just occured. My mother's day weekend completely ruined. Not just for me, but my 5 other guests as well. We tried to make the best of things since a refund was denied. Instead we were met with service that was less than subpar. Additionally, the restroom facilities were disgusting. Stalls lacked tissue as well as any semblance of it being sanitary. Urine covered the floor and a fecal smear was unfortunately found. I was overwhelmingly disappointed, disenchanted and traumatized from the events of the day. I will never return, and will share with my followers the details of this experience so they won't endure the same. This spa day was belittling and defeated my entire spirit. I am so, so hurt. Words just cannot express. Very depressing mother's day of all time. I would give ZERO stars if it were possible.

Visited Premier57 on my birthday and had an amazing time with my boyfriend. It was cold out but once you go into all the pools especially on the rooftop you are taken away. All of the rooms are amazing and make you feel so relaxed. The food was ok, nothing spectacular but didn’t mind it. I really enjoyed the fact that this location was in the middle of NYC yet once you were inside it did not feel like it at all. A great place to disconnect in busy NYC!

Luisa Sanchez

It was good for the time I went at around 2 but then more people staying coming I went by myself. The pool and the saunas were good the food overpriced of course. I didn't get anything to eat. The atmosphere was calming except for the people that come with friends and are super loud I didn't meet anyone rude that was a plus since it was my first time

Sam S

BRING YOUR OWN BATHING SUIT OR YOU'LL PAY $32! And at the expansive price they ask.. Wouldn't recommend.. SMALL PLACE TOO..

Nicole Weston

This spa itself was very nice. Peaceful too. It was clean they had private lockers. Very relaxing to go on a weekday in the morning when nobody's there. The company that I was with made it fantastic though. And a good friend surprised me and took me there for my birthday. You are asked to take your shoes off when you walk in the door of the spa which is very nice. However some of the staff was wearing shoes, I am a bit conscious of that. The breakfast court wasn't my favorite, it was pretty but not tasty I would definitely try this place again to see if the experience improves. I wasn't a fan of the checkout process we waited for a long time while they checked everybody else. Even the guests that were checking in were attentive to us trying to leave.

Joanna Cave

Very nice facilities but was spoilt by young ladies constantly taking photos/selfies, in nearly every area! found it very annoying especially as we were there to relax not to feel like we were on a photo shoot

ivette luciano

Yesterday was my first time attending Premier57, it was recommended by my friends a few months ago, Since i was in the area i decided to stop by..i was expecting the nude area but unfortunately i missed it, because it became co-ed Jan 25th(i should've came with my friends but hey its cool) so..when you enter the locker room you're greeted by an attendant who provide's you with a robe & towel. I enjoyed the Amenities we had access to & also the Food , it overall was a Great experience and ill be back soon.

Kelvin Guaba

I think is a Nice place to go an relax for a day.. the water smell to much to clorox ( but maybe is a good thing) the drinks were good but a little too expensive.. and the Asian food could be better ...Way more better.

fatimah steffanoff

Amazing treasure in the city!!! With a trip up from Baltimore just to spend the day here. Perfect combo of upscale spa with traditional korean

Nikki G

I'm a New Yorker, therefore I am used to everything being crazy expensive, but this place is very costly. I liked the difference saunas, but didn't get to use the steam room because I didn't see it (a tour would've been nice). Also I took my robe off to eat, and was promptly told I have to keep it on at all times. How can I eat with my sleeves getting in my food?? I still had my bathing suit on, damn. Locker room was clean when I first got there, but when I left it was filthy. The attendants didn't even attempt to clean up. I went on a Friday at 5p.m, beautiful weather and it was empty, so that should've told me something. I will not be returning.

Matthew Polito

Honestly....it’s expensive and can get a VERY LOUD. No one checks bags or asks whats in them so people sneak in liquor and get wasted. People don’t respect the quiet rooms and there isn’t enough staff to enforce anything. I was in a sauna with a women on her cell phone. Not my idea of a relaxing spa like experience. The drinks are way over priced ... which is why people probably sneak booze in. Regardless, the atmosphere is far from relaxing. It gets super crowded on weekends after noon. I would say.. if you really want to go... go early .. like when they open and leave by 11am. After that, the bar opens, people flow in and things get sloppy and loud. Also... the customer service is terrible. My robe was stained, I asked for a new one and had to basically argue with the gentleman to give me a clean one. He was trying to charge me for a new robe when the one he gave me had a stain. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend.

Blake Denton

I only gave it 2 stars (rather than 1) because the facility is beautiful. Huge place, especially for Manhattan, and very beautifully designed. But if you are going here for steam and sauna, you will be disappointed. None of the saunas are above 170 degrees (and most are way less). The steam room never went above 97 degrees. That's not a steam room... just a room. I'll stick to Russian banyas, with their 225 degree saunas where you can get in a good sweat. If you want cucumber smoothies and upscale sitting areas, Premier57 is fine. If you want a good sweat, go somewhere else.

Aleksey Pyatigorskiy

Came to the spa, bought the package in the spa lobby. When they found out they have no appoitment time acceptable for me to have my treatment. Ended up getting refund and left. They argued up my day. Would not recommend at all

Claire Dignam

Had the most amazing pampering day at the Premier 57

Sarah Alagha

Facility is clean and well-taken care of. The sauna valley is a favorite & gives you a unique experience in every room. We enjoyed the meditation and lounge areas as well.

Ebony Kelley

The staff is friendly and helpful the places Clean. The drinks was weak. The Food was good.

NYC Light

Are we under new management? Why have things diminshed so drastically~dramatically? Premier57 was classy and had elevated standards a year ago. Now it's an unpleasant barely passable experience. Purchase a second towel for a shower and slippers. Isn't it unhygienic not to offer them complimentary? The locker rooms are dimly lit. Why take away the women's jacuzzi and steam room and put up signs with "no sexual activity" (gauche).

Eljay Callands

The absolute worst! Definitely not what I expected from a first time spa experience! Service was blah! The security guard kept pestering customers! If your looking to have a relaxing peaceful experience this is not the place! The pools weren’t that clean as hair kept getting stuck between my fingers! Employees were wearing sneakers (dirty sneaker) in a barefoot facility definitely a reason for concern! Chlorine PH level is way too high as you reach the 8th floor and exit the elevator he smell of he Chlorine likes to knock you out! Left really itchy!! Definitely not what I was expecting for my first spa experience now if I was looking to attend a over 100 dollar pool party with a bunch of strangers maybe! Wish I would get a refund! But I will never be back!

Vero dee Morera

The only good thing about this place is the no kids running around every where! Drinks are super high priced and hot tubs are warm not hot at all !! I was so disappointed don’t let the pictures fool you it’s not worth the money !!

Xtina C

Great place even if you don't get a massage. There's plenty to do. Not too crowded even on a high peak weekend. Would definitely like to come back. Awesome experience!

Brandie Howard

Place was really nice! Food not so much lol Went with a group of ppl so we had a pretty big food selection to try from and everything was just blah. Would def go again but probably just eat somewhere else

Samantha Marrasquin

If I can put no star I would. Second of all that water is disgusting it was like a swamp. Then there’s only two small pool areas and you’re looking around like isn’t this it ? Totally different from the pictures online definitely false advertising. Then to top it off there’s men in the woman’s shower room. Good luck showering naked without getting watched by men. Over priced spa castle is way better.

Anna Muller

I had a great experience visiting the spa

yahnna yahnna

1st time visiting the place. As I relax n the sauna room, I thank the stars 4 this opportunity 2 wind down. O how I need all this place has 2 offer. Wud highly recommend the place 2 anyone. I've totally enjoyed the experience. It goes without saying that I'll B Back.

Lars P

Great price, clean and tranquil. Good bar and friendly staff.

Genny Sanchez

It's a great place to go on a date or alone to meditate. When you go the reception will give you a water proof watch to activate two lockers and it pays any other service you need linked to your account, which you pay at check out. Then you would proceed to take off your shoes in the shoe locker area first. Proceed to the women or men locker area to receive a robe and towel- complimentary and place your belongings in bigger locker. You can go as many times to locker. I take all clothes off and shower then return to put bathing suit. Everyone must wear the white robe except for the pool area and roof top Jacuzzi. There is a bar in pool area serving cocktails - prices varies. The shower area is coed and relatively safe and monitored. There is complimentary tooth brushes with toothpaste inside, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. There are vanities with q-tips, tissues, lotion and blow drier. The first to do is cleanse your skin in the 5 saunas. You can take robe off or leave it on. It key to use the hottest sauna first and work your way down to the igloo to close your pores. Then use the infrared red lounge to strengthen your internal organs and it also produces collagen in your skin. Then get something to eat and take a nap in the sleep lounge. Try to go from Monday to Thursday when there's less people. No kids allowed. Enjoy.

Kirkland Campbell

This place is out of this world in terms of the different area for all whirlpool, massage, sauna needs. It's truly a place where you can relax in the most sophisticated facility like you are a king or queen. It's worth coming to once in a while or week.

Ksenia D

Love this spa! Can spend all day wandering around different room and pools. Went there on weekend, it was pretty crowded.

Max .Tokar

ELECTRIC saunas. (Cool I can blast my baseboard at home, too, without paying $$$ for it.) Electric furnaces accumulate dust. LOOK UNDER THE FURNACES, THEY'RE NASTY and covered with dust bunnies. ONE towel. Extra towel 3$? LOL. real saunas have unlimited towels, this is a pathetic practice. No disrespect to the staff, the service was good and attentive but the concept and execution are deeply flawed. Waste of time, go to a Real sauna in Brooklyn or NJ.

Raphaelle Blard

If I could give -5 stars I would. This is the worst spa I ever been too in my life. 1. The staff was unfriendly and rude 2. The spa was sooo DIRTY. From the toilets to the baths. Their even was white fungus in one of the saunas. My towel and my robe where dirty, I had to change it twice. I think they should be check for health violations. My advice, don’t ever go.

Ooo Hhh

BRING YOUR OWN BATHING SUIT OR YOU'LL PAY $32! And at the expansive price they ask.. Wouldn't recommend.. SMALL PLACE TOO..

LifewithSandra

This place is awful, facilities are very small, unfriendly staff, no privacy for women to take a shower, because they have the women and man shower, in a co-ed sauna room. Food is so overpriced and disgusting. The place is just dirty. Will never go back to this place not even for free.

Rasheeda Mohammed

It's definitely a gem in the city

Kristijan Jevic

Great place to spend a day with your partner. Very relaxing, friendly staff, and a great variety of pools and saunas.

Trini Jacan

Clean, relaxing and melted my stress away. Definitely will be returning.

Montiya Jenkins

My happy place

Megan Marvin

Premier57 is nice and convenient, but it has become less peaceful and hospitable recently. They recently changed the baths in the locker rooms to coed, which makes it very uncomfortable to shower and less conducive to solitude. They charge you for your robe and towel upfront (until you return it at the end) but it caused sticker shock every time I tried to buy something and saw a $70+ running total. Lastly, Groupons help to make it more affordable (which I like), but it also means there are even more groups and couples that are incredibly disruptive (including in the napping room). Must be new management, but the changes are not in a good direction.

Dinah Joshua

Really enjoyed myself here. There are many therapy rooms so you can unwind and relax.

Christina Regan

It's run down and not as well kept as other spas in the city. They need major maintenance repairs and should offer more in the lockers such as makeup removal wipes, more towels (free of charge) and slippers that can get wet for a low cost. They like to charge you for everything here including towels.

Pauline Kammeraat Zurich

The place is so so at best I’ve had better massages all over the world. What really annoyed me is that they wouldn’t let me go eat and come back to use the facility. They sell food there so I guess they want you to eat their fried food. Also they extra charge you for EVERYTHING INCLUDING TOWELS! Honestly In a city like New York where you have tons of options I would recommend you go elsewhere for much less money too! Also the steam room smelled HORRIBLE!

Kettlaine Mesidor

WORST spa ! To small ! Too hot ! SOJO SPA IS WAY BETTER . I’m so disappointed

Olivier Hayes

Awesome experience, absolutely love the bade pools I could have stayed in there the entire time. All the saunas were fantastic, especially the loess soil room for me. And my massage was very nice, I've never had a massage but now I know what I was missing.

Christopher Sheehan

Nice facility especially the upper floor with all the saunas - very relaxing atmosphere. Hot tub cleanliness can be improved though (hair), and can get crowded on weekends. Also should allow our own sandles or lend some for a small fee for cleanliness. Otherwise worth a visit!

Suze Bell

Different a fun day here, an oasis in the middle of the city.

Emily Bookwalter

Went here with some friends on a weekend pass with the expectation of enjoying the facilities and then having a great time in the women's bathing area, only to be very disappointed. The facilities are pretty mediocre for what you pay. There's no women-only area, so if you want to clean yourself, you're in a shower with a bunch of men right outside; the pool by the bar literally had garbage in it and a thick layer of foam on top of it from all the beer and who knows what in it; the roof hot pools were full of people practically having sex and one of the hot tubs smelled like a wet dog. You get 1 towel for the day, you pay for the extra. Overall, I felt it was pretty gross, and pretty meh. I did enjoy some of the saunas. But overall there are way better spas in this city. I won't go back.

Jarleyn

I went there for my birthday and it was so nice. I did the couple massage and the first half was nice and soothing. The second half was also nice but not what I was expecting. My masseuse really DUG deep with her elbow on to my shoulder blade and at the time it didn't bother but the next day it hurt to move my shoulder. They let us have 30 mins to ourselves after the massage so we sat in the hot tub. After there wasnt much to do. There was beautiful and creative rooms that you could sit and admire and feel the heat or cold. The food was a little expenses but no surprise there. The pool and hot tubs were pretty small. And after a while it started to get pretty crowded so we left. Go in the morning and I think you'd have a better time.

Whitney Paige

Beautiful location. Easy Street parking after 7pm. Very clean accept someone took their band-aid off in the rooftop pool but that's not premiers fault. And the rooftop is a little smaller than pictured but still beautiful. Great amenities. Friendly staff

Marianna Shlak

This place is absolutely disgusting. Not sure how it has not yet been closed down by the sept of health. Anything but relaxing.

Arlette Cabreja

The best part was the pool it was so much fun music was great with great friends it’s the best. There was a bar by the pool and it was bit expensive but worth it!

Ambaly’s World

I book an appointment for Monday online and haven’t receive a confirmation. I have called them 24 times back to back and they keep having up or get sent directly to voicemail. I’m very upset

Jenna Vira

The spa itself is very large and kept clean, price is affordable if done through Groupon. No complaints, me and my girls had a great time.

Ultrasound Imaging

What a great place. I visited this spa on a Sunday am, as soon as it opened. The place was empty. We got to go into every sauna room, alone. The hyrdo-pool was amazing and we were the only ones in it. The roof-top hot tubs were excelled and the view was so refreshing. Around 12:00-12:30, is when we really started to notice people coming in. I highly suggest, if you want quiet time, and alone areas, GO EARLY !! I'll be back.

Marta Strekowski

This place was just OK. If you want to get a "spa" experience, make sure you get here very early, like by 9:30am because by around noon the animals start filing in who don't understand the meaning of spa and are super loud and inconsiderate of people who came here to relax. The food is on the expensive side... I ordered a waffle and smoothie for $10 EACH. They also have paninis at this counter, but if you don't stick your head around a dividing wall you'll think that this is all they have, which is not true. They have much more expensive food like bento boxes and teriyaki chicken with rice and such, but the prices start at around $17-$20 per meal, which is just plain overpriced. The outside pools on the 8th floor terrace are nice, but same thing, they are only peaceful until the crowd rolls in and then it's a frat house. They do have a few saunas and even a cold room with a huge ice pillar. That was cool. Spent most of my time in the bade pool, which quickly became overcrowded. Overall, it was nice to be here simply because it's not something I do often, but I wouldn't make this a regular spa spot.

Zeta Betta

Dirty place. Staf rud. Towels: you have to pay $4 each extra. Attitude: Awful Food: Bad. Pool: Hair in a water I brought clean flip flops from home and staff forced me took it off and buy from them. Staff wearing very dirty shoes and clients still barefoot Totally: save your money and mood-go somewere else!!!

Eh, I didnt find this place worth the entrance fee. Hard to relax at the pool, I think this place would be much better of they got rid of the communal pool and had (2) smaller ones, one in the. Mens area, and one in the women's area.

nelishia fagan

There was so much to do there! The food and drinks were excellent. Also, the atmosphere was amazing and extremely clean. I don't like spas, but I love this one! I want to go back asap!

Megan Skiles

It was ok. I liked the layout and sauna options. Not sure how I feel about the cleanliness of the place. Laying on the floors in the saunas where other people laid? I did see the employee checking the ph of the hot tubs. I did not like how you cannot wear your own shoes but are given the option to either pay for slippers or go barefoot. Even if they only cost $5 I feel they should be complimentary for the price of everything else you pay. My massage was unlike any other I have ever had. Not very much communication, very fast past and rough. I could not relax because of how fast and unconnected the therapist felt.

Suki Johnson

The staff are very professional and nice, service with smiles. Faculties are clean. Enjoyed the many spa amenities, especially the sleep room

Diddy Bop

The place looks great but I am all about customer service. I bought my friends (couple) an elite couple massage (I think about 400-500 dollars) I also bought them a gift certificate worth about 200 dollars. There was a mixup with the email of the friends I bought it for. I called around 5 or 6 times to correct it. Each time they said someone would call back. I started to get a little upset after the 4th time and told them I’ll give them an opportunity to correct it. Still no call back. The last time I told them I would go on google and give them a bad rating and then call BBB. Still no call back. My friends aren’t able to go use their massage because I told them I want them to use the gift certificate that allows them to order food and other things on me. I heard the place is nice but service is key to me. After my friends go I will definitely ask them how the service was. If it’s bad, I will coax them to give them a terrible review. They can’t say I wasn’t patient because I gave them plenty of opportunities to fix it.

Mila Bulmaga

The worst experience ever! Namely terrible service! I bought a Korean scrub, the woman was not polite, but the worst thing is was that she used a reusable sponge to scrub my skin! When I saw it - I refused this procedure! Im sorry, but even in Turkey in public sauna bath-make scrub individual sponges! And here's New York! Manhattan! I was just in shock! And I’m never come back!

Jacqueline Buffetta

Had a fantastic experience! I could spend a whole day here. I wish you didn't have to pay for spa admission when receiving a message or other treatment.. waste of money, since the packages are so expensive..

Hully Hillz

Wanted to book an all inclusive couples package for my wedding anniversary. Called numerous times during regular scheduled business hours and no one picked up the phones. A girl finally picked up however we were disconnected. I called back immediately but again no one picked up. I’ve been calling this establishment for an hour and a half now with no answer. It’s making me very skeptical to visit this business and spend my money here. This is unprofessional.

Heather Arbiter

Delightful. Food and drink is good but pricey. But tickets in bulk really make the day worth while even with no extras. Grab some friends and spend the day.

Matthew Da Silva

Ripoff and disgusting. Youre not allowed outdoor flip flops, so youre forced to buy these crummy slippers, or go barefoot. The main indoor pool area smelled and looked disgusting, as if they never clean the water. The rooftop area is incredibly small, and once again the water looked and smelled disgusting. Some single person jacuzzis have a button to turn on the jets. DONT DO THIS. It literally smelled like sewage. Because the bar is right by the main pool, there were empty cups all over the place. Wouldn't be surprised if alcohol/drinks have fallen in before. The pictures they show online are deceiving, as the actual spa areas are much smaller in person. I was there for 40 minutes and can honestly say I was more stressed leaving than coming in.

Naney S

I actually had a pretty good time here and my three stars is more so for the false advertisement of their hours of operation and the early bar closing. when I called I was told that the hot tubs close at 11:45 only to be rushed out at 11:20 then they come into the women's locker room to threaten to turn off the water at 11:45.

Katharina McCarthy-Pesch

No one explained the layout and where to change which was confusing on arrival. It had too many people in the spa where it felt more like a public space rather than a serene spa experience. And then we smelled smoke in the ladies lounge and discovered another guest smoking in the shower. Only a fraction of the hairdryers were working too... it’s hay day has passed!

Marshall Simmons

This spa was clean, relaxing and friendly. You can stay all day long for the base 75 dollars, which makes it a great bargain. Be forewarned that once you enter, you cannot re-enter - a good way to lock you in to their overpriced, but decent food and drinks. My only complaint was roof pool and spa area's jets were only half working.

Irene Starygina

Disappointed in the lack of friendly service, and not comfortable with coed showers. The clientele, as mentioned in other reviews, is very loud and obnoxious. Very sad, as this place used to be great.

Sam Moshe

BRING YOUR OWN BATHING SUIT OR YOU'LL PAY $32! And at the expansive price they ask.. Wouldn't recommend.. I suggest they should at least Notify at Entry..

Toramattie Bhika

Overpriced and only had access to 3 pools and they were obviously small. You rather spend your money at Spa Castle. Just cause something is in Manhattan doesn't really mean it's better. I feel like it's overpriced because it's in Manhattan. If more was included with the 75 dollar admission, I'd be satisfied. With the 75 dollar admission you only have access to the Rooftop pool, the pool downstairs from the rooftop, and the co-ed pool. You also get access to the Saunas & that's it

Onisha Nichols

If I could give no stars, I wouldn’t give it any. This was the worst spa I have ever been to! And I have been to plenty. This place shouldn’t even be called a spa with the terrible service and the rude staff. The subpar conditions are unbelievable. It’s so dirty you can’t relax. Ughhh so upset I wasted the money I did

Manija Shouff

Nice place to relax and meditate, the massages are good but food a little pricey

rob m

I received massage for my Bday and overall it was a great experience. The choice of saunas was amazing. Everything was very clean and overall good service. I didn't try the food but will next time. I've read it was overpriced but don't think so for NYC. I plan to return with my girlfriend. Definitely a relaxing day!!!

Vasilisa Reval

Attitude: awful Cleasiness: dirty Atmosphere: LOUD unrespectful people here Money spend: rent+shoes+food+extra towels Totally: I NEVER GO BACK

Marcus Konner

I frequented spa 57 and most recently visited on March 16 2019. The place is no longer premier or a spa as outlined below. 1) Co-Ed steam rooms were BOTH INOPERABLE. Spoke with personnel- they reset the system- was still down the entire time. 2) LOUD SPEECH all over! People talking in saunas, public areas, meditation/sleeping rooms. I mean where is the ENFORCEMENT?! 3) The meditation room: couches are ripped to a point where the foam is exposed, the door kept opening and closing constantly. It was more like a room of shame than meditation. 4) Massages: BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOOKING MASSAGES! They overbook and wont say anything until you check in and you are left with a reservation that is useless. 5) SAUNAS: the wooden floors are BLACK. The salt sauna wicker floor have holes in them. Summary: the place looks like NYCHA took over the business. The staff are nice courteous and helpful but nice only goes so far when you pay $75 per head and end up more aggravated from a ‘spa’ day.

Enrique Alonso

What a place... 100% recommended!!

Camilla S

Not as good as the Queens one, and much more expensive. Rooftop hot tubs are tiny! Go to Spa Castle instead.

Eliana Rivera

The place it’s really pretty but I suggest that they should have cool tubs and pool because I went on a hot day and I didn’t feel comfortable at all but overall the place it’s very pretty !!

Marisol Alvarez- Patel

I gave it 3 stars bc for a friday they closed the outdoor pools too early and they poored too much bleach around while patrons were still using facilities and while people were eating

Gabriele Gherbaz

Bought 2 entrances via a Groupon offer and went to the Premier 57 on a Monday mid afternoon. The place itself is pretty nice with good falicities. I wasn't too keen seeing some men there just for some cruising. I really wanted to relax and enjoy an afternoon off rather than just moving to another jacuzzi because to the same guy kept following us.

Ivana M

A great option if you want to stay within Manhattan. Classy, clean and great for groups of mixed genders

Lashelle Riley

I liked it overall. However, the dressing room and bathroom is a bit small for the volume of people at one time. Nonetheless, it is clean and the staff is friendly, helpful!

Lamia Najjar

The one star is for the amazing staff. Overpriced for what it is: 1- I was asked to pay for the second towel 2- no slippers, if you want a pair you pay for it and your not allowed to use your own slippers. 3- drinks overpriced 4- noisy crowds The worse thing is the jacuzzis, The jacuzzis areas looked unhygienic.

samuel sam

BRING YOUR OWN BATHING SUIT OR YOU'LL PAY $32! And at the expansive price they ask.. Wouldn't recommend.. SMALL PLACE TOO..

Syd Richardson

I would put zero stars if I could. I used to love coming to this place but the last time I went they ran out of robes, and without anyone telling me they made the locker rooms / hot tub area gender neutral. I came out of the shower, only expecting to see women and then I see a naked man! They had previously had such a lovely, safe environment for men and women to really relax, until they made this change. With this shift in the locker rooms / hot tub space I felt so absolutely uncomfortable when I had come to relax.

Jannina Marie Londono

Amazing facilites. Great saunas and nude areas. Beautiful rooftop and massage pools. I have gone 3 times now and it's a must for anyone visiting me in NYC.

Atlanta Amado

Top notch Korean spa. The only disappointment (especially for those of us who has had this experience in Korea) is the fact that they no longer provide uniforms (shorts + t-shirts) for the communal saunas. You're now allowed to go in with your robe, but their website doesn't say to bring a swimsuit. That detail could certainly be helpful. There is a cafe with some careful Korean food, a few juices + teas, but it's seemingly run by young kids + doesn't have much attention to it. The saunas themselves are pristinely clean, well lit + unlike some spas I've visited in Ft Lee, NJ, the ceilings are nice + high. No need to stoop down to enter or feel like you're stepping into a crypt. Best way to do a day here is to start at a cooler room + move to the warmer ones for a great sweat + detox. Weather permitting, there are rooftop hottubs for soaking in the sun. April 2019 update: now this feels like a discount spa. Too many people, a security person at the door as if this is a club (what are they checking for?) + FAR too much chlorine in the water. Also, you're forced to buy their $5 disposal flip flops or go barefoot (unsanitary)

My husband and I like to indulge in a monthly spa excursion. We've tried Spa Castle so when we discovered an adult-version of the same company, we decided to give it a try. Groupon had a deal and we went on a Friday around noon. The attendants were friendly and attentive. However, the facilities are considerably smaller than Spa Castle. Even though it was around noon, some of the pool areas that we wanted to try were taken including the rooftop pool so I can only imagine what it would be like after typical work hours or on the weekends. That being said, they had a variety of saunas that had enough space and silence to relax. The men's lounge is fully nude, equipped with hot tubs, a cold pool, a steam room and a dry sauna. It was relatively empty so my husband and I were able to do a few hot to cold cycles between the saunas, the tubs and the cold pool. The attendant in the men's lounge was patient and friendly. Even checking in warranted a good conversation and some tips on what to do at the spa. The only downside in my opinion is the size of the facility, where my comparison is also influenced by the fact that we have been to Spa Castle first. Otherwise, it is a good quiet time where you will probably forgot you are surrounded by buildings and angry drivers on the streets.

Bashy Thompson

Has some real nice amenities, courteous staff, good chicken quesadilla, wings and wonderful atmosphere. I went in the middle of the week, not too overcrowded, just the way I love it. I think the massage is however overpriced. Besides that I had a fabulous girls day out.

Owen Hindmach

Cool atmosphere, great food, excellent service, staff friendly and skilled. 5 stars

Anisha S. Thomas

After reading some of these descriptions, I see that each person's experience is based of their appearance, class, etc. I say this because even though I enjoyed my spa venture on a Thursday evening after work there was another individual, I heard, who felt misogynoir. I'm taking of 1 star because no should be discriminated against because of their body type especially in a spa. Premier 57 is clean and and the women's kind staff I met in the locker room were super helpful. There were complaints in other reviews about how loud some patrons get especially in places like the sleeping zone. This I can verify is true. I'm taking off another star for that. Overall, Premier 57 is a nice place for a quieter, and relaxing time from the city. All I had to do was just go on a Thursday and hope for the best.

Lizzie Heyward

Really Nice Spa. The workers were great. Overall a wonderful experience!

Mark Zo

HORRIBLE Food! RUDE, poorly trained staff. The food is SO Bad people started bringing their own food forcing they security staff to check customers’ bags as they entre the spa! SERIOUSLY? What a joke!!!!
I also saw a bunch a mouse traps inside the sauna. GOD only knows what is going on in the kitchen!!
They recently hired a bunch of social media influencers to promote the business. If you don’t address the core issues of poor customer service and BAD FOOD you are wasting your time. It’s like putting lipstick on a PIG!!

Phillistene Felder

Nice sauna and relaxing jetted pools and Jacuzzi

Bi Algalal

You can have fun beautiful They have good service good prices .

Regine Anglade

Don't believe the pictures everything is tiny tiny ... the roof top jacuzzi can only fit 1 person at a time and they only had 3 and the "pool" max is 12 ppl... such a waste if there is a group celebrating there you could forget about because there is NO SPACE

Yvonne Nicasio

liked the meditation room. reason for the 2 stars, I went late at night, it was very crowded.

Candice Horbacz

We booked the most expensive couples treatment offered. I clearly specified that I was pregnant prior to confirming the appointment. We arrived and the facility was very disappointing, the spa attendants were rude to me and my husband, didn’t explain where to undress, where the water treatments were or where to meet each other. We then went to start our treatment only to be told they don’t offer prenatal massages but they would make it up by giving me a longer facial. When you’re spending nearly 1000 with tip it is incomprehensible that you would expect that to be acceptable. We then asked for a refund as it was not the package described or expected and had to demand one as the manager said he would only refund a portion. STAY AWAY.

Jessica T DeOliveira

I was really pleasantly surprised by this place and had a great time here with my friends for my bachelorette party. The place is massive and didn't feel like I was stumbling over people to get to where I wanted to be. The pools are great, the bars are GREAT, and loved all of the LED light therapy rooms. Removed a star because there are these one set of stairs going to the top floor that are extremely narrow and slippery (quite dangerous!). Also, there was a mix up re: what a massage package included. My bridesmaids who purchased it would probably give this place a 2-star rating after that experience but I did enjoy my massage!

JUDITH SENCION

To much noise. You go to spa to relax. Staff should let there guest know to lower their voice specially in the 9th floor where the Saunas are at. People get drunk and be super loud while other are trying to unwind in the Saunas or while getting a massage

Saltanat

It was 5/5/19 Me and my husband came to recover from night flight from LA, we were tired and wanted some rest in a nice environment. It was rainy outside, and hotel check in was too long to wait somewhere else. Pro: Not many spa center in Manhattan for $70 or so for admission on weekends; Don't: 1. For the amount we paid i didnt expect to see such a worn out facility The robes and towel were dirty withstains and holes; 2. First we did we went to meditation room, where chairs are super uncomfy and worn out, with insight going out. 3. I couldnt use pool, as it was crowded. I wanted to rest in salt cave, but itturned out to be heated one. I can not use sauna fornowdueto my health, buti never saw salt cave to beheated! 4. The food. Lot of korean option, BUT! I GOT FOOD POISON I ordered kimchi tige- korean hotsoup with lotsof kimchi. I ate it all, then i tried fresh kimchi from my husband's plate, and it was gross, absolutely unfresh! After 3 hours of the meal i started feel uncomfortable in my stomach. I could say that this soup didnt digest. After a lot of water, I threw up. Guess what i had, kimchi. I had a terrible headache, stomach sick. I felt terrible. If anyone had the same symptoms from 5/5/19 after eating kimchi, we got food poison. Overall, terrible feelings. Instead of getting rest and relax i got foodpoison, very uncomfy and worn out facility. Dirty robes and towel. I never come back

Jaery Polanco

Place was pretty great. Very relaxing! I was my first time ina spa. Recommend it! They provide you w. A robe, towel & automatic lockers.

Sam Loeb

BRING YOUR OWN BATHING SUIT OR YOU'LL PAY $32! And at the expansive price they ask.. Wouldn't recommend.. SMALL PLACE TOO..

Kyrie Laybourn

Terrible! If you want to relax, go somewhere else. People making out and talking loudly everywhere. Felt more like a social gym than a spa. When I eventually found some quiet in the salt room ( the thing I was most excited about), along came another couple that immediately started making out and talking loudly. They giggled as I left. Room after room, the same pattern. I decided to leave after only 1 hour, I can relax more easily at home. When I checked out the staff was apologetic (sort of) and offered me a 30% off coupon. I didn’t take it as I will never return. Spend your money elsewhere - try Aire in Tribeca for an authentic bath experience.

Jedidiah Francis

Tried to book a massage, they wanted to charge $75 entrance fee on top of massage fee!? Seems like a money grab. No thanks. Will go elsewhere.

Sophia Wellman

Very dirty everything felt old looking they need to update the people are not friendly didn’t know how fast to leave wasn’t worth $75 came with a group of friends and it just disappointed me if you’re in New York you’re supposed to impressed and happy with things I’m not happy I don’t even want to leave a star

Andre Quirion

Very very clean, even with the construction, they were constantly cleaning. I did not worry about germs at all. I wish the hottubs had been a bit hotter, 88 101, and 104 but that is just me. Also the steam room was cold and had very little steam, but the sauna was perfect!!! The showers are the best Ive ever used. Spent 4 hours here on a saturday night and it was not too busy at all. The Swedish massage was INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!

Kisha Burke

Had a great massage, however thought the lounge area (changing room) was more like a high school locker room. For the price paid there should be private stalls available to change in. The food was average, needs a bigger place to sit and eat. I'd recommend going mid week or earlier in the day on weekends to enjoy the experience without a crowd.

Leana Baker

My Mom and I had a fantastic spa date at Premier 57. I would love to visit again!

Latifa Myers

Love this place! I’ve been here a few times. Always clean & the staff are helpful and friendly. The food is kind of pricey. The drinks are strong which is great!

KingNoahYT

I had fun ,but they need to have more organized system my best friend booking was not registered in the computer when we got their it almost caused a whole issue the place is beautiful tho

Calvin C. Min

This place was just okay. I feel like my money would’ve been more worth it if I went to a massage place instead and paid a little more extra to what I paid for my entrance fee here. The line to get in was waaaay too long (waited for about an hour and a half) to start a supposedly stress-free, relaxed time lol. Kinda ironic. But I guess not really the fault of the management?

Taisiia Sergievich

I like it so much

Myrrah Grey

This place was great. The rooms where super clean and the ambiance was relaxing. Only draw back I saw was the place is small compared to other spas I had gone. Then again, it's Manhattan so property is hard to come by. I'm used to larger areas in NJ. The food was good (beef bulgogi) but a little on the bland side. I like salt. This place gets filled up pretty quick so get there before rush hour, otherwise, you'll be waiting awhile for the saunas to be available due to minimal space. I'll be going here again occasionally. I'm sure if I was from the area, I'd go here on a monthly basis.

Shauna Powell

Love it staff very sweet

Masiel Mendoza

Very unorganized without an explanation of the layout. Overpriced for the quality of food and service provided. The kimchi pasta I ordered tasted like Alfredo. Very disappointed!

Blaing Laing

I've given Spa Premier 5 stars before because of the service and experience. I've been coming for years (since the first year of opening). I've invited tons of people but sorry to say I have no intentions on ever returning or recommending this place to anyone else. The quality has gone down tremendously. I arrived to find security at the door checking purses. He asked me to take my underwear out (yes in public) that were in a small bag so he can see them and see the bottom of my purse (he said he needed to look in my underwear bag even though I asked him to feel it to see it was just my bra and panties). I refused and told him that's embarrassing and inappropriate to ask of a woman especially in public. I requested a female to continue searching my bag and expressed that I had no problem taking them out for a woman. He explained that he was the only one on duty and he can not allow me to enter until I then to him. I told him he's welcome to feel my bag but I'm not comfortable with his request, it's just not proper but I'm happy to show the young ladies at the register. He said no and if I want to enter I must take them out. So I requested to speak to a manager. The manager (Jin) was EXTREMELY rude and told me that I should leave if I don't agree with their rules. I did not raise my voice or speak to him a rude manner so his response was very unnecessary. I told him I had already paid with a voucher so I will not leave especially because I was there to celebrate a birthday. After going back and forth with me another about another 5 minutes they finally agreed to feel my bag and not force me to show my underwear. It's extremely unprofessional to have a male security guard searching through young ladies personal belongings especially with everything going on in society and men learning how to be more cautious & respectful of women. It should have been noted that security will be checking our bags and maybe even advised us to put our personal items in a large clear ziplock bag. I've never experienced security checking my belongings, I just visited Spa Premier a month ago but I came with my boyfriend so maybe that's why. They charge $5 for slippers that use to be free and aren't worth more than a $1. The drinks are between $16-$20 & taste like sugar with hardly any liquor. There were no towels available when we checked in and they charge extra if you request more than one towel. I've also never seen it so dirty. We walked into the women's locker room to find a panty liner on the floor (see the attached pictures). It's a shame to see such a great design of a spa go downhill. Classy to ghetto.

Chantell Alana

The sauna is in a good location and has good enough facilities. In my opinion it is overpriced and the majority of staff are not caring at best and extremely rude at worst (there was one exception). As first time users it would have been reasonable to explain how the faculty works rather than be rude about showing how the lockers work, directions to the different parts, etc. The price was high. I frequent saunas all over and this one is high. To book a treatment for 250 +, have a friend join in the main part and eat some (okay-ish) food ended up being over 550. I think this place serves a purpose and is okay but if I had time and other choices I wouldn't choose this one.

John Larrabee

I've been to many such spas around the world, including in the Netherlands and Italy, and the Premier 57 facilities are as good, if not better, than many of these European counterparts. The problem HERE is the clientele, and scanning these almost unreadable reviews here on Google just reconfirms that view. Excuse me folks - spas all over the world are: expensive, entirely nude, unisex, clean, VERY quiet, don't allow children under 16, and limit the occupancy numbers so that they do not get overcrowded. Reading here about spooky men who hover around the showers, and loud groups of drunk people, and "fights" it makes one feel that perhaps the U.S. just isn't the place for these types of facilities. I cannot imagine trying to manage one of these spas in the US, where some people arrive thinking that they are going to have a frat party or a screaming girls day out. Sad. Do you really need to remind me that I cannot dive into a pool that is 1.5 feet deep?

Rachael Keller

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Only giving 1 star because they ended up refunding our cancellation fee. I booked a couples massage for our anniversary. Lots of reviews give very conflicting info about admissions fee, so I sent an email (that went unanswered) and I called to verify. I was told the admissions fee to the pools/baths/saunas was not included in my $270 couples massage, so fine with us -- we just wanted the massages anyways. NEVER was I told the $75 admissions fee was "mandatory". Fast forward to today when we go to check in....we are charged $150+ at check in for admissions fee. Cue a very upsetting altercation with their management. Finally after much back and forth, the manager (after we had to talk to 3 other people about this) agreed to cancel our appointments and not charge the 20% cancellation fee. Absolutely horrible business tactic -- nowhere in my confirmation email did it say the admissions fee was MANDATORY-- they just tell me it's "not included" & hope when you show up you just give in and pay. My recommendation -- go somewhere else, or know your service is going to come with an extra $75 charge. Overall, the lobby is dark and smells like chlorine, not a soothing spa experience. Absolutely do not recommend.

Nancy Murcia

Seems as if I am being scammed. I was charged and can’t even get through to make reservations. Booked 2 specials online to find out you have to wait 24hours to schedule, but first you need to receive a confirmation which I still haven’t received and its been more than 24hrs, and I’ve provided multiple email addresses. Finally I got through to find out I have just been speaking to a call center so they can’t do anything. Very Poor management for this Spa! :(

Tessy Guerrero

The entire facility it's beautiful. They provide you with a towel and a robe, sandals must be purchase there at $9 a pair. The prices for the food are regular prices for Manhattan, from 16 to 23. The bar is nice prices start at $16. The sleeping room was the best part I took a 2 hrs nap. I would recommend you go into all the room they have around 7 rooms. Definately going back again, the staff was very nice.

Travis Sandler

Clean and relaxing place. Staff were very friendly and they offer very friendly service with a newly renovated environment. Highly recommend.

Kellen Harris

They changed the configuration to eliminate the gender specific spa pools and promote more couple time. I would recommend care when choosing when to attend, there was a lot of sexual activity throughout and it was very uncomfortable. Also, it's louder and the shower area is co-ed which is uncomfortable with so much traffic right outside the shower door

Linda Miller

I absolutely would never recommend premier 57 in Manhattan. Called their “call center” to get information for couples massage for my daughter and her boyfriend as a birthday present. The facility gave her lots of information and asked how old my daughter was which I told them she was 20. She continued to tell me how the couples massages work and other services we could add on. I booked the services online after getting all the info! My daughter and her boyfriend drove three hours to the city. Once they arrived at premier 57 the front desk told them they had to be 21 to enter the facility. Front desk was rude with the entire situation. I did get a manager to call me back which he was extremely apologetic. The situation was extremely disappointing to say the least. If you decide to use this facility I’d confirm and double confirm the information you are given to make sure it’s accurate!!

Jessicka Chamberlin

For years, this spa was my absolute sanctuary. Spas are the place I go to totally relax and unwind. I’ve been to almost all the spas in Vegas multiple times and been Korean spas all over the country. I’ve been to grottiest spas in the city and the Mandarin Oriental. A regular sweat is my church. When I had an extremely stressful week, I would know that I could just come here, let go, and let it all melt away and it would. The benefit of this spa was the quiet environment, the no children policy, and the simple women’s area where you could truly relax away from the stress of being a women. For years I have worked diligently to heal a chronic illness and regular visits here were a key part of my process. All of that is gone. They took away the female only area and I’m done with this place forever. It was devastating. I buy food, transportation, and I pay my rent and I used to go here. I’m never going back.

Kate Ilya

Lots of saunas, gold, infrared, ice, etc... but service wasn't great and they charge for every little thing. You can't bring your own slippers and have to buy their's for $5 or choose to walk barefoot, yak! If you want a towel change, you have to pay additional $3. This is on top of $75 plus tax for admission fee.

Safiya Faustin

This Spa Castle is a great place to relax. There were a couple of small groups but they were chill. The crowd in the day seemed very relaxed. The mssages that we got were awesome. This spa castle is much smaller than in college point. This was great for a couples' getaway. The menu had decent options.

Ryan Christopher

It’s getting run down and not worth the price of admission any longer. Head to college point for a much better experience that’s cheaper, larger, and serves better Korean food.

Zhanna K

Racism at its best and be aware of staff stealing your valuables! I've been coming to this place for years, but never coming back after rudest bartender Rick, racist security, and unprofessional staff stealing my friends iPhone! I've noticed that over the years this place has gotten worse, but my birthday visit was especially bad. We got to the place and ordered drinks by the indoor pool bar. My friend’s drink was carried away by the cleaning staff while the glass was still half full. I came up to a bartender (Rick) and asked to replace it, to which he replied "I don't know what you're talking about, I haven't made a mimosa in an hour so you ain't getting none". I was shocked at how rude the bartender was, so much attitude! When my Indian friend came up to the bar and asked to replace the drink for my friend, the bartender said "If you can't afford expensive drinks, don't buy none". My friend got offended and asked for a manager, he got a security guy instead. What followed after is two black guys telling a brown guy to shut it. We were over it and went to one of the saunas in an attempt to salvage my birthday. I saw 3 security guys follow my friend and when he left one of the saunas they escorted him for "Opening a door too loud". My Hispanic friend stepped in saying how racist the whole situation was, and the security started escorting him for talking! When he tried complaining that the bartender was racist against Brown and Hispanic people, the security guys told him that the bartender is black and therefore cannot be racist. Meanwhile me and my white friend were told that we could stay. The security only followed my brown and my Hispanic friend and kept rushing them to leave. One of my friends forgot his phone inside and they wouldn’t let him back inside to get it! The security guy was racist to my Hispanic friend telling him that he knew better and should have just kept quiet. In the meantime nobody followed me and my white friend. My friend tried to track his phone and we kept calling until the phone was turned off at 1am inside the spa and never seen since. We know that someone from staff took it, because the place closes at midnight and my friend’s phone was still there after that until someone turned it off! I regret celebrating my birthday here. If you're white or black, you'll have a normal experience. But if you're anything in between, be quiet and don't say anything, otherwise you'll get escorted for simply being a customer.

Targeted massage wasn't great. Nice respite, but won't go back.

The staff are really attentive and professional. I had the VIP couple package. but the overall place is small. good vibes, a bit crowded.Great experience, but I had a higher expectation for the pool area.

Nice amenities- reason getting one star- they give you ONE towel with what you pay for - U have to pay 3 dollars if you would like a clean towel to use for afterwards Example you spend a couple of hours using sauna and pool You are going to need a towel When you go Back to lockerroom and turn in that towel for a fresh towel to shower they ask for 3 dollars- How in the world you do this in a spa Is beyond my imagination- Super tacky and petty Will not be returning
