Such a beautiful and relaxing spa! The price was definitely worth it. They had so much to offer. Staff is friendly.Will definitely come back on a week day or night time when less busy.

I was hesitant to go after seeing wide fluctuation in ratings but I decided to try out for myself whether it's worth 1 or 5 stars. Well, I can't speak for all and I certainly can't speak for all times, but tonight I give 5 stars. Good facility, good massage and good service. Isn't that what's all about? Tonight it's thumbs up!

Stopped by the other day to this place and after paying my fee I was guided to a room and asked to get TOTALLY naked. I lay down and CINDY started to give me a lousy massage for 5 minutes, then she flipped me over and asked me how much I had for a happy ending, I told her I had just 40 bucks and she just did what she had to do but in a freaking rush. Very bad attitude and if you don't have good money they'll rush out in less time of what you originally paid. Thumbs down...

My boyfriend and I decided to try Spa 27 June 7th 2015. The place looks great - nice and clean. However Spa 27 is not worth the financial rake over the coals. I've had a masseuse in each town I lived in for the past 15 years. My boyfriend's masseuse was careless and treated him as if he were a product in the factory line. She rubbed his feet, then, without washing her hands, she proceeded to violently massage his face. She walked on his back without asking first. Lots of careless needling and violent probing. Clueless. No music in the room. The fan was blaring. Her work, at best, should be compensated at a minimum wage rate. The minimum tip requirement, which they do not specify prior to your massage, is $20. I tried to call to get her name...wouldn't you know, not a soul around could tell me her name. If you pay with a credit card "that will be an additional five dollars". As for the tip, don't dare to give anything under 20 dollars "this is her job, you want to give 15 for an hour" is the response you will receive. Spa 27 does not specialize in massage nor do they specialize in customer service. To give credit where do, I received a wonderful massage from Shi Shi, very slender woman, long dark hair... She was very intuitive, when I felt pain, she backed off and then soothed the pain. She knew what she was doing and she cared about what she was doing. No face probing, no useless needling, no discomfort. Unfortunately, this massage is not worth the ensuing hassle associated with it. Will not go back and would not recommend.

Not satisfied with the service. $65 per hour and they expect another $65 tip for the massage. I would have happily tipped if they didn't ask for the tip right on my face just when i entered the spa. They didn't even greet before they asked for a tip. I walked in and walked out in less than a minute. Those who can afford to be asked for their own numbers for tips, should definitely visit. Those who likes to tip the workers per their work and service should not go there because you will be paying for tips right on entrance before you even step in your room for massage. Good luck guys!

Be Aware. Fishy place. I hope u understand what I mean. The girl wanted to finish so early and expecting lot of tip. She was telling I dont like my part ime job and all and asking for help.I litterly gave her $40.00 tip and still wanted to wrap up so fast. Extremely bad place.

This place is one of those fives you can definitely call 5 Star from start to finish it was a pleasure being there they took really good care of us and knowing that they take care of everybody the way they took care of us I would suggest everybody go there and try it out at least once!! Because once you go that first time you find you be going back again and again and again!

I wish I read some of these recent reviews before my visit to Spa 27 yesterday. Here's what happened. A diminutive, pleasant-looking Korean gal named Cindy greeted me with a warm smile. She asked if I'd been to Spa 27 before; I found that an odd question. Then she asked for the $60 house fee; I am not used to paying in advance but I did not question Cindy. Frankly, I was impressed that her command of English was reasonable, something you don't usually find in Asian massage establishments such as Spa 27, so I was just happy to be able to communicate. I asked Cindy if she'd massage me, to which she replied, "Maybe." Huh? Cindy directed me to the locker room/shower to slip out of my civvies and into a bathrobe. Was her "Maybe" a tease, something to keep me in suspense as I showered? Emerging from the locker room to the lobby, Cindy was nowhere in sight. Another Spa 27 attendant, who had that sourpuss demeanor, something you don't want if it's a woman who's going to touch you for an hour, stood, as if to lead me to a massage room. I asked about Cindy and she said, "She's busy." "But Cindy was supposed to massage me," I said, stretching the truth. Sourpuss, as if Cindy's agent, asked if I would take care of Cindy, mentioning sixty dollars - a 100% tip. I foolishly agreed, though I guess if the massage was that bad, Cindy would not have gotten that much from me. (I should have asked for the manager.) Anyway, suddenly not "busy," Cindy emerged to escort me to the massage room. Her massage was adequate and while a bit quiet now and then, Cindy conversed with me. Had I not promised her colleague that I'd give Cindy $60, I would have awarded the Korean masseuse $50. Because of Sourpuss's pre-massage tip negotiation, I probably won't be back to Spa 27. Otherwise, Cindy's massage and the fact that Spa 27 was clean and quiet would have been enough reasons to consider trying it again.

Facility is good. Spa is clean and the sauna and steam room is perfect. But everything else just horrible. Massage was rushed. Touched inappropriately. And I was harassed to give 40$ tip instead of 30$... This is one of those big massage places that is actually a parlor and was disappointed. Do not visit...good tip for a police

$65/hr. Receptionist told me "this is just to use the facility, i have to tip the masseuse, okay" (how rude!!). Suppose to be 1 hr, was done in 30 minutes. Her job at best was average. Massaged only lower back, neck and calf. She literally asked for more tip. Less than 1 star. Avoid and save your money.

Very bad, just don't go, they will force you to pay $40 tip on top of $65 for 1hr massage and will finish it in 30mins, they tried to touch my private part!!! Hope cops raid it.

I said...i wanna go out and asked for the Money..they said..No Refund as per the owner... where i was cheated...They also said the owner knows this well...which means the owner may also be a part of it....Finally ...they refunded the entry money....I thought this one is different...Hope the cops ride them...Else im sure someone will call the cops with Proof....

$65 for a 1 hr massage that's almost therapeutic quality. The advantages of an AMP. Television, snacks, massage chair, sauna ... You can use before or after so like 20% of what you would get from a Banya. Girls are cute - cute + and 20s-30s. A terrific deal will definitely repeat.

Overall good experience. *Every* part of my body got a massage. My only gripe was that I offered a $20 tip but the masseuse was insisted on a $40. A 66% percent tip on a $60 massage is a bit much.
