I was under the impression this was a school and could of saved a couple of bucks sending my girlfriend over. Not the case beware. She had a cut and color done that cost $180. That is an insane amout of money for that service. I feel bad for her because she wanted her nails done but that was another $50 and I couldn't do it. I did ask around and Fantastic Sams would of done her hair for under 100. I feel robed.

I went for the first time with high expectations. I scheduled an appointment but when I got there they asked me to sit with a smock. I was waiting for 20-25 minutes and nobody came to get me or even asked me if I needed help. I got up went to the front desk and told her what happened and told her I have to leave as I had to be somewhere. She said sorry we are really busy as it's prom day, I am sorry. So why did she give me appointment? She could have just said sorry we are busy today. Anyway my first experience was not at all what I expected it to be.

meh.... Be prepared to sit at a large central table while they put the color on your hair - facing five of your closest friends (read: strangers), under bright lights, smelling fumes from multiple products. If this sounds good you will love the experience here. Curiously the woman at the washing station washed my hair with plastic gloves on. Its loud bustling and not relaxing. I have been at quieter happy hours. Excellent hair cut though.

Rizzieri is not what it seems. I had come in one day with high expectations only to have to wait 38 minutes. The girls at the front desk were snobby and fake as far as I could tell. After everything was over i didn’t think the color of my hair came out to what i wanted it to be. Also my hair is now dry and i can’t style it very well. I do not like that woman Amy at all either or Lisa. I recommend another Salon. My life did change finally when i tried Mors Salon in Cherry Hill, NJ! They are great and better priced then this place

I’ve been to Rizzieri a few times. I had a death in the family and had to make an appointment on a Sunday afternoon which is not an ideal time for someone who has a family. I had separate appointments. One with a colorist and one with a stylist. The colorist (Ann Marie) was on time, efficient, and I really liked her work. However, I sat for 30-45 minutes waiting for the stylist before I walked out (of course after paying for my color). Now , I understand running late and I wasn’t annoyed until I saw the stylist that was supposed to be cutting my hair goofing off on cell phones with other people in the salon. I spent a lot of money on my color (170 plus a thirty dollar tip). It would have been nice to have had a finished product. Now, I have to make an appointment for a cut before the service...definitely not there. Definitely never there again.

Thank you to Ashley V. who always does such a great job on my hair. I feel so wonderful after I see her. She always accommodates my schedule. She is a true gem! Down to earth, efficient, hard worker and mostly an AMAZING colorist and stylist. I have to say something about Randy and Carmen in the MedSpa. They do EXCELLENT work. My schedule is crazy and they always find a way to accommodate me. The microdermabrasion facial followed by the protein gel mask is worth every penny.

this place is HORRIBLE. the staff is completely two faced, they think they’re professional but they’re just snobby beaches. they can’t style hair correctly at all and their prices are outrageous for such crappy service and hair styling etc.

Travelle is awesome! I just had my first appointment and it was relaxing and easy. He was very knowledgeable on hair care and patient in helping me through my natural hair journey. He also has a diverse portfolio which appealed to me because I believe that the best stylists know how to do more than one type of hair. He was very friendly and professional. Such a 180 from my horrible small shop experience! I highly recommend booking an appointment with Travelle!

I went there to get Botox. Got 20 units but I called again in about a week because it didn't do anything. I didn't notice no change at all. Went back and of course got additional units which I paid for. It did absolutely nothing. I called again and was told someone was going to call me back ....... I am still waiting for that return call. I can't recommend this place.

It seems so many salons are a la carte. Hair is washed and cut so you would assume that the dry is free. No way. Every little thing done cost extra money and I'm tired of it. You better know what you are paying for before you let them touch your head. I paid an extra $100, almost $200 because I didn't have the sense to ask. Sorry Rizzieri. Can't afford you anymore and I went to all of your locations. Overpriced. Most of the staff are very nice which is a plus. Inside the mall but their is an entrance from the outside so you don't have to walk through the mall. Addendum: This is a true salon in every sense of the word. I can't go as often as I have in the past but I would return. Ask questions about prices when the stylist is finished with the plan for your visit. In this case you get what you pay for but be an advocate for yourself and speak up. ❤

Dr Demitri is very unprofessional and I like rizzieri! Had to go back a week later for the same service and also had to reach out to ask him what he used and he would t answer that question. I even tried to ask him and he avoided that question. I work in a field of clientele. You don’t avoid them or not check back with them when they reach out to you TWICE ! One time asking if he would like to have more of your friends come in and would he actually like to have a party at the office (botox) and he says I don’t need that money ! That’s insane. We weren’t looking to Hook you up. We were looking for a dr we thght was good)

I hadn’t had a facial in over a year, and recently had the first acne breakout of my entire life. After clearing most of it up on my own, I went in there with full confidence that a well-overdue facial is exactly what I needed to restore my complexion. The estetichian, Laura M., who did my facial claimed that my obvious-to-the-human-eye blackheads “weren’t ready to come out” and barely extracted anything. I feel no different than before I walked into the place. What a waste of time and money on my day off.

Rizzieri's is the only place that I'll go to for coloring and haircuts. I've been a regular customer for the past few years and I have zero complaints with the service. My hairdresser is Peyton. Every 6 weeks I have an appointment with her for root touch-ups, haircut, and blowout. Peyton always takes me right on time for my scheduled appointment. She is very personable and a wonderful hairdresser! I also like the hair product lines that the salon offers. My only suggestion would be for the salon to offer some special offers for its regular clientele from time to time.

BRAD is the best. Truly amazing not only at hair but super personable:) BEST BLOW OUTS EVER... There are other great places here I go to but I will make it a point to go to Brad once week now:) I rarely write reviews but her is truly one of a kind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I forgot to add ROSA FOR COLOR, ETC. Both are SUPER sweet, professional and make you feel fabulous! IF you go here then I would go to these two as I am SUPER picky! HEIDI:)

Beautiful Salon. Friendly staff. Maria who dried and styled my hair did a great job. I had a full bayaloge, on completely natural hair. Requested a dark caramel color. My hair is now dry and unmanageable, colors ranging from bleach blonde to dark caramel. Color is uneven and looks like I had highlights 6 months ago and am in need of a touch up. Tori was may hair colorist, I saw her for maybe 10 minutes. For a $175 I feel like I got ripped off.

I love how she sees the importance of using your "original" natural beauty rather than just painting your face! Bright establishment, and all the staffs was very friendly as well. I went there on Christmas Eve 2014 for the first time... I spent $1008.00. I got filler around my mouth and botox around my eyes and forehead. I normally go to another Doctor. But, he was booked and i really wanted to get my face worked on before the new year. When i went in there intionally for the first day. I wanted a total of 50 units of Botox. Its normally what i get. When i get my face done. Donna said i didn't need that much. Since, i didn't need 50 Units of BOTOX. I decided to get injectable filler done for the first time. So, i went back on Jan. 21. 2015. Because i wasn't happy with the result. So, i explained to Donna Wilcox my concerns. She gave me 4 more units at of BOTOX at $12 a unit. I don't mind spending the money for work to be done on my face. But, i want to be happy with the results while they last. Donna is a real nice lady. She made me feel real comfortable when i was in there but, it seemed like she was rushing when she was doing the injections. But, when i tried to explain how unhappy i was with my face on a different day. Her demeanour changed. I was so nervous in her room. I couldn't wait to get out. I know shes been doing this for years. I'm still unhappy with my face with the extra 4 units that was givin to me. I still have wrinkles on my forehead on both sides. The filler wasn't even smoothed out on the right side. I wanted my face to be looking smooth and refreshed. I'm a 39 year old divorced lady taking care of my two children by myself. I saved enough money to get my face done and to be happy while it last. I didn't save this money to just throw it away. I work real hard for my money. I'm very unhappy ....... I really am.

I went to Rizzeri today and got balayage. My hair is extremely dry and looks the exact same way it did when I came in. I sat there from 1:30-4 for my hair to look the exact same and get destroyed. The worst part is that this all costed $230. I feel like I was ripped off and expected way more from this salon. If you are on a budget and you want your hair to look good, do not go here.
