About six or seven years ago I purchased a tattoo removal treatment pack of four sessions. I spaced my first two sessions out by a little over a year. With just the two sessions I had incredible results. My tattoo was about 50% gone. Only problem was that it's super painful (I'm kind of a baby) and I didn't make it back for another treatment until this year (five years later). They have new equipment. Wasn't quite as painful. But what I really like is that they are honoring my treatment pack with no expiration. It was easy to make an appointment, the facility was very nice, and the process was quick. They all seem to be professionals. This is the only treatment I've had done here but each time I went in I saw other customers getting other treatments and their skin looked great. I think I probably need only one or two more tattoo removal treatments and it should be gone but I know it works differently on each person as tattoos are all so different.

A Med Spa with that PERSONAL TOUCH!!! I have been a customer of Flawless from the time they opened. The personal touch this business provides is priceless! The owner greats me every visit by name and will introduce me to any new employees. Extremely disorganized! The owner Heather made my appointment and when I arrived the NP said she didn't have time. What!?! The receptionist told her in front of me that YES in fact she did have time! She popped back at her and demanded that she didn't. Mind you it was my appointment!!!! They sent me away. Very unprofessional. They owner is as fake as it gets. She is a snake and I have proof. She lied to me and she knows exactly what I am talking about. She made a promise to make it right with me and then told me she never said what she DID say. I recommend you go somewhere where they have more organization and a staff with integrity. I don't appreciate to be lied to, nor given an appointment just to be sent away, and treated like I didn't matter by their arrogant NP. The entire experience was ugly, and unprofessional.

I went for tattoo removal which was fine but I was recommended a facial cleanser that I had an allergic reaction to and NOBODY would help me. I went in and they said it was not the face wash, they insisted it was something I ate, etc. My skin on my lip was swollen and my face was red and peeling. I had an emergency dermatologist appointment and after testing I WAS allergic to the face wash. I was prescribed medication for the reaction and it went away and I have never returned.

I was a little nervous after my last visit. I had some discoloration at the laser sight, but it's all cleared up and things are looking great. It's a shame that it doesn't work on the grey and white hair, but I knew that going in. Overall, a great experience.

I finished my hair removal treatment here and I'm extremely disappointed. Having had the 8 treatments that they told me I needed to get in order to have a successful result, plus 3 additional treatments after that, I can say IT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! This cost me $420 plus tax for the 8 treatment package PLUS $30 per each extra treatment outside the package. They kept on saying “one more treatment will do the trick”, but after those 3 additional treatments I decided to stop. What a waste of money and time! My advice: FIND ANOTHER SPA!

I'm extremely pleased with my 4 facial sessions (dermaplaning or peel). My skin's texture has dramatically improved, I can feel the difference. I purchased their 4- package sessions and scheduled appointments every 4 weeks. Scheduling appointments was a breeze. The facility is clean and professional.They have Saturday appointments which fit my busy schedule. I especially liked the fact that the esthetician educates you on how to care for your facial skin and which make up brands are best for it. I also purchased their facial roller (thing) that helps airrate your skin. Helps your skin stay healthy. Highly recommend.

I recommend this place to nobody. Everybody was nice but these ladies don't know what they are doing. They scam & lie to you. I was told if I sign up with their membership I would get a discount of $65 for 4 of my tattoo sessions but when I came in the second treatment I was told to pay $125. They rip you off. Go somewhere else!!

I was very impressed with the staff and service I received at Flawless. I got my girlfriend's name tattooed on my arm 10 years ago and have regretted it-- especially after we broke up. I went to Flawless and have had 8 treatments (they told me it could take 12-16 to get it off). I have been very pleased with the results. The procedure is fast, the spa is clean, the overall vibe of the spa is welcoming and I like that there are nurses on staff. I shopped other places in town and they were by far the most reasonable. I liked that I could pay monthly for my treatments. I highly recommend them.

Thanks to Flawless Med Spa, I finally know what that feels like for the first time in my life. I love that I can walk out in the dresses I longed to wear but didn't have the confidence to do so. I have happily said goodbye to ingrown hairs, razor burn, and painful waxing. I love how smooth my legs feel and I enjoy the fact that it never crosses my mind anymore if people are looking at my hairy legs. Which has plagued my every thought since 3rd grade when a very mean little girl pointed out my difference, laughed, and told everyone else to look too. I couldn't be more happy with the results and I do not regret investing my money into something that made me feel beautiful, confident, and carefree. Not to mention Flawless is one of the best places to get laser hair removal. Believe me I have shopped around because it is a little pricey BUT Flawless is affordable, their staff is friendly, and the environment is clean and inviting. My advice: GO TO FLAWLESS!

I had such a wonderful experience at Flawless Medical Spa for my tattoo removal. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable about laser tattoo removal. To give some background, I went to them after already having a few laser tattoo removal sessions at another clinic in Albuquerque. I have a full back tattoo which is very large. Let me just say, Flawless Medical Spa was infinitely better than the previous place I went to. If you don't already know, laser tattoo removal is very painful. The previous clinic's laser sessions took almost an hour of continous pain because their laser could only produce a small laser beam each time making it harder to cover more surface area. Flawless Medical Spa has a very sophisticated laser where they can adjust the width and power of the laser. This let them cover my full tattoo within ten minutes. The amount of pain they saved me alone was worth changing to them. I am glad I went to Flawless Medical Spa and recommend them to anyone looking to get a tattoo removed. Thanks Flawless Medical Spa for making my experience a positive one. :-)

I had several very stubborn milia at the base of my eyelashes and one in the corner of my eye. I asked if they could be removed and the answer was yes! It's not easy to find a place that removes these. Erin got to work and very painlessly removed every single one and even some I didn't even know I had, including one on my forehead that was purplish. I am thrilled. Besides being a perfectionist, she's so, so nice and really made me feel comfortable. Wow.

Somewhat disappointed that as a repeat customer who came for their holiday party, I intended to buy my regular sunscreen. I mentioned my dry skin and itbwas recommended to try a much more expensive product> $150 compared to my usual $30 product. I respected her recommendation and tried it. My skin became very dry so I wanted to exchange it for the original sunscreen I went to buy in the first place, but she refused to honor the holiday price. I was in for the event and didn’t just show up asking for the holiday price, I was at the holiday party and feel it’s extremely unfair not to honor the price I’d gone in for. I ended up having to pay even more money because having a credit wouldn’t have bought me anything I could use in their shop. If the holiday price was honored I wouldn’t have had to pay even more. Very disappointing after being a consistent client to their buisiness!

Flawless skin spa is great! I have been working on having a tattoo removed for years. In January they obtained a new laser that is fantastic. They were able to successfully remove the tattoo including the stubborn green ink. As well I've had hair removal done at the spa and it has been super successful as well. I highly recommend the spa.

I’m not going to lie...I was a little skeptical about 1) starting laser hair removal 2) going to a medispa. I had read horror stories of medispas not using a strong enough laser and not having certified technicians performing the treatments. Although flawless had great reviews, I wanted to do research of my own. I asked Michelle at the front desk about 372949 questions lol and I learned that the laser they use is indeed strong enough for permanent laser hair removal and it is the leading laser on the market (confirmed by google lol). I also learned that all the technicians are nurses AND each patient has to be approved by an MD (Dr. Loutfy) prior to starting treatment. I decided to sign up and start treatments and everyone there is very knowledgable and professional and patient! It’s a very clean facility and they are always on time. I highly recommend Flawless Medspa!

I will never return to Flawless Med Spa, they care more about money than they do their customers. Both times I have gone in for laser tattoo removal the people at the front desk are very rude and treat you like they are better than you. I will not refer anybody to Flawless. I had a lot of questions prior to my treatments and they provided me with responses that gave me confidence. I had a bad experience with laser hair removal at another business so I was a little hesitant to start receiving treatment again. But the process has been so smooth and already effective after two treatments. I cannot wait for the results! I have gotten an acne facial and chemical peels. Facials were really relaxing (thanks, Sarah!), and the peels left my skin glowing. I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin.
