I went there for a facial and massage and both services were very bad! the rooms are tacky, you are not given gowns to move from one room to another but have to dress up and undress and they don’t sheets between customers! My 60 minute facial was like mini facial with few packs but no extraction even after i asked for it. I will not reccomended this place to anyone and surprised at the4star ratings

Massages are amazing !! Facials not so much. The place is very small. But the customer service is great. Very much recommended during spa week.

Came in for 2 prenatal massages. The first was with Megan and the second was with Simone. It really helped me in my third trimester.

Stopped by Ettia for the first time as a treat for myself. Happy with the personalized, calm, mindful massage I received. The masseuse didn't rush me through like so many other spas. My back has never felt better.

“So, I was brand new to this place and went after I saw the great reviews and recommendations online. Loved it! Best facial I have ever had...and I have been to all of the places and dropped a lot on my skin before. Such a small quaint and place without a lot of frou frou, but she definitely knew about skin. She spent a lot of time answering my questions and talking about products and many are otc, so there was no pressure, which i love. I did buy a couple of great skincare items, though. I had a 1 hr facial with Amanda and my skin has never felt better or clearer. I will be going back and definitely doing a facial with her and then a massage in a couple of weeks! Can't wait to try out the massages there too. Great place! Sweet people with no attitude.”
