The facility is clean, the staff and specialists are informative and accommodating and even the owner is there to answer any questions and special requests. They have the latest top of the line laser machines that do not hurt at all. It makes a world of a difference to get laser through a top of the line machine, trust.

I used a Groupon to purchase One Year of Unlimited Laser-Hair Removal on One Small Area. I chose to laser my under arm hair. The spa is clean and I have never had to wait over 5 minutes past my appointment time. They're often busy so if you call don't expect good customer service over the phone. I've found if you email, they do respond quickly. The spa is clean, quiet and run professionally. After 3 sessions, I didn't have to shave again in between sessions but I do have a few stubborn areas that won't go away so the unlimited year is perfect for me!

Great service, nice environment. Relaxing experience because its pain free- but this also means the laser is not strong. So if you have a lot of hair this probably won't work. Go to a professional doctor and deal with the pain. No pain no gain......!

I have been here for three sessions getting my full arms done! I am so pleased with my results. I have signed up for a year but already the hair is almost completely gone. I am an Italian woman that had dark thick hair on her arms. Everybody here is very pleasant and helpful. They also accommodate you if you have to switch your appointment at the last minute. I give it a five star rating for my results and the atmosphere is clean and organized.

Good service and very friendly staff and owner. I had to have more cessions than I have expected for my bikini treatment, but in the end, I have achieved a satisfactory result. My experience at Infinity Laser Spa has been pleasant- I am doing the full brazilian. The laser is painless and quick, however, the people in the front desk is not the friendliest. I also have a hard time reaching anyone by phone. I have been trying to make an appointment for my next session for the past week and left messages and havent heard back from anyone nor do they answer the phones. Its very rare when i call in to make an appointment or ask any questions, that anyone actually answers- which is why i gave 3 stars instead of the 5 that i would have given otherwise. Other than the issues with contacting them or the front desk, everyone else is very nice, friendly and would answer any questions you have while getting the laser done. Update: Since my last review, Infinity made it their business to correct the issues i had with them. They added a second phone line to have a better chance of communicating with them via phone and they have made me feel much better about making appointments or asking any questions, which was keeping me from referring more friends (i already referred 2 people prior) to them. Thank You for taking my feedback seriously and reaching out to me. My review definitely went from 3 stars to 5. I will defnitely have more friends go to Infinity Laser Spa.

I feel I am in good hands with the technicians who will ensure you wear goggles to protect your eyes from the laser; they also follow protocal and will ask any necessary questions (ie. if you are on anti-biotics) to prevent from any treatment complications.

Got my one year unlimited laser for one small and one large area from Groupon. This is my 6th time visit. Very clean, and the waiting area is very comfortable. They are very on time on your schedule. Every time I went there on time, basically no need to wait at all. Stuff were friendly. And they schedule your appointment every 6 weeks. Sometime I need to reschedule , just call ahead, they answer and reschedule right away. For the laser result is pretty awesome. Few more month to complete.

I purchased a year of treatments from a discount website. They will only book a new appt 6 weeks after your last one so at best you can get 11 sessions if you book wisely. Unfortunately after a year I saw zero results. The place was clean, the staff was nice, and the treatment was painless, but it didn't work for me.

I purchased a package at living social for laser hair removal at Infinity Laser Spa with a bit of hesitation because I have olive complexion and I have heard previously that laser doesn't work for women of color but I went ahead and purchased anyways because they advertise a new technology Laser machine that works on all skin color. Now after I have been on my third session I am seeing tremendous results. Hair is gone from majority of the area I am getting laser. The technician is very helpful at making me feel comfortable and the machines are definitely brand new and high tech. This Alma machine is great, it turns ice cold when the laser feels its getting too warm for my skin to prevent burns and scars. I am definitely continuing to laser the rest of my body with this place. Its conveniently located in midtown near Manhattan Mall. For me its definitely worth recommend all the way!!

I found this place on Groupon ( only way I could afford the treatments). Excellent atmosphere and decor. Very clean, modern. Every technician I've had was friendly and professional. Never an uncomfortable experience. I've treated areas of my body elsewhere that use a different laser and did not get as good results as this location. They send email confirmation for your appts and a reminder a few days before so you don't have to worry about remembering. I'm very picky and I feel confident to refer people here.

The laser hair removal here DOES NOT WORK! I have had laser hair removal before (last year) and my hair falls out!! My hair stopped growing back for 6 months. I came here and the type of laser they used is different - it heats up vs the tradition laser where it feels like a rubber band and my hair continues to grow!!! Don’t waste your money

This was my first time with laser hair removal. Everything sounded really great including the pain free laser, the price I got through groupon, ($200) and the potential results. However, the treatments were very painful for me. I am Italian and have a medium skin tone with brown hair. It felt as if I was being burned and poked with needles. The good part was that it was quick, only 5-10 minutes per session. The results took a long time to show, but now that I have completed all 6 sessions, I am happy with the results. Hair does still grow, but as a much slower speed. I am definitely not hairless though.

Something every sane person will de before spending 1500$. Finally went and talked 5min with them about the treatment then was ready to pay and start. Not good. They have impossible appointment hours for those of us that work 9-5 hours and make it very hard to reschedule. My last appointment they wouldnt even bother in rescheduling me I just canceled. Hair grew back as if I had never got any treatment after not going to that one last appointment. Total waste of money! I recommend Infinity Laser Spa to everyone who likes efficient and professional service. Although I've struggled with excessive body hair whole my life, I was concerned about doing laser hair removal. I was afraid of getting burned. I was not afraid of the pain most people to whom I talked described experiencing during these kind of treatments because few things could put me through the level of pain I have to endure when waxing of clipping. I was not so much concerned about how efficient the treatment it would be because I knew I was close of being a textbook example of success: very light skin and dark hair. I decided to trust Infinity Laser Spa and try it out. I only regret not have done it before. After the first treatment I saw an incredible improvement in the density and thickness of hair in the treated area. I was really amazed. I did my second session today and I am looking forward do seeing the results in a couple of weeks. Everybody in Infinity is very attentive and they do their best to make your appointment work with your schedule. The technicians are very kind, and the place is very clean. I should point out two things, however: if you are the kind of person who insists in being treated by the same technician all the way through the totality of your sessions, you should probably ask if you can have the same person each time. I had two sessions so far and was treated by two different technicians. I am fine with it, as long as they communicate among them the radiation level they used previously (I realized today that, in my case, that did not happen. However, the technician who treated me today was very careful and communicative in order to assess how was I feeling). The second thing is about the "painless" aspect of the technique. In my first session, I did not feel but a slight pinch. It was, indeed, painless. Today, however, it was not that easy. The deal is: the higher the radiation and the denser the hair in the area to treat, the more painful it will be. For me it was not unbearable, but it was not comfortable. I should add, though, that in the areas with less hair it was virtually painless.

Beautiful place. Nice technicians. Unwelcoming front desk. 2 out of I believe my 5 appointments I had the same technician who didn’t fully laser my bikini line as the previous technicians had. So what am i paying for? Half of a bikini line? I told the front desk and nothing was done to make up for it. Also, for one of my appointments I had never received a confirmation e-mail or phone call. And now will be charged 30$? Where was the confirmation? I’ve been to other laser places and they ALWAYS call to confirm. Wouldn’t recommend.

Initially it was pleasant. People were polite. But after two visits things changed.My appointment was never on time but it was all scheduled a month back and i always had to wait minimum 20-25minutes and i used to go on my lunch so that takes my entire lunch. I would still ignore and go but before two months i missed one appointment due to sickness and they never called me till date to reschedule or schedule my next appointment. I have paid for the entire year so that means they should try but they didn't which shows there is no customer service exists. For them once you pay you are done. I was always polite and appreciative but i don't like to go anywhere where it lacks customer service. I am sorry. I rather waste my balance days and go somewhere who are more professional which i am already doing. Sorry but it was a very frustrating experience.

In only 2 treatments I've noticed amazing results in laser hair removal treatments (full face and neck).You'll regret not scheduling an appointment ASAP because their machines REALLY WORK! I've been to several other places with no results. In addition, there are great coffee shops and costume jewelry shops near by.

Did underarm laser hair removal. They were efficient, and definitely saw the progress after each treatment.. After my last treatment there was minimal hair growth, went to once a month shaving, rather than once every two days. I recommend Infinity laser spa.. Also, it was a painless process, which isn't the case in some places..

The service is good, but getting an appointment is extremely difficult and inconvenient. They used to be open on Saturdays and Sundays and it would be really hard to get an appointment for the weekend, even when booing weeks ahead. Now, they are closed on Saturdays so i will be worse. If you purchase the deal then keep in mind you're only allowed to book at a minimum of every six weeks. So if you push back appointments you risk losing one of the treatments. I don't know if this is a tactic they purposely instilled so customers end up getting less treatments then they realize. It's disappointing because if not for this it would be a good Laser spot.

Bought a Living Social voucher for Unlimited sessions (which really isn't since you can only go every 6 weeks) . The place is clean and tranquil , the technician was professional, and the service provided from the receptionist was superb (even though I could tell she was fighting the flu). I've only gone once and haven't seen much of a difference except for in a very tiny patch which hasn't grown back since the hair began falling out. The other areas are still growing just as thick and as much as it had before. I am holding out hope that over the next 3 sessions I will see some improvement. I am hesitant to begin other areas at full price until I see more dramatic results but I would recommend this place based on the fore mentioned factors.

I actually found this place as I was walking back to my job from lunch. I decided to inquire within and I liked how I was welcomed and how the guy in the front desk was so polite and helpful with answering all my questions. I was given a tour and information on the new laser machines which were compatible with my skin complexion and I was offered a good deal for full body laser treatments for a year and I had to say yes because i had not heard of such prices anywhere else or given this type of detailed information. last night I actually just completed my full body laser sessions after a year and so of attending this hair laser spa and I am very happy with my results. Now all I have to do is every so often just go for an upkeep visit which is not bad considering I barely grow any hair. so I figure I can go maybe once every six months as I was told by my technician. I wish that I had purchased the living social package which was an even more outstanding deal but the fact that I don't have to ever deal with painful wax I know that I am still winning. I have also read the negative reviews on yelp and I know that my experience has never been anything but pleasant so I definitely recommend that anyone interested in laser hair removal should contact or visit this place before making a judgment.

The estheticians are great but the front desk is very unwelcoming and unorganized. I visited for 8 appointments and showed up 10 minutes early for each but usually waited 30-45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. They canceled my appointment once because a machine was broken and tried to charge me for not showing up even though I rescheduled after they canceled just 2 days before I was scheduled originally. They also don’t clean or sanitize their UV glasses after each client.

Only 2 of their many technicians know what they are doing. It is advertised as pain-free but, that was only the first session then they increase the level otherwise "hair won't come off". I got burned pretty badly twice and when I called the front desk, there was no apology, only "Oh...", and another time "would you like to come in and pick up soothing lotion?" I'm surprised they don't have a record of which technician treated me, or may be they didn't want to tell me - if this is the case then they pretty much lied. I got the whole Brazilian area treated, after 8 sessions (1 year), about half the hair was gone so I extended another year. By the end of the 2nd year, I have about 1/4 hair left. Every time I asked about the stubborned spot, they told me it's very common (everybody does) since it's the most hormonal area. I've had it. I can't take another year of this. I will live with 1/4 hair. They offered cheap package if you want to extend the service (in the same area only) but if it works why would they need to extend again and again? I will update my reviews if the hair grows back after I stop the treatment - but it's hard to go lower than 1 star.

I have been coming here for the past year with a living social coupon I acquired for a year's worth of laser treatments on a small area and a large area. I have received excellent treatment year round. The laser removal works and you see results right away. I have been treated by many of the staff and each and every one of them were very professional and attentive to my needs. The spa is very clean and well kept. Excellent customer service and excellent machine used for treatment!!! Try it you won't regret it

Have tried 2 sessions of the hair removal treatment for half legs and both the sessions went fine. It's pain-free and they are pretty fast at what they do. I took this living social deal which was pretty good. Overall, no issues so far. They expect you to come every 6 weeks for the treatment and hair growth starts reducing over a period of time. You are entitled to 9 sessions over a period of 1 year.

I bought 8 sessions and I went to 3 of them simply because I’m a firm believer in second chances. It’s REALLY uncomfortable when the front desk talks about you in another language and just stares at you while you wait 40 minutes for your appointment. Also REALLY uncomfortable when the technitians don’t leave the room for you to disrobe and redress after a full Brazilian. The eyewear isn’t washed in between clients. This place is ridiculous. 100% recommend this laser spa! I just had my 4th session and my hair is gone. I have semi thick hair and I was skeptical about laser hair removal, but almost after 5 months my hair is all gone. The staff at Infinity Laser Spa were very friendly and helpful with my questions and concerns. And although it is not a huge place it is very clean. And the laser "ice" machines are brand new. Located in the perfect location, midtown, which makes it easy for me to travel after work because they accommodate my after work hours.
