The service was great, until they didn't want to fulfill a free hair removal appointment. I purchased a packet of 6 appointments. We saw little change so I was given one more appointment for free. In that final appointment we were scheduled for one more free session since it would be a cleanup session. I went in and they wanted to charge me. It was never stated I would have to pay, it was stated that it was free since it was the final cleanup. They remained friendly, but the fact that they did not want to honor the free session really struck a bad cord. It ruined the entire experience.

I Love Pelle Spa. The women who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for the Bio Identical hormone pellets. I feel awesome and it didn't hurt. I will continue to go back.Thank you, Pelle Spa your great!

I have been a client for almost 5 years now and within that time I always recieve the same excellent customer service. The employees are knowlegdable about products and services available. Pelle Spa is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and the rennovation looks amazing. It’s always a joy going there. I look forward to continue coming here to reach my beauty goals. Thus place is amazing. The atmosphere when you walk in is relaxing and the staff members are pleasant and very knowledgable in their field of practice. They will take time to talk to you about what your options are and give you estimates of whatever treatment you choose. This is one place that can be categorized as reputable.
