Great place for all your pool needs. They really know their pool stuff!!

Sun Pools is a nice place with very friendly people. They have nice products however they are pricey compared to online stores. I give them a score of 3 because in terms of service Sun Pools do not have a sense of urgency to come out and service your pool or spa. Several times I asked them to come out to service my pool and they were not available for weeks. One time I did not have a rush and asked them to service my spa. They told me they only service spas that they sell and would not work on my spa because it wasn't manufactured by one of their spa partners. Sun Pools is still in business and I suppose they can afford to take a "Take t or leave it" position. Many pool service companies are like this but the industry is changing with having on-line options to purchase supplies and get service. My advise to Sun Pools is to wake up and notice the industry is changing. Be proactive and at least come across like you care about your customers. They would probably make a lot more money and afford to be more competitive in pricing if they modernized. Anyway, they are a nice bunch of guys but I suspect they will be out of business if they do not change with the times.

Get the liquid chlorine for the pool here and some other chemicals based on needs... Very friendly and knowledgeable staff...

The place is not that big But the service is excellent the employees are always willing to help you with your needs. Bruce Totten always explains in detail any question you may have. And that to me is very important and helpful. I live far away from SUN POOLS. But I always come back to this place because of the good service.

We always find whatever pool supplies we need here. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about all things pool related and they will even plastic bag your refillable chlorine jug and put it in your car for you! Nice folks.

I don’t care how small of a business you are. You should always price match. I can’t imagine you are selling it under cost, if someone else is selling it for less(maybe I am wrong) I find them to be the most inferior of the 3 pool stores I go to (Leslie’s in Manville or Pool and Spa in Edison). The staff are mainly kids who don't know too much.

We needed a new pool liner so we went to Sun Pools and spoke to Bruce. We ordered one and waited 5 days just to get a phone call from Randy and he informed us that they couldn’t move forward because Swimline needed more info. I informed Randy that I was not certainly not qualified to help and suggested that between him and Swimline could figure out what I needed. All I know is that we needed 21ft x 50” high and they should just order that, instead Randy told me that he didn’t want to deal with it and suggested for me to come to the store to get my refund. I have never experienced anyone with such lack of customer service, what ever happened to making sure the customer is happy and trying to do what ever it takes to ensure the customer get what he or she ordered. I will never step my foot in Sun Pools ever again. They have no clue what basic customer service is!! Shame on you!!!

If you have a doughboy brand filter they have parts. Only place around that carried the weir door for my skimmer
