RIPOFF, they told me add ons were 50, and then after I agreed and all was said and done they said they made a mistake and it was 110. HOW Unbelievebly rude and presumptuous TO EXPECT ME TO PAY THAT. Plus if they are bullying the technicians to upsell and stealing and tricking costumers, it is inhumane. DONT GO HERE.

I had an amazing experience at this spa. The customer service is very welcoming. I got myself a deep cleansing facial and omg I felt amazing walking out. She told me the things that I would have to do for my type of skin and got to know a bit about me during my treatment. And this morning I woke up, my face was so toned and extremely soft. I would love to make this my spot for my facials.

Had a bad experience with the receptionist. Misleading Groupon!!!!!!!! Fine print on the groupon did not say that it was for first time customers only. We were not asked for if we were first time customers during our phone conversation, nor when they called to confirm the appointment. They denied us the use of one Groupon voucher (on location, no previous warning) We ended up leaving without recieving any services, and asked for a refund at Groupon.

I don't know where to start. 1. The employees here need to learn better manners.They are very rude, entitled and super upstart. 2. They won't stop suggesting you get the Diamond Tip microdermabrasion, super pushy about it. 3. The products they use here are the cheapest creams that you would get at a Beauty Supply. My skin is pretty clear, just blackheads and a few (around 3) persistent clogged pores; by the time I left the venueI was breaking out in cysts. 4. They don't use gloves and surely don't wash their hands. I guess I was treated the way I was treated because I used a Groupon(?)

I came for a facial twice and I would say it’s alright .... BUT: In both of my experiences, I did not see the facial woman ever wash her hands!!! The second time I went, I asked the facial woman if she was washing her hands (since she did not wash her hands in the room’s sink before touching my face) and she just told me not to worry. In the middle of the facial, she even left the room to take care of some stuff in the reception and did not wash her hands when she came back to touch my face. EW! Would not return here. I had also told the woman to not do extraction on my acne because it leaves brown scars, but she touched my acne anyways.

I have been coming here every month for about a year and a half. The facials are consistently excellent and you get a lot more service for your money than at other places in Chinatown and is a much more upscale experience. The price can not be beat!

Love this place, highly recommended! "Basic" deep cleansing facial (~1hour) does wonders clearing up my skin (combo skin with adult acne from stress/hormones). Staff is super thorough in the extractions and I feel so clean afterwards. Mia is so sweet and thorough. Serene environment, great prices & packages and service!

I have been Sammy's client for over 7 years. Throughout my life I have visited countless skin care specialists and dermatologists to cure my acne prone skin to no avail. You can't beat the price for the quality of treatments she provides anywhere else in NYC. I have always purchased the deep cleanse facials which includes a long, relaxing face massage, a thorough extraction of any and EVERY impurity on your face, and a cooling clay mask using only the most nourishing products available on the market. The extractions can be somewhat painful at times but Sammy is gentle and has not once left a scar on my skin. She treats every patient as an individual and will provide a professional opinion as to what treatment is right for you - and over time, adapt the treatments to your individual needs. Every treatment is somewhat personalized which is great. I highly recommend this place. They're professional. They're CLEAN. And they provide top of the line services for a reasonable price. I've been going to Joyce for years starting back when she was at Le Peu Day Spa. She is the only person I trust with my sensitive skin that is also prone to blackheads and stress related breakouts. She thoroughly cleans my skin each time and is very accommodating to my busy schedule. Sammi is amazing for body massage. The spa is small and very clean. Don't be put off by the location in Chinatown. The prices are affordable and the service is excellent.
