Totally awesome! Large float tanks (none like these in Albuquerque), great sauna, massages too! And that's not all! Check out the ARX and NeuroOptimal for a better body and brain. For a great afternoon spa experience book a Sauna, massage and float - You will be blown away. My 3rd float was the best - so be sure to get the three float package so you can learn how best to enjoy the experience. I like to do a 'travel into the earth' meditation while floating. The ARX is a great way for us older (74) folks to get a safe workout.

Not only were the services fantastic but the space was incredibly clean. The owner was exceptionally kind and friendly. We had a group of three and were able to get appointments within a week. Two of us had salt floats and one massage. This was my first soak. I enjoyed it so much, I went back a few days later for a second experience; this time I added in an infrared sauna. It was possibly my favorite experience while in NM.

Very nice facility. Nice float session. I only wish they would have offered a hanger to hang my clothes on and a robe to wear after so I could get ready the rest of the way in the restroom. Trying to get my clothes back on after the float was a little stressful.

Amazing place. Can help radically help transform your health. The staff is amazingly sweet, the decor very soothing and the technology is cutting edge. Dan is on the bio-hacking train I’ve been searching for! I used Lumen to help me detox my body of toxins old and new. Came to town and did four days straight of the infared sauna, a float session and a wonderful massage from Cici. But the end of my trip I feel renewed! Beautiful, peaceful space. I came in for a float recently and it was my first time floating. Owner Dan explained everything in detail beforehand and the shower and float tank were super clean. The float happens in a sizable "cabin" as opposed to the smaller pods that some places have. I didn't feel rushed at all during the process so I was just able to relax.

If you want to float, Lumen is a good option. The tanks are quite a bit larger than others I've seen, the look of the rooms and lounging areas is very well done, and the staff is great. I've floated with them a few times and it's becoming my go-to spot. I think their rates are some of the most reasonable in Abq as well. If you've never experienced a floating session before, I highly recommend it. I've convinced friends to try them in the past, even over their protests that they would feel claustrophobic or just bored. It's a wonderful experience and whenever I come out, I feel like I've had the most amazing nap of my life, but w/o actually sleeping. About halfway through the soak, I can feel my brain shift into a slower gear and it's an incredibly relaxing feeling. After a float, I usually experience very deep muscular relaxation for the rest of the day, along with a general feeling of well-being. I find that I get greater relaxation in my muscles from a float than I do from a massage, but that's my personal experience, YMMV. Float naked, ignore anyone who advises you to wear a bathing suit and just be still. It pays off.

Place was very well structured. Very clean and modern lounge area that puts you in a relaxed state instantly. With complementary beverages and some healthy reading it's great. Tried out the floatation cabins and they were amazing. Perfect private room to yourself and thoughts. Would be a tad bit better if the lobby area were more inviting but that's not a deal breaker at all. Can't wait to go back and feel their zero gravity message chair once they get that up and running.
