HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called this spa because some friends and I will be visiting New York soon and wanted to have a spa day. As we were looking over the services online before our trip, one of my friends wanted to know the brand of organic wax the spa used so we contacted the spa to find out. The first person we spoke to did not know the brand they used so she went to ask someone else of higher authority. When that person came on the phone, she stated "they do not disclose that type of information." I asked her why and she basically did not have an answer and stated they use soft and hard wax (which clearly did not answer our question at all). Being that she would not disclose any information, I told her I would go to another spa for services and she very rudely said "Good, go ahead." Not once was I rude, nor did I yell or do anything abrupt so for her to say that at the end of the conversation let me know that our money would be better spent elsewhere to a spa that actually cares and doesn't mind disclosing product information that will be used on our bodies. if the customer service over the phone is bad, I could just imaging how the service would be. It's a "NO GO" for us. BEWARE...!

I would give it a 5 star if the rooms are not so tiny and open. I could hear other clients talking, drawers opening and people walking around. Nonetheless, the facial was so amazing! The products they use smell awesome and feel amazing on my face. My girl, Jennifer gave me a very thorough facial massage and even extend to my upper shoulder, neck and head. It was very relaxing despite the noise. They never push me any of the products, which is great. I want to go back already!

I honestly love it here. I come here to get a Brazilian wax and I've been to a couple of nice wax places but this hands down is the least painful that I've been to in all of them. The people are great products are high quality and they're very clean. The system is very organized and I never have to wait for long but be sure to book early because they usually fill up at least 2 or 3 days before.

Great customer service and they helped me clear my super sensitive skin! Joey is great at what she does and have the most gentle hands. I usually ask for her cause she has knowledge/memory of what I need but Cindy and Teresa are both amazing too! Susie is great with waxing, making it less painful and she loves to chat to keep you distracted. Booking sometimes can be a hassle if its very last minute but days before, you can pretty much catch them at any time. They usually try to promote their products but to be honest, some items are very good to keep your skin healthy. Don't go crazy buying everything but its worth it to try some products. Ask for samples to try if you're sceptical about it!

I have been going to this Waxing Salon for 8 years!!!! since they were in a different location just a few blocks away. I am absolutely hooked and would never go anywhere else. I never get any ingrown hairs when I get a Brazilian wax. Their facials are also very relaxing and amazing!!!!

totally overpriced products, ended up getting face cream meant to be for sensitive skin and it was wasted money, first time I tried it my skin reacted as if I had used a cheap cream with too much perfume in it.

Going there since 3 years for waxing and love this place - no thrills but good and fast service, nice attitude to customers and decent prices and deals. They just moved to a bigger space on Bowery and still doing final fixes (like no hooks to put your coat on in the rooms, just a small chair) but overall very good.

So I wasn't sure to try again, but go green came up on my Groupon and I felt convicted that the organic wax and one strip approach would work with my sensitive skin would make the experience less fearful. Fast forward 4 years there is no other place is go. Every Estheticians takes their time and insures I leave feeling fresh and pain free. Looking forward to my next visit

All the ladies who work there are very friendly and make you feel welcome. They don't double dip in the wax and are very quick. Overall good place on the outskirts of Chinatown and they offer wax packages for returning customers. Peaceful place to take care of all your waxing needs (occasionally there's a deal on groupon for first time customers).

I discovered Go Green from lifebooker deal and couldn't be happier I found them. I refuse to tell you who I see since she is already so popular- sorry : ) but I choose to believe everyone is as good her and so knowledgeable about the products. 1- Facials just feel amazing 2-Its good for you and you'll look amazing 3- The fact that all their products are all natural was something I didn't realize would affect me as it did. I really saw a different in how my skin was reacting to the products. And they all smell amazing- Coconut moisturizer. Stone Crop toner is my other favorite. I think their prices are totally reasonable, an occasional product I want that is a few more than $$ I wanted to spend BUT I remember right away that it will last me months!
