I've been going to Organic for a couple of years now and they are really awesome. I get brazilian laser and although it can be painful, it's really worth it! No more ingrowns, hardly need to shave and lighter skin! Really recommend this place for many services....

I love this place!! They have so many different services at very reasonable prices. I recently started their laser treatments for stretch marks and skin tightening. I was skeptical at first but it really works! I have stretch marks in my stomach area and they are so much less noticeable now. I also tried the skin tightening around my arms and I've noticed a huge improvement with definition and elasticity . Linda is amazing, she takes her time and her techniques with the machine are impeccable. I stared off coming her for a Brazilian wax I found on groupon. I must say they are the only place I will go to. I've tried both Linda and Jenny and they're both amazing. They have quick hands and make it as painless as possible. They also use very good products, I like the fact that they use hard wax. They are so clean and change the stick every time they dip...which is a must!! I've also gotten massages here and they're absolutely wonderful. I was in a back room with calming music, aroma therapy scent and the bed had a heated blanket. It was so relaxing. I do recommend Tina, her hand are like magic!

Beautiful spa and atmosphere is perfect. The service is slow and we waited 40 minutes and due to their delay had rebook. Masseuse is fairly good for a relaxed massage but I do not believe they're trained for deep tissue or healing massages. Great for stress relief and relaxation.

jenny can do great massage! BUT! The front desk is terrible! I made appointment on last Thursday asked for massage anytime this week with Jenny. They told me Tuesday 1pm. So I travel all the way from bk to midtown. They told me they gave my spot to someone else due to I gave them wrong number. (??? Excuse me?) I have package here and it is my 3rd time be here. Now you told me my phone number is wrong because it is my fault? I wish I could get my rest money back. I still have 3 massage in my package and I don’t want to come again

Service was completely unacceptable. The staff refused to clean my feet during the pedicure, they said they don't massage feet in New York. She refused to cut my cuticles until I insisted and she finally said she would but it was a favor, not typical service. She was rude during the entire service and rushed us. We told the receptionist how upset we were and she said no matter how upset we were we must pay a 20% tip. She would not let us leave without paying the tip. Do not go here, you will be so disappointed and it will ruin your day.

I honestly suggest you don't waste your money, time and energy visiting this place for a mani and pedicure. Mine, the few times done at home has been 200 times better. First off, this place doesn't have a good enough nail polish variety. I was quite interested in a matte mani and pedi. They have no matte colors nor top coat. lol

I ended up cancelling my appointment here. The called me in the morning asking me to come earlier. Which is fine, but seeing as they have a rescheduling fee for anything within 24 hours, I thought they should have added something to my service. Then I get there and of the esthetician is fighting with the front desk, as she walks away she says "f***" under her breath. Not a great vibe for a spa. Then when it's time for my appointment she starts complaining because no one told her the appointment got moved. When I said I'd like to cancel my appointment she says "No, I'll do you" as though she is doing me a favor. I cancelled the appointment, she had terrible energy and I don't want her to work on me. It was a terrible experience and a waste of time!!

Amazing experience here. I used to do waxing with Jenny, she was so good it was virtually painless. I decided to start doing laser hair removal with Linda and have had amazing results. As smooth as a baby. The staff here is amazing and friendly. I highly recommend Organic Element Spa for anyone who likes to wax or wants to start laser hair removal. My mom first came here through a Groupon promotion, and had a very good massage (she has severe medical issues and this massage really helped her). She liked the experience as a whole, and the fact that this place was convenient for her since it's right by her job. I decided to gift her 3 more through Groupon. They mentioned that the promotion was valid for a one time use and the person would not be able to purchase this promotion again. I didn't think it would be a problem since I bought it from my account, with my money and gave it to her as a gift. When she called to make an appointment, they told her she couldn't use it since she had been there before. I understand if she had bought it herself a second time, but I don't understand why she couldn't use it when she was given it as a gift. The massage was good, but there are many other places that offer the same type of massages and much better customer service.

Beigitte made sure to remove any and all hairs and keep my laughing hysterically and completing distracted while doing so. I am very happy with my experience and most importantly my results. I've been going to Jenny for waxing for almost 4 years now and she is such an awesome person and does such an excellent job that I'm always excited when it's time to go in and get my hair ripped out! She is so detailed and meticulous with her work and I am so thankful I found her. I recently got a massage done by Jenny and it was crazy! She is very confident and her hands are very strong, she knows exactly what to do and not once did she seem unsure or feel weak. It was definitely the best massage I've ever had and I almost started crying with happiness. Katie at the front desk is awesome too, and everyone else. They always have packages and often have deals to save money but even without that, it is so worth every penny. So nice to have a nice, relaxing place to go once a month, like a little sanctuary from working and rushing so much every day.

I've been coming to organic elements for about a year now. The staff is always very friendly and professional. I've been doing the Fractional Laser treatment with Linda ( who I love like family). I was trying to get rid of the ice pick scars from acne. After the 3rd treatment I notice the darkness light up and the hole became smaller Now after 6ix treatment it's even more smaller and lighter and much smother and tighter I am happy about my results thus far and my results are getting better and better with each treatment Also the office is very chic and smells amazing and the abeyance is great, highly recommend!!

I came here to try laser hair removal for the first time and I am 100% satisfied with the service. I had legs riddled with ingrowns and nothing seemed to work. Highly recommend Linda as the laser technician especially if you have dark hair. She is super effective and thorough and never rushes. I started my deep cleaning facials with Solange in Nov 2018 and the transformation of my skin has been amazing and best in my life! The cystic acne, darkness and discoloration improved with frequent bi-weekly and weekly facials and organic products purchased from the spa made a huge difference. I’ve struggled with acne since i was 10 so at 30 years old to have a clear, even complexion I’m happy about the investment I’ve made in my self and the patience and attention to detail that Solange has showed with me. We are now focusing on micro needling and the results have been terrific thus far. Today I’m doing my 2nd micro-needling session and looking forward to perfect glowing skin for summer 2019. Thanks Solange for all your help and looking forward to continuing working with you and learning more about skincare.

Just letting you know that the Groupon for 1 Brazilian wax can only be used for first time customers. The only way you can come back if you want to get a wax is to buy the 3 package deal. Even though I bought 2 seperate Brazilian waxes by accident the front lady was kind enough to let me redeemed it anyway. Could have been a bad experience but ended well. Also I highly recommend booking and requesting Jenni when you schedule appointments. She makes it not as painful at all ...was really suprised at how gentle but thorough she was. Also be prepared to tip in cash!

One sesssion alone provided significant improvement in the texture and tone of my skin. I had a deep tissue massage here (I think the masseuse was named Linda) and it was just Ok. At the beginning I told her which areas needed particular attention but it didn't seem like she worked more on those areas. It also felt rushed and throughout the massage she kept insisting on selling me one of their packages (which was super annoying and didn't allow me to fully relax). She also told me several times what the full price of the service was (I had purchased through Groupon) in order to make sure I gave her a big enough tip. (I'm aware that you're supposed to tip based on the service price, not the discounted price you pay through Groupon.) I would have given only 3 stars for the service but 1) I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and 2) they let me use the Groupon almost a year later. The location is convenient and the staff is friendly and accommodating, so I'd probably go back for a different service or a massage with a different person.

The place is great. Reception ladies are very helpful and friendly. I gave it a 4 star because I am furious with a technician name Bridgett. I visited this week with my daughter and a friend. It was the first time my friend had a facial done therefore, she did not know what to expect. All she needed was a facial because her skin is flawless (beautiful). Bridgett mentioned she needed an extraction. My friend was a little confused as to why an extraction was needed. My friend requested for Bridgett to ask me for my opinion; so Bridgett leaves the room to ask my opinion. However, she never asked me anything. She went back into the room and told my friend that I said yes; An extraction was not needed. Bridgett had no regard for her client and just wanted additional money or commission. Shame on her! Watch out for BRIDGEET she is money Hungry. I will return because I like the place. I do not want her to take care of me. Furious!

I've always wanted to try a mud bath. The seaweed/mud wrap was definitely different than my idea of the mud bath. Organic Elements is very nice, spacious, and provides great customer service. The seaweed/mud wrap was performed by Solange. She knew immediately this was my first time having this treatment and told me everything she was doing. She made me feel comfortable which made me feel much better. The only thing I didn't like about the experience was 1. The room was extremely hot for the service. I felt like I was melting under the hot foil wrap and lack of air conditioning which made me feel claustrophobic at times. 2. There was not a serene music so I could feel more relaxed. I appreciated Solange was personable and checked on me throughout the process. After the shower, I loved the lotion that was placed on me and the fact my body felt extremely soft, less tense, and stressed. I would love to go back again to try out other treatments.

I RECEIVED 2ND DEGREE BURNS AND AM STILL FIGHTING TO GET A REFUND AS OF 8/24/16 - 2 MONTHS LATER!!! The manager and part owner, who happens to be one of the laser hair removal technicians, deserves less than a zero star rating. Her name is Linda Nguyen. Unfortunately my regular laser hair technician (who I used for three sessions and had good results with and had absolutely no discoloration or scarring) was out on vacation for a couple of months, so I had to use Linda for my fifth appointment. (There are a total of six.) I specifically told two different receptionists at the front desk, when they called to confirm my appointment, that I was concerned about Linda burning me and asked that she be careful. I also had the same discussion with Linda before she began my fifth treatment. Not only did Linda not care when I told her that the power was too strong, but she told me that it had to be at that level and that it was fine and at one point even tried holding me down. It was NOT. I ended up with SECOND DEGREE BURNS ALL THROUGHOUT MY PRIVATE AREA DOWN BELOW (and this was for Brazilian hair removal). I went to the doctor on Monday, June 18 (three days after my appointment with Linda), so that I could get some medicine to treat my burns and to see how bad the injury was. It was confirmed that I have SECOND DEGREE BURNS and that I was going to be in severe discomfort for several weeks, especially as the burned skin peels. My doctor told me several times that it was bad. It was excruciatingly painful and itchy. My skin was red and raw and swollen and the area near my butt was even black from the severity of the burns. I am discolored from front to back. At this point (over a month later) my skin is not yet healed and I have dark marks starting from the front to the back, where you can distinctly see where I was burned. When I called and spoke with Linda to ask for a refund of my laser hair package, I was told that I had to send the spa complete nude photos of my private area to the general email box. I said that I can have my doctor write them a detailed report evidencing the injury that Linda caused. Linda refused stating that I had to email or text her pictures of my private area to her personal phone or stop by the spa and expose my private area to her. I was in a lot of pain just sitting and was unable to walk long distances for the first couple of weeks. I couldn't even sleep throughout the night, because the pain and the itching kept me awake. After much back and forth over text and my refusal to send pictures (stating it was unethical and professional to ask that of me) or return to the spa, Linda finally said a doctor's letter would be acceptable. When I asked for the fax number, so the doctor's office could fax Linda the letter, she stated that their fax machine wasn't working. I then sent her a snapshot of my full account on the NYU Langone portal showing the doctor's letter written on Monday, July 2. (I made sure to show everything and not just the letter, so she could see that it was real. It even showed the italicized message on the bottom showing when I read the message from the doctor's office.) I never heard back from Linda, despite several emails and txt messages, until Saturday July 7. Linda said that the my evidence didn't suffice. Linda has caused me too much physical and emotional pain, because I feel so violated. Linda has also added insult to injury by refusing to refund me my money despite receiving a formal doctor’s letter confirming the fact I received 2nd DEGREE BURNS. I have only asked for the refund of the laser hair package, the three massages I have paid for and never used (because I refuse to return to the spa) and for the burn cream - nothing else, but yet Linda will not refund me that requested total amount and instead is dragging this process out.

I had 6 sessions laser hair removal treatment, with 3 different technicians. Before I booked, the primary technician said I am a good candidate "dark hair on light skin". By the 6th session it was clear that I had about 40% hair left, but sadly now 2 months after last treatment I see some other hair growing! So I'm worried they all get back! My first technician didn't provide me with complete and accurate instruction about exfoliation and in the 5th session that she saw the result is not very good said maybe I don't exfoliate as many as time I must, and it was the first time I was hearing that I needed to repeat the exfoliation. The spa is calm and relaxing, staffs are nice, but when you spend time and money (include tip!) you expect a acceptable result. I'm not happy.

I had my first appointment at Organic Elements Spa about two months ago and since then, I am now seeing my smooth skin potential. I love coming to Organic element spa for all types of treatments. I've had laser hair removal, massages, facials and my favorite visit is fractional laser skin resurfacing. Every girl loves to look younger and have beautiful skin, the price per treatment is very affordable compare to other spas I've been in nyc. This is definitely a trip you won't regret, the staff members will make your visit very pleasant and if you like it as much as I do, you'll keep coming for more!… don't be afraid to ask any questions or tell them exactly what you need, because their priority is always you!! My oh My how they have healed me! So I've been going to Organic element spa specifacly for the Hydra Facial MD and let me tell you I SWEAR BY THIS TREATMENT. It's definitely a new routine I've added to my monthly skin care regimen. So far I've done a total of 3 facials and it has transformed my skin for the better. Just a little background about me. I'm afro Hispanic with dry/oily combination skin with the most sensitive in the world. I'm always hesitant to try new products or treatments because everything breaks me out (hives/rash like allergic reaction on my face ) it's terrible! I tried the Hydra Facial MD during one of my reactions. My skin before was very dehydrated yet very oily. I had an eczema breakout on my face along with flakey dry skin in certain areas. Black heads, white heads, acne you name it. I tried the Hydra Facial and within the first treatment my skin was revived and rejuvenated. I personally recommend this facial for everyone all skin types and for whatever problem you're having I PROMISE this facial is the solution!! I did my first treatment with Ruby, she's great. Then after with Viviane, Lana, and Linda all amazing. Since then, I've tried other services and am in love with Sagi and Jenny for my waxing and Sagi for massages. I lalways feel so welcomed and relaxed going there.

The facial from hell. I honestly thought I got the best facial ever. I even left a good tip amount. The lady seem like she knew what she was talking about. She convinced me to get an extraction. Two days later I am stuck with a face full of black scars. Everything she popped that were under my skin, left spots all over my face. I reached out to them thinking there was something I could do to get my face back to normal. All they said was to continue exfoliating my face and eventually it will get better. Who in their right mind would get a facial to end up with a face full of black spots? This was something that should have been communicated to me. I even asked her and she assured me that nothing would happen to my face. Word of advice... don’t trust them with your face. You can end up just like me. Worst of it all, reaching out to them was more like “oh well, umm there’s nothing we can do.. good luck”. I wish I could have posted a before and after pic with this review.

Worst experience ever!! True to my heart i will speak my words. I had gotten the coupon from groupon worth $80. I think the amount is not less!! But the old lady who was in-charge to do my facial was from the 1st minute to the last just insisted that you should get an upgrade and pay extra then and then only she can give justice to my facial, which i did not agree to. The facial was supposed to be as per the terms and conditions for 1 hour. And let me explain you how she spent that hour. Cleasing for 5mins then 10 mins break steaming for 7mins then 15 minutes break , then extraction again with a very stress for using their machine facials for $200 so pathetic, and so on. And just in 35 mins she completed my facial.

I just got my micro-needling yesterday with a groupon deal for $59 for 1 session. The lady who did my procedure suggested I do collagen treatment for $55. Which I refused to. The procedure of micro-needling was ok. However they wanted me to do 6 procedure and I opt out. Tried to sell me hyaluronic acid for $59. Nevertheless on my way out the receptionist charged me extra $27 for the numbing gel, apparently it’s not included. I argued that they should have informed me before I started my procedure, their reply is the procedure is $200 and since it’s in groupon the numbing gel is not included. They should’ve mentioned before the procedure. One suggestion when buying groupon deals call the spas and ask if there’s any extra charge. I’ve noticed due to cheap groupon deals we over pay than what it’s worth. I’m never going back to this place.

I have been to several spas in the city and nothing compares to the results Ive received from Organic Elements. Their Therapist are so knowledge on all skins types and pigments. They really took the time to listen to my skin care needs and provided an in depth program that i could follow in between appointments. I really love the Hydrafacial !! After facial my skin felt rejuvenated and firm. The front desk staff is kind and professional. Overall my skin has never looked better and I owe that all to Marcia, Solange, Linda and Viviane. Groupon purchased for microcurrent oxygen facial. Lena was my aesthetician and did a great job. She explained each step during the session being that it was my 1st time. Spa is very lovely and clean.they will attempt to up sell you, as every business should The service itself: I have metal fillings, therefore I felt weird sensations when the microcurrent device was near my molars.felt each muscle movement. The oxygen was amusing-spraying the face with air.I enjoyed the experience overall

Pricey $$$ had the microcurrent they try to always sell you more things my first visit they talked me into buying this serum for my acne and paying extra for extractions, second visit they talked me into buying facial package... ugh now I’m stuck with 3 facials I promise won’t buy anything else... the lady that does the micro current treatment keeps telling me to look at the mirror that it’s alrady working.. in reality is all the serum that She puts on my face that makes it look glowing once I get home and wash it off looks the same old.. very clean and private rooms.
