I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Rio Grande Body Works. They are incredibly kind and professional. The atmosphere is very calming, the practitioners are knowledgeable, and the services are reasonably priced. The evening and weekend availability means I don't have to take off of work to engage in some self care. I can't recommend them enough!

I was in Albuquerque for a conference and was able to get online and make a last minute appointment for a massage. It was great! Just what I needed after a long day in workshops. I will be going back the next time I'm in town for a few days again.

Was at the door for my scheduled appointment waited for 15 minutes outside the building and no one ever showed up. Can't speak to actual services but don't pay in advance for services as it's not a reliable business.

Love this place. the atmosphere is quiet and calming. I love the tea selections and the ambient temperature water in the winter. The staff are friendly and helpful. The massages are amazing! I have have a few masseuses now and they have all been unique and professional. Each one spoke to me before the massage and assessed my needs and desires for the experience. Myself and the hubby go almost every month for the last year and its is wonderful. The pricing is very reasonable and the atmosphere is calming. Its also centrally located near major roads so no need to get lost finding this gem!

We came across Rio Grande Body Works from a google search since we are new to town. We went in for a couples massage today and it was the absolute best. The facility was very clean, all of the staff was very professional, and all were knowledgeable. We had Shannon and Marty and both did an excellent job. They listened to our pain points and really did their best to help with those. Overall, a very relaxing and great experience. Highly recommended!!

I'm a military pilot, and my job is tough on the body. Regular maintenance is important, and Hanan does a wonderful job! Scheduling was quick and easy, and Hanan gave me her undivided attention from the moment I walked in the door until the minute I walked out. She ensured she knew exactly what I wanted before she started the massage, and even went over the booked time to spend extra time working on my back. If you're looking for five star service and a wonderful massage, look no further than Hanan and Rio Grande Body Works!

I went in to Rio Grande Bodyworks for a massage with the new Thai Herbal Compress. Let me tell you that nothing has ever worked so perfectly on my back. I've had back problems for years and RGBW is the only place that has really helped. I have had massages with all of the therapists there and they are all absolutely phenomenal. I wish I could give more than five stars!

Alicia is an awesome masseuse! I have been training hard to get ready for the Spartan Race and after a week of p90x combined with evening sprints and long runs of 7+ miles, I was stiff and in pain. After 90 amazing minutes with Alicia, I could move freely again! Talk about strong hands... Alicia dialed in the pressure needed to work through it. She was adaptive and responsive. Hands down the best massage I've had in a long time.!

Wow this place is underwhelming and overrated. The staff were all very friendly but the massage felt like wasted money. There were moments where the therapists weren't doing anything at all for me or my fiancee for several minutes while our time was draining. The massage itself was really lackluster and didn't hurt or anything but it didn't feel good that's for sure. The place is in a shabby area and no matter how decent the inside looks, it's ugly as sin from the outside. The water was bland and not even cooled. I'm shocked by all the good reviews. I've been to much more expensive places and much cheaper places than this and experienced a better massage. Go to Betty's in Abq or 10,000 waves in Santa Fe. Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere.

Recently visited for the first time - staff was attentive and friendly at the door and before the appointment. The masseuse was very respectful before and during, and made sure that I was comfortable. The space was very clean and inviting. The price was well worth the service, and about what I would expect for a quality massage. The massage itself was amazing, and the aromatherapy add-on was a huge plus. I will definitely be returning and I would recommend RGBW to anyone looking for a professional, quality massage.

I've gone twice to RGBW, and have been so impressed with the professionalism, thoroughness, and skill of the massage therapists as well as with the friendly and pleasant environment at the spa. I had the lomi lomi massage the first time around, about a month ago. Fantastic! I was so pleased with this that I took out an annual membership. Yesterday, I went back and got a 90-minute Swedish massage. Also fantastic! Both therapists, Jackie and Brianna, were top notch - friendly, professional, and highly skilled. They asked me about problem areas, and after I described where they were, they concentrated on them, but not at the expense of the full body massages, which were just great. Neither of them was a "clock watcher". Both massages went the full, allotted time; if anything, they went a bit longer, which I really appreciated. I'm already looking forward to my next massage at RGBW. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone wanting a great massage experience.

Didn't get the full service that was paid for-I was shorted time on my facial, was badgered about how horrible my skin is (several times), high pressure sales for their skin products, and the aesthetician was hurrying to get out-she did not want to do my service. It was a total disappointment. I will not return here.
