Okay-not mind blowing and definitely not life changing. The products feel rich to touch and have a heavy perfumed scent. Perhaps La Prairie is one of the Swiss pioneers in anti-aging which successfully targets the Asian market but it doesn't really represent how well it works on individual skin. The spa is tiny-three treatment rooms and a small lounge area, however it is kept very tidy regardless of its lack in amenities. The facials are just okay, extractions felt abrasive and left me very inflamed, they didn't include a facial massage with my 60 minute signature treatment. The front desk needs to be re trained, a receptionist hung up on me right after excessively pushing for additional time/products while I was still inquiring. Someone again return my message but when I picked up, she hurriedly hung up and said she would call back. It is at most chaotic and ironically disrecptpful, considering that we as clients keep them employed, however they sound much busier than us. La Prairie perhaps have some good products, but I find it extremely over priced, and not so special compared to other high end skin care such as Sisley or Valmont.

I will never go to another spa ever again. This place is too good for words. There is truly nothing like this incredibly decadent experience at La Prarie Spa. As soon as you walk in you are welcomed by an incredibly warm and smiling staff there to make you feel comfortable and wonderfully relaxed. Immediately, you are asked if you want anything (I opted for an almond milk latte - which was baller), and munched on some nuts and dried fruit. Then I was called by the lovely Rachel to get the caviar mani/pedi treatment. I’ve never been a huge fan of eating caviar, but I am certainly a fan of putting it on my body. The treatment was beautiful! You get to choose your own music, and are whisked away for 2 hours while she transforms your hands, feet and nails into true beauty. My feet have never looked that good. Afterwards, Rachel took me back to their gorgeous lounge (which they have just recently undergone renovations), where she brought me a crisp glass of bubbly and a few mini desserts to try. I could have died from happiness. I waited for my nails to dry and then went to use their steam room, showers (their shampoo and conditioner smells delightful), and their beautiful La Prarie products they leave for your use in the locker room. The face wash is top notch. I think I spent like 4 hours there. Best 4 hours you will ever spend. Real life seems so distant in there while. You leave relaxed, happy and maybe a little tipsy (the champagne is very good lol). Worth every penny. I’m taking my mom next time.

I am 41 years old and started getting facials at the age of 16. Out of all my experiences this is by far the best facial I have ever had. Mary is a first class esthetician. the service provided is exemplary. I will never go anywhere else.
