This is my first time with fillers and so I was pretty nervous. At the initial phone call I knew I picked a good place. All of the front desk staffers are very knowledgeable with procedures and products used not to mention very friendly. Dr. Roselli was on pint with consultation and I was really happy with the results. She has the best hand in injections. I barely felt them and had no bruising .. I've come back again.. thank you all.. 10 STARS

Just had my 2nd professional micro needling treatment with plasma at Beauty fix medspa on 18w.23rd Street. I saw some changes can't believe After one Session how much my skin has changed! My rosacea redness & texture bumps & ruddy complexion look so much better! People have noticed. I look so much younger and I still have 1 more sessions to go. Staff was so nice and educated. ALLA is magical. Like she says, the magic is in her Syringe! No seriously, I have always been wanting to enhance my features and coming here was the best decision I’ve made. What a WASTE. I have never had a negative experience with Botox, but this was money down the drain! I got Botox towards the end of October. For the first 3/4 weeks, it was great, just like all of my previous experiences with Botox/Dyport- my forehead was devoid of movement. Maybe a week later (at which point it had been only 4/5 weeks since I had the injections) I started noticing movement. A week or two after that, my forehead looked as if I had never had the treatment. I called to see what could be done, and if they could do a touch up, or just take a look at my forehead. They proceeded to try to convince me that every person reacts differently to the product, and that I had obviously become resistant to the Botox. What a joke. I have been doing Botox consistently for the last 3 years straight, and never once has it worn off after 5/6 weeks. Normally mine lasts 4.5-5 months. They refused to refund me or give a courtesy touch up, or even take a look at my face to confirm that the product had COMPLETELY worn off in a matter of weeks. The woman was dismissive and condescending. I will never go back and discourage anyone from going.

She goes beyond to make sure your happy. I also love Alla she is amazing too. have done coolsculpting, eye filler, trusculp, sculptra, venus legacy, microneedling etc.. I will recommend beautyfix and if you have the chance to choose who to see on yout first consultation try to speak with Yari.

I reached out to schedule a consultation. An extremely rude person “Andrea” was supposed to assist me in scheduling and such. She literally kept me hanging (via email chat) never answered my questions, never assisted me with booking, and never got back to me, period! Therefore, I will NOT consider this place for anything. This is not the to do business, and certainly NOT the way to attract new clients. I strongly suggest replacing your rude consultants!!

BeautyFix offers the best services that you will need to take care of your skin imperfections. I visited Beauty Fix about a month ago and, once again, Alla corrected some saggy skin in my face (with fillers) for which she used a cannula—which doesn’t leave any inflammation in your face. Alla is my “guardian angel,” I have seen her for a few years now and I can literally say that my skin has never looked so great. Not only is Alla a wonderful professional, knowledgeable and with great bedside manners, she also has a magic touch! She listens to her patients’ needs and concerns and will do what is best for you. Tiko, BeatyFix's general manager, is also fabulous and will go out of her way to give you options that will meet your needs (and your wallet). BeautyFix offers different alternatives and payment plans. A final word for all the great personnel at the front desk—they are always super busy and, still, they are super kind and professional. Kudos to Beauty Fix!

Extremely accessible office space (I personally visit the Flatiron location) 2. An expansive menu of treatments at competitive rates 3. Constant upgrade of products being used for treatments - evidence based! 4. Incredibly friendly, helpful, fun, and caring staff who make you feel celebrated and welcome (front desk, I’m looking at you!) 5. Knowledgeable and honest medical professionals 6. TALENTED interventionists who follow your lead and ask “what do you hope to gain from this?” before you commit 7. A tidy, pretty, and relaxing waiting space 8. Dedicated customer service via phone, online, or in person 9. Transparency! They tell it like it is with your interests in mind 10. Universal sanitary precautions upheld I found BeautyFix through a YouTuber, and was able to reach out to her for a discount code, which was readily accepted and credited at the front desk. I’m not a fan of needles, but I desperately wanted to complete my procedure. I scheduled a Free 99 consultation with Dr. Tiko first. She answered all of my meticulous and paranoid questions, so I left feeling assured in booking my appointment for a couple of weeks down the line. I appreciated the free consult and the fact that there was no pressure to proceed immediately. I booked my procedure at the beginning of the summer. After ~30min of sitting with numbing cream, I met Dr Feng, who quickly performed the procedure and provided me with Do’s and Don’ts for healing. We did not utilize the full injection vial the first time, and she referred to a f/u appointment as more of a “touch up” after 2 weeks. We finished the vial off, and the results made me SCREAM with joy! There was absolutely no pressure to commit to any additional procedures even after discussing them. The amazing staff out in the front then hooked me up with the most BOMB samples (some full size!!) and thanked me for being a fun customer, as well as wishing me congratulations on my recent marriage. This spa will become family - GO!

Dr. FENG is a doctor and an artist ! I am having BOTOX done for the last 20 years so I know who does a good job. She is very precise and meticulous, MARKS THE POINTS TO BE ADDRESSED FIRST WITH A PEN (NOBODY DOES IT IN NYC) and I get the best results for the least money in this place. They have sales so you should be on their mailing list to get the best prices. RESULTS? DEFINITELY THE BEST IN NY. I HAVE HAD BOTOX DONE ALL OVER EUROPE, BUT DR. 2 months ago I got fillers for my under eyes and you could barely tell a difference. Currently they look just like the way they used to and this procedure is supposed to last up to two years. I came here and spent $1500 on my face, and I look exactly the same. Makes me think they are injecting you with water and nothing more, because I went to another doctor to have the fillers dissolved and redone - and when they were dissolved - I LOOKED THE SAME! I don’t know what they are using here but it’s one big waste of your money and I highly recommend you find some place else. Over priced, horrible results.

After pre-purchasing 20 units of Botox, I had a consultation with Dr. Fang who ultimately administered less than 20 units of Xeomin. I wrote the email below to the team a week ago, and have yet to hear back. Really poor attention to customer, seems like they are in it solely for the cash. Hi Amar, I have some feedback that isn’t positive. I’ll share it via email, to protect your rating on yelp. I paid for 20 Units of Botox. Once I spoke with Dr. Fang she said she wouldn’t want to do all 20 units for several reasons. I agreed to move forward. She also then mentioned she was administering Xoemin and explained it was a similar effect, just not the Botox brand. While I appreciate the explanation, there are a few issues I have. 1 - If I paid for 20 units and did not use them all, this is a bad customer experience. 2 - I noticed that your pricing for Xeomin units are cheaper than Botox, which was not explained to me, also a poor experience. 3 - No where on my post care follow up does it say how many units or what type of treatment I had. Should there be any medical reaction to this product (as I received it for the first time) this is would be a terrible experience. I’m sharing with you privately in hopes that this feedback is considered seriaoulsy, and also because I appreciated the customer service I received at my visit. Other than above I was satisfied. First time here, bought a Groupon for facials since my dermatologist recommended I get one. The place is beautiful and clean. They are very very busy at the front desk, so initially when I walked in, it took a bit before I was acknowledged. With my Groupon, I was limited to a thirty minute session. Felt sort of rushed truthfully, since I guess there were folks afterwards and they were backed up. Appointment was for 4, started maybe twenty minutes after. Forgot to look at the time when she was complete. I did however, love how my face felt the next day. I did an extraction along with the facial to get out blackheads etc. Face hasn't felt less bumpy like this in a very long time. So this is the reason for the 4 stars. The facial did what it was meant to do and so far no adverse affects *knock on wood*. I have my second session in two weeks, that will help me determine whether I continue with them, well that and the price without a Groupon voucher. I say give this place a go. **update** 10/10 2:16: BeautyFix MedSpa, they go above and beyond. They saw my review and apologized for the wait, which wasn't a big issue to me. But it goes to show how much they believe in customer service along with customer satisfaction. As I said before, I recommend this place and this follow up call, just proved why. Thank you!

My skin saviors! I switch between the two locations whenever its the most convenient for me and the quality of service is consistent! I love all the staff members and the prices are reasonably priced. I used to go to a well known dermatologist in the upper east side to get all my treatments done but switched over to BeautyFix because they have multiple offices & offer the same treatments and I get the same results for a better price. I normally don’t give 5 stars to any company but hands the best customer service. Tiko is so inviting and she made sure that I wasn’t getting anything that I didn’t need. OMG I love that lady spirit. Sahaja is the only person that takes care of me and she’s a sweetheart. First of all she will tell you the truth about your treatment. No sugar coating. Which makes you want to return. Dr. Feng did my PRP scalp treatment. I have horrible veins and in one shot “bong” she was able to get blood for the treatment. Gentle and professional. Even the welcoming crew- receptionists are amazing. Great great great place. Have your best interest at heart.

First of all, the office is located in a great location. It is incredibly discrete and beautifully decorated. All of the women who work in the office were extremely nice and pleasant to interact with. My experience with lip filler and under eye bags was amazing . We talked in detail about what look I was going for and she gave her input into what she thought would suit my lips. She made me feel very comfortable even though I was nervous. and talked me through what to expect from the whole procedure and where she planned on injecting. AMAZING MEDSPA! All of the receptionist are very friendly and efficient and get you right in as soon as they can. When I came in I met with Tiko for a consultation, I really appreciated that Tiko tells you exactly what you need; no more and no less. She will not advise you to get more filler than you need. She will tell you the exact points of your face that need filler to get the symmetric look you are going for. Since I did quite a few syringes she also gave me a discount. Alla is an injection goddess! She is so sweet and so knowledgeable. I did not feel any pain at all and she achieved the exact look I was going for. I went in knowing nothing about the rejuvenation game. A very experienced sales woman from eastern Europe (or close by region)convinced me the way to go to cure my loose skin in my neck region was to do three sessions of microderbersion treatments 6 weeks apart. I did it, it helped, but not great for $300 per session. I also got fillers on my cheeks, helped but for $800 , probably won't be getting that again. I'm 54 and just looking to get rejuvenated but they were just too expensive for what I got.

I would say, BE CAREFUl with the Money you are being charged by the taller RECEPTIONISt! One of the receptionists, not Yari, the other one, gives very misleading price information, after the procesure charged me more yhan announced before the procedure, for the same product!!!! and also made me sign a treatment with a filler i havent done at all for a completely different sum of money!! When i mentioned that this is wrong, she said , oh dont worry, this is some discount procedure?!? no receipt, and took further another extra 100 $ again with no receipt for future appointment which now i have no idea how to prove i ve given. So Be careful from the taller receptionist, very dodgy with Money and Prices. But Besides from that, the doctor Evelyn is really very very professional, she told me things no one notices but also no one wants to do, very observative, very good hand, very Good at what she does! I recommend her! i would love to use her again i just hate the game at the reception!

I recently had two eclipse micropen treatments as Beauty Fix Med Spa and I am so happy with the results! My skin looks amazing and people are noticing. Even after my first treatment people were telling me that I looked so refreshed or that my skin was glowing. I highly recommend this treatment if you want to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, or the size of your pores, or if you have any acne scars. For me it was all three, and now I wake up in the morning and my skin is completely transformed! No more hiding blotches with makeup, it's incredible! The staff at Beauty Fix Med Spa is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, they will quickly make you feel at ease with any procedure you choose. I was a bit nervous for my first procedure, Sahaja took her time explaining to me what I should expect and we talked and even laughed a bit while she was working on me. It was a bit painful, not too much and definitely worth it considering the results! My face was a bit red for a day or two, just looked like a sunburn, but by day three I could see the results and every day after that my skin looked better and better. Highly recommend Beauty Fix Med Spa! Love this place!

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The best spa I have ever been to, the best and most professional staff and very good results. I could see results in about 3 weeks of doing venue legacy and the injectables are Kardashian looking, that's how good they are, only the cost is much lower and you don't have to go to California. I brought all my girlfriends here and everyone is very satisfied. This is one of my best "discoveries " in NYC.

The Spa is clean and inviting, in the heart of the Flatiron district. Alla performed the procedure on me with Juverderm Ultra Plus to plump my pout and Radiesse to enhance my facial bone structure and give my face a sharper appearance. I look like I lost wait in my face and my cheek bones look higher. I also got Radiesse to even out my chin and the nosal wrinkles around the mouth. I look like I'm 21 again. Went to their location in 23 street about 8 weeks ago got my lips injected with fillers a full syringe they’re suppose to last 6 months to a year but they only lasted 3 weeks . I️ payed $520.00 for WATER DOWN fillers . They do a terrible job at discussing prices with you during the consultation, in that it is not discussed at all. Its not until you're almost done with your treatment that they decide to inform you that there are additional payments even though the treatment was already purchased online on their website. Had a very unfortunate experience receiving my first treatment of Botox in my jaw to treat TMJ. The first (very, very expensive) treatment did nothing, and when I came back for more units, they left half my face in paralysis. I am seeking treatment to rectify the damage done by BeautyFix MedSpa and encourage anyone looking for TMJ relief to go elsewhere.

These people are Crooks with a capital C. They deliberately made my face uneven, when it should have been done right the first time, an obvious trick to get me to come back to spend more. They are also dishonest about their pricing and procedures. I was originally told that a laser procedure was 200, then it turns out it's actually 400 and the 200 was a deposit -- so dishonest and sneaky in how they word things in order to rope you in. Do your research and be an advocate for yourself, ask thoroughly what their prices really are. Do not waste your money here. Such a shameful waste of money and time.

The surgeon Steve Fallek has horrible bedside manners, is unprofessional and a narcisistic person. He works as the director in 'Beautyfix Medspa' where he was treating my best friend to remove her unwanted nose filler; Sr. Fallek who is the director had to help her dissolve because the nurse he hired didn't know how to remove it. Sr. Fallek was disgusting and rude towards my best friend, he yelled at her as if he was her father and told her she wasn't going to help her anymore and left the room unprofessionally. This doctor than comes again threatening my best friend telling her he had a lawyer after he yelled at her. Seriously? People deserve to know the type of person he is no matter where he works, his personality is disgusting, the many negative reviews talk for themselves.

What an awesome experience!!! Was a "tad" nervous having "something" done. The staff at Beauty Fix was warm and welcoming.Taking the plunge to have fillers and Botox can be nerve racking. The Clinic Director, Tiko was informative and made great suggestions. "We have many Male Clients" she stated. I was somewhat surprised. Anyway.... The injector, Sam was so professional. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment I met her. She explained the How's and the Why's.... I am so happy with my results and my confidence is through the roof. Will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks again Beauty Fix!! Thanks Beauty Fix!!!

The staff was very kind and personable. Everyone seemed like they genuinely enjoy being at their jobs. Alla did my jawline contouring, the procedure was quick and not painful. The results were very good, her work really anchored by face. When getting injectables look for quality for price.

I needed to get some injections in my face but just recently moved here from Miami and was hesitant as to where to go. I came to BeautyFix Med Spa as a friend referred it to me. I walked in and was so happy to wait in the gorgeous lobby with comfy seating as it helped dissipate some of my anxiety. The management and front desk were also extremely friendly. I met with Alla, my injectector, and she explained everything throughly, the process, what I needed done and why. She was amazing, even talking to me throughout everything to help with my anxiety and slight pain. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the way I look, she even smoothed out a certain wrinkle of mine that I have developed from sleeping on my side. I will now recommend Alla and this MedSpa to everyone. Thank you for this experience.

Imagine waking up one day and realizing it's finally time for a few touch ups ... Eeeek! Then imagine getting super lucky and finding the best beauty spa in NYC, Beauty Fix. Yaay! Beauty Fix is great on so many levels. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and candid about what I need and don't need. As a result, I'm reaching my beauty goals without looking overdone. I have had fillers, botox, and micropen dermabrasion (Quick, flexible appointment times are a plus). Manager Tiko, I'm so grateful for your guidance. You are amazing. I've had a chance to work with various injectors and technicians and they are wonderful. I'm glad I found this place! I visited this location for the full body laser hair removal. I am up to my third session and I am extremely happy with my results. I can definitely see the difference in my hair growth. The staff is very welcoming and professional. Adriane is the technician that usually takes care of me and she is awesome! She talks to you throughout the session to make sure you are comfortable. I would highly recommend this place. Top of the line service!
