The shop is in the heart of chinatown and perfect for a after-dinner relax foot massage on a Friday night. I walked in with no appointment and was able to get service right away for a one-hour foot massage. The place is clean and the masseur was on point with the sore points on my feet. And I used the yelp offer to get a free 10-min neck and shoulder massage. This place also opens late.

I come to NYC once a month for work, and this is the spot that I have to visit. The place is conveniently located (in Chinatown but not the super crowded part), extremely clean and spacious, and comfortable without annoying background music. The staff is professional, respectful, and highly skilled. I usually visit alone in the evening, and feel perfectly safe (they're right across from a police station). You can choose between a body or foot massage (or both!) for a specific amount of time, and they have both masseurs and masseuses. If you want a professionally done, reasonably priced massage experience with none of the pretentiousness of your overpriced spas, this is the place.

Awful massage and very unprofessional in the way the medium-sized towel (not sheet) was draped and in the way I was repeatedly exposed. Had to tell the masseuse to stop halfway. Was supposed to get a 30 minute massage and 30 minute foot massage. Skipped the foot massage. Then they tried to charge me for a 45 minute massage. Will never return. That was the worst massage I’ve ever had and an extremely violating experience. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

I went with my friend after a long walk in the city. My friend had shoulder and neck pain since the long flight to New York and I just wanted to relax my whole body, so we both asked for 60 min (40$ each) body work. This was one of the best massages I received in an Asian massage place (compared to a lot of places all over the Europe). However this ended in not such a nice experience. My friend and I had only 10$ cash and we decided to pay by card and leave the 10$ cash (this would be around 13% tips for each masseur). They were so displeased and told us to pay by card 10$ more, as they receive usually for a massage 10$ from each person (25% tips) and they looked very bad at us. We thought this to be a bit rude. We understand that here is a culture where you leave tips, but we left more than 10% and it is absolutely not acceptable to ask in this manner from your clients to pay tips. We ended up paying around 50$ each anyway (including the sales tax). Hence the 3 stars

Kimberly Spa is a spot of relaxation. From the second you walk in the door, you'll smell soothing aromas that immediately start the relaxation process. I went for an essential facial with Ida on my most recent visit there. She informed me on the best care for my skin type, cleaned my skin, and she even gave me a massage. They definitely have a customer for life. I would highly recommend the Kimberly Spa.

The services here are amazing. People are very nice and easy to communicate. I did 45 minutes body work and 45 minutes foot massage. The massage here is professional and relaxing. My mind and body feels great after the massage. Highly recommend to come!! :)

The massages were fantastic. I came with a friend and we got the full body massage for an hour. They really helped with my injured spine and relieved a lot of the pain that has been there for months.They were strong and very thorough. Moreover they were all very kind. This is a good place to get a foot massage. The prices are cheap and it feels good. After a long week of work, it feels great to come here fully relaxed and getting the massage. They have a loyalty program so you can earn points and eventually get a free massage.

This place is well worth visiting. It is not a fancy spa experience, but they provide the absolute best massages for a great price. The masseuses are expert and truly seem to care about providing a massage that supports the well being of the client. I had severe back and shoulder pain, which the masseuse expertly attended to. After two sessions, I was relieved of pain that had lasted for months. The employees are accommodating ( I can get an appointment on the same day!) and friendly. The place is clean and I completely trust the expertise of the therapists. They also give a full hour whereas other places give you 50 minutes for the “hour” massage. I feel like I found a gem, and this will be my go to place from now on. The hot stone massages are amazing. Health promoting and well worth every dollar! Highly recommend!

Great massage! We dropped in without an appointment and were able to get in right away for an hour long full body massage. The prices are very affordable and they did a great job. Nice place to come in with a friend or by yourself. Super nice and welcoming employees. Will definitely be back!
