I’m sorry but this was the worst “spa” I have ever been to. For a newer location, how are a majority of the lockers broken ? I had to notify someone and yet they knew about it but we’re to lazy and didn’t put out signs on them. My masseuse was too much in a hurry to leave for the day, she cut my massage short and she was literally walking out with her bad as I went to the locker room to change. The girls at the front desk are caddy and unprofessional. Reached out to corporate for months and no one responded ! Absolutely absurd. Toppers spa you are such a disappointment.

Massage was terrible. Wasn’t able to use a gift card because I used a 20% off coupon when I booked online. I don’t recommend - Too over priced & too many other better places around for massages!! ✌️

Massage was mediocre. The Marlton location is a low end spa experience, which is ok as long as you are marketing it as such. The 60 minute massage is actually a 45 min. Disappointing.

Haircut/Style with Linda. I've said it before and will say it again . . . Linda is the best! She knows what you want before you ask. Great conversationalist, funny and fabulous. From the moment you walk in, a calm peacefulness greets you. It is always a great experience at Toppers Marlton.

I debated posting anything because for years I had a good experience with Toppers but it seems like the last couple years it's just gone down hill. Most recently I went with my husband for a 90 minute massage. There is a significantly higher fee for the extra 30 minutes but it's very much worth it to me to get every part of your body worked on longer. This time we were taken back 10 minutes after our appt time and they stopped 10 minutes before our appt should have been over. And it's not for lack of knowing because this was the first time I actually saw a digital clock in the room with me. So although I paid for a 90 min appt for 2 ppl, it was basically 10 mins longer than the normal hour long appt. So we paid collectively for 40 minutes of massage that we did not infact receive. That's a HUGE deficit! The appts before this my husband was massaged with what smelled like expired mildewy oil. He took 4-5 showers before that smell wore off. And my prior appt I went on Valentine's Day 2016 and it was the ONLY spa I came across that didn't offer a Valentine's special but rather INCREASED the price. They said it was because of all the special amenities that day but all I got for my extra $30 was 1/2 a glass of cheap champagne in a disposable plastic cup and cookies that looked like they came from BJs. That was it. None of which I wanted. Im just really disappointed. I've been going for years and years, it's been my go-to gift for family and all my employees because Toppers to me meant luxury but to say I'm disappointed lately is a drastic understatement. It's sad because I just can't see myself continuing to go here.

Mediocre 45 minute massage in a room that was loud (could hear lots of talking and sounded almost like construction going on) no scented oils or infused scents. Definitely a low end spa experience. Small sitting area for in between services. Overall pretty disappointing.

The salon is awesome but the manager at this location ruins the whole experience. She wad totally screaming at her employees and then had the audacity to call my friend and ask her to leave our long time hair dresser and stay at the salon because they fired her....how can you fire your best hair stylist? Totally ridiculous. Toppers you lost my business. I suggest you reevaluate the person in your managerial positions
