Absolutely best facial EVER done by Nagisa. It was so good, I felt the need to write a review the moment I left - which is a bit of a rarity for me. As I lay there, my face being treated like royalty, I reminded myself that I need to get my mother and my husband here for a facial also. I am telling everyone I know - if you love your face, neck, arms, chest, and feet - to treat yourselves. I have really sensitive skin so I expected to leave looking like a mess - as other facials have left me looking. Not this one. I left looking bright and healthy. I really can't wait to go back. A total gem!

Beautiful and relaxing space in the Plaza that would be perfect for a retreat after shopping around 5th Avenue and followed by afternoon tea at the Palm Court. This spa also makes wine and has a relaxation wine bar for guests to enjoy in between treatments. Prices are on the high side, so this is more of a special occasion treat.

It was beautiful and clean. The relaxation room and the facial were incredible. I would have given it 5 stars but I decided to get a 30min massage. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst massages I have ever had. I get massages regularly (2x per month) and this was just bad in every way.

Wonderful service, and the facial was great. Annika has a fabulous touch and is skilled with extractions, the products are lovely and I enjoyed the relaxation room, tea and treats. Definitely would go back!

Bad service!!!!! i won't recommend anyone to go there. the Lebanese lady LIED to me telling me we can't make your session you can come back tomorrow to get your money the next day i went she denied it!!!! while there were witness and saying about their crap policy !! while she didn't know anything about her work policy from the beginning . i won't recommend you going because its a bad experience and spa time should be so amazing that nothing should ruin it form you especially how they treat you!!!!!

I came to this spa because Nagisa moved to Caudarie. I like this spa much more than the spa where she worked before. Caudalie is very elegant, relaxing and cozy place. All products has natural aroma and are very therapeutic. And Nagisa... she is one of a kind. Her facial is not just facial treatment. It's much more beyond the facial. I feel so deeply healed while I received the treatment. I think nagisa really love what she is doing, she is very caring and kind person. I always fall a sleep the end, because its so nice and relaxing. And when I wake up, my skin is totally renewed! My wrinkle and dark circle are gone. I like the products here , it feels so organic and natural. And specially with Nagisa's technique .. just like heaven. I can't wait to come back this salon next month.

Nagisa is seriously the best! I've been seeing her for a year now and there is a reason. She's so thorough, delicate, and very sweet. And the caudelie products are also very good. I always leave feeling super refreshed. Highly recommend!
