Great massage spa, each masseuse takes their time to learn about what is bothering you so that you can have the absolute best session possible. The spa is immaculate and very relaxing, each treatment room is pristine. This is an outstanding massage experience from start to finish and the value is excellent. I definitely recommend this place!

Incredible massage. I was massaged by the owner. If you have injury, lots of tension or problem areas (neck, shoulders, hip, back), she knows trigger points for release and gets into deeper tissue than most therapists.

When I called to make a reservation, they said "we ask our customers to pay 20% for tip. please be ready for cash" -- very straight forward (and to be fair, they added "if you are satisfied with the service" but in very end, as an extra message before hanging up) --I haven't even got any service yet. So bad feeling afterward and felt bad for the employees who may be good but not paid sufficiently by the employer..... If they are confident in massage quality, they should add that value to the price, and pay fairly to employees.

I love going to Ease for great massages, excellent service, and super relaxing environment. Staff is very courteous, and all their therapists try their best to pamper you. I always leave feeling very very relaxed. In general it's easy to make appointments. The location is also very accessible in midtown from many subways. Be sure to subscribe to their mailing list as they run promotions from time to time!

Excellent massage & service. Been here a few times. The place is very clean & has some touch of zen style. Generally really friendly and service-minded. The masseuses I had were very thorough. They give you an aroma tea after the session.

First of all, therapists are not licensed to perform any type of massage. Second, do not expect after-care service from them if anything happens during a session - i.e., injury due to their rough and careless massage technique. One of my friends suffered so much pain/bruises due to improper massage technique used by the owner, Ms. Moriwaki. Ms. Moriwaki refused to do anything about my friend's injury after all. My friend eventually decided to let her go simply because she did not want to spend any more of her precious time and money to file a lawsuit. Avoid being the victim of abuse. ("MeToo") Required by Law to be a legal massage therapist: § 7802. Practice of massage therapy and use of title "masseur", "masseuse" or "massage therapist" or the term "massage" or "massage therapy". Only a person licensed or authorized pursuant to this chapter shall practice massage therapy and only a person licensed under this article shall use the title "masseur", "masseuse" or "massage therapist". Recently moved to NY& tried this place after reading mostly positive Google reviews. I was impressed by the selection of gel polish colors, the quality of the work, and how long the gel lasted! I'll definitely be coming back for more gel manicures since the price is really fair ($25). The only thing to note is tips are cash only!

Senior therapists are very good at diagnosing the causes of your stress or pain and to suggest how to prevent. Juniors are good, much better than any other place I have tried, but Seniors are more effective (also because they can walk on your back, while Juniors cannot. Another sign of professionality): 50 minutes are enough only to try the first time, or when you are not too tired, otherwise you'd better book 75 or 100 minutes. Do not choose a therapist they are all highly skilled and professional.

Before they even rendered a service, this establishment had the nerve to ask me how would I be tipping. When I stated credit card, they refused to service me! Like what? Who does that? Completely ridiculous. How do you turn down a client, who is willing and able to pay for a service because they can't tip in cash?? I even said they could upcharge me and they STILL refused stating their workers live off of tips--and so does else who works for tips! No excuse to refuse a service! Smh Is some money not better than none at all? Wasn't like I was taking the slot of a person who could pay cash, I was the only one there! They couldn't even make a one time exception for a first time client smh. I don't know if they were being prejudice or what but that was very sketchy and ridiculous.
