I have to share my fabulous experience I had this morning at this beautiful Spa. From the moment I walked in it was a zen, calming, positive vibe. Katie at the front reception was extremely pleasant and welcoming. I noticed other clients and patients were conversing with their Dr.'s in such a friendly comfortable manner it was refreshing to see. Chelsea was so professional and kind enough to give me a tour of the entire facility. What an amazing place! Everyone seems so outgoing and beyond pleasant to be around. I was introduced to Jeff, the director of operations and acupuncturist on staff, whom was so friendly and helpful to any questions I had. Dr. Lacara was even able to chat with me for a bit and she is not only beautiful but very sweet and professional. Then, the best part, my amazing hydra facial with Alexa. She is a joy! Alexa explained every step of what she was doing and recommended what my skin would benefit from. I highly recommend the spa @ mecca experience. I had gone to Mecca to get my lips done today and let me start out by saying how lovely their office was! The environment of their office was very warm, modern, and inviting! Their staff were also beyond pleasant. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Lacara who was the absolute sweetest, and she did an amazing job on my lips! I have had nothing but amazing experiences at The Spa at Mecca! I have tried the signature facial, a few peels, and the hydrafacial! I can't pick a favorite, because they are all great in their own way, but I love how attentive and thorough Alexa is. She explains exactly what she's doing as she's doing it. I think it's really important to educate your client - I learned a lot from her and I am looking forward to my next appointment! PS the hydra facial feels like your face went to the dentist -- insanely clean-feeling and glowing!

My new go to! I came to Mecca for a hydro-facial (first timer!) and couldn’t have been more impressed. From start to finish the experience was incredible. The receptionists were friendly and helpful getting me checked in. Now onto the facial. WOW sums it up perfectly. I was greeted warmly by Alexa who showed me to a relaxing room (dimmed lights, heated spa bed, calm music). Once I got comfortable, we spoke about my skin and what I was looking to achieve. Then the real magic began! Its been years since I had a facial (never really cared for the experience before) and decided to go for the hydro facial since it’s an all in one facial. Alexa explained each step of the hydrofacial before we got started and I couldn’t have been more comfortable with the entire process. Alexa was gentle on my skin and provided so much knowledge about my skin. Long story short, I can now say I love facials and can’t wait to go back!!

I would highly recommend The Spa at Mecca. All of the staff are super friendly and accommodating. This was my first visit and while sitting in the waiting room you could see a great relationship the staff builds with each client. The hydrofacial and micropeeling was out of this world. Alexa was amazing and really takes her time to do a thorough job. I am very pleased with my results and I will definitely be back!

From start to finish the level of professionalism is FIVE star. I would say the top two qualifications I look for in a Spa are cleanliness and top notch service; you will get all of this and more at Mecca! I will be back for my regular Botox services due to the great customer service !
