This place is awesome! The ladies that did the couples massage were so nice and accommodating. My guy and I came from Alamogordo one night after work and they were able to get us in. Not to mention the massage itself was perfect. We felt leaving so refreshed and relaxed. Def will go back.

Best massage I have ever had! I was in horrible pain when I went in and felt better than I have in weeks when I left. It really helps to have a licensed chiropractor do a massage. Will definitely be back the next time that I am in Ruidoso. I will become a regular!

We had a really nice time on a girls trip to Ruidoso. They closed the spa for our party and we got facials and massages. They also provided water and mimosas and fruit. The facility was nice and the staff was very accommodating. We will def go back and use this spa again!

My wife and I had a "couples massage". We had a few issues our bodies and both or our massages were great. The massages resolved our issues. Both masseuses were excellent and very knowledgeable. We would schedule massages on a regular basis with these folks if we lived in Ruidoso.

We moved to ruidoso less then a year ago. And I suggested a couples massage. We called early morning, lvm, and received call back and were booked at 1 pm for a massage together. Place was quaint and cozy. Person at desk was friendly, and owner came out and offered a glass of wine or water. Then we were brought to our room, the electric blanket was wonderful, and there was place to put our arms and hands. (my boyfriend's arms are long). Our therapists came in, introduced themselves, and asked what kind of massage we needed and asked throughout. And then to keep warm after our backs were done, warm packs were place on our backs, it was wonderful. My boyfriend recently had surgery, radiation, and chemo, and this was just what his body needed. We were in heaven. We will be back to try the infrared sauna. and the Area is beautiful.

We were playing in a golf tourny last fall and I tweeked my low back. We had saw this place while driving to the Inn. Called and they got me right in . After a chiropractic adjustment I got a 2 hour massage. Low back pain was gone! Ended up winning second place in the tourny. Thanks to Dr McMinn and his staff at Adobe Day Spa and Chiropractic.

I was embarrassed to bring my girlfriend here for her birthday massage. We had an overpriced couples massage in a shack by unprofessional people. *Editing this post to respond to the owner who decided to mock my review like a child. I don't how the owner makes the inference im from Dallas TX? As a matter of fact I have lived in Ruidoso for 7 years and NM all my life. He did have one good however. I didn't look at the pics of his business prior to making my appointment. If I had looked at the pics I wouldn't have made an appointment. I was embarrassed that I took my girlfriend here because of the unprofessional services and pooly kept building. To everyone that reads these reviews...make an appointment at "Blue Lotus," "Mountain Massage" at the Elegante or "Bella Vita". You get a better experience for your money at these places

We were going to a concert at the Inn of the Mountain Gods and found this place. Really did not know it was here in Ruidoso. The road going to the Inn is pretty dark, the sign in front of Adobe Day Spa really lights thing up! We called the next day for the couples massage special $130 for a hour massage for 2, what a deal. The girls there are warm and friendly. The spa is a older cabin that has been renovated, it still has the old Ruidoso charm. Knotty pine walls, wooden floors southwest furnishings, it's quite nice and homey. The massage was great, very flowing with heat packs, soft music and not a lot of talking. Just relaxing. We will come here again.

Very friendly and professional! A friend and I lucked out, they had a cancellation and was able to fit us in same day! My friend had a facial and I had a massage. My massage was fantastic! The interior of the spa was very nice and calming. The girl that did my massage was very nice and accommodating. She did an amazing job. I have to try their facials next time because my friend looked like her skin was glowing for the next few days after. All in all, we had a A+ experience there and I will defiantly be going back and recommending friends and family to go!

Worst experience I have EVER had!!! We called 2 weeks ahead from out of town to make an appointment. Appointment was made no problem very friendly on the phone. They offer Sunday appointments. HOWEVER, we showed up for the couples massage 1 hour special with 30 minutes in the Sauna, ran into the owner leaving and they were closed, we said we were here for our appointment, walked in said we do not have an appointment for you but he did call a girl in and waited 30 minutes who remembered our appointment but forgot to write it down however she was very nice and sorry (hope she realizes she deserves a new job with a better boss!) So we decided to wait. 1 girl showed up for a "Couples Massage" so he stepped in obviously not knowing how to perform a massage at all, he had rouge hands, had been working outside so he smelled awful, and had absolutely NO massage etiquette! I felt like I just had lotion rubbed on for $140!!!! We finished and expecting to get in the Sauna, he then said we cannot do that today he is "running us off" because he has 6 ladies waiting for their scheduled appointment in the Sauna!!!!!!! Why were we treated so different and we had an appointment compared to his next appointment waiting! On top of that NO apology and NO discount or compensation for their mistake! What ever happened to good customer service?

The Adobe Day Spa is the Best Massage I have ever had in Ruidoso. If you looking for a little R & R this is the place for you. They offer a wide range of massages and are very polite and cater to the needs of their customers. I would recommend this spot for anyone that needs a little ME time.

My niece and I are visiting from Austin and each got a 90 minute massage. Dr. David McMinn did my massage and Stephanie was my niece’s massage therapist. David offers an excellent deep tissue with very good working body mechanics knowledge that one would expect of an experienced chiropractor.

Me and my boyfriend went here for a couple's massage and we loved every minute of it! It was easy to book a massage on short notice, and the facilities were nice, relaxing, and clean. Dr. McMinn and Cali were both incredibly skilled, professional, and friendly. As my boyfriend and I both like very deep pressure, we are often left disappointed by massages. However, this one was amazing! The massages were customized to our preferences, they hit every "spot," and we left tingling! We wish we lived here so we could go all of the time! We may come back to Rudioso just to come here for a massage!! Plus the price was in our budget! Highly recommend them!!!

I ride a lot of horses and my back gets really sore at times. While i was in town for the Cowboy Symposium I needed a massage and found Adobe Day Spa. The place is just up my ally, southwest, cowboy. The staff is very friendly and my massage was like the best ever. I believe it was Shawndra that did my massage, deep tissue is what I need and I got it here. She worked out all of my knots. It was just what I needed.

I love Shawndra! A few weeks ago I got an awful migraine and had to leave work due to being so bad. I called and made an appointment with Shawndra. She made my mirgraine go away and made me feel alot better! I have gotten massages before by her and she is the best I have had. She is friendly and very kind. I would recommend Adobe Day Spa to family and friends that either live here in Ruidoso or jus coming for a vacation.

Get spa! I only come here because I'm so well taken care of. Relaxing atmosphere and great staff. They take their time and do excellent work. Tiffany and Samantha does our massage and it is fabulous! Highly recommended. They offer many more great services. Just down the street from the Inn of the Gods. Easy parking. Would go here again.

Couples massage is just what we needed after a long day of hiking looking for sheds. With all this talk of shed hunting we thought , wow that would be easy.. WRONG. Shed hunting is hard and sheds are hard to find! Needless to say it was fun but we needed some R&R after. We found it here, now ready for the Casino. BTW we did find one 5x5 antler. We give Adobe 5 stars.

Being new to New Mexico my husband and I ended up in a quaint little town called Ruidoso.. Back home the called it Riadosa so when we got here we awakened by the locals and the real pronunciation of the name of the town. Rui for river.. and doso for noisy or noisy river.. So much for that. We were staying at the Inn of the Mountain Gods and came across this place, the marquee stated "Couple Massage" $140, I could not resist, I persuaded my husband, who by the way, never had a massage, to go with me. When I called an angel answered, well Samantha may not be a angel but she had such a sweet little voice that right away I knew I found a place that my husband might like. Our couples massage was wonderful. Relaxing, just what we needed. Sam and Shawndra are the best. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good massage, quaint little place that treats you like family. O

They were able to accomodate us that day in two shifts. ALL of us enjoyed our massages and if I need a massage or have friends visit again I will call Adobe Spa.

I was at the races last weekend and got a severe head ache. Wow there is a lot of pollen in Ruidoso. Headache would not go away. Looked for a chiropractor and found Adobe Day Spa and Chiropractic. Dr McMinn adjusted me then a massage from Samantha. No more headache!. All of that, an adjustment and an hour massage for a hundred bucks. What a deal. 5 stars for Easy.

We go to Adobe Day Spa every time we go to Ruidoso, love it! First time I received a gift certificate for a therapeutic massage to address tension and stress from a busy executive schedule. The friendly staff and inviting office setting immediately provided a soothing and calming effect. Samantha was nothing short of exceptional in getting to know exactly what modality would be best for my needs. She educated me on exactly what he would be doing and while giving great tips to prevent such injuries in the future (self-care advice). She was extremely professional for the entire treatment. Going into the appointment my tension and nagging muscle was at a 10+ and I left feeling like I never had a problem. After the appointment, I experienced more energy and a sense of calmness. Since then we tried the Couples Massage, it is THE best, we will be returning to Adobe Day Spa and highly recommend it!
