Absolutely great and professional services, I've been here on a weekly basis(Thursdays). The microdermabrasion full facial, is by far worth every penny. The staff here are friendly, patient and once again very professional.

If I can describe this place I will call this place as paradise. It is so very relaxing place and the people who works here are so very accommodating and warm hearted. Service is excellent and the facilities are perfect. I love how passionate and dedicated in there service. You won't regret if you visit this place and you will experience the most relaxing massage even. I suggest you visit this place after a long and tiring work from your office and you can definitely unwind here.

I got microdermabrasion and a facial from Lily and she did a great job. She not only did a great job but she also educated me on what to do on a daily basis for my individual skincare. I got a massage from Katie and that was the best massage I have ever had - I am a weightlifter and have a lot of knots and kinks and she worked through each one. She is highly skilled and very strong. I plan to refer everyone I know to Ravissanics and I will be back!

Purchased a Groupon Deal.On the deal does not disclose this is Synthetic lashes and not mink, they will offer the upsell of around $85 additional for mink. Recieved the eyelash extensions. First set were really nice and no discomfort. Went back 2 weeks later for a refill and a few days later I would say many many lashes are falling out. I throughly followed orders of no water and avoiding any oily products and I have irritation and fallout...however it does look nice.

I was so excited to go with my friends after finding a good deal for our group of 4 Towards the middle of our massage I heard the one massage therapist telling my friend to calm down and relax. It wasn't till after we left she told me that she felt uncomfortable because the woman was rubbing up on her elbow inappropriately. Mind you it was not our first massage. I told her she was over reacting but she was really upset. She even said while that was happening she hear them giggling and tries to reposition herself. I felt so bad. I am never going back to this low class dump again! If I could I would give them NO stars. You should be ashamed of what you did! You definitely lost some good customers!

Did a 1 hour couples massages and facial purchased from groupon. The place was nice, clean and a very friendly welcoming staff but the facial seemed more like a half hour of appling glob and letting a mask harden on our face . And yes , they tried to up sell the facial to a microdermabrasion. No thank you. The massage was not great. We were mostly spent face down getting rubbed mostly on the back. It got to a point that i couldn't take the numbing and cutting in my face from being face down that i had to move my head alot. And to top the whole session the 2 therapist were having a whispering , giggling conversation during the massage. I couldn't believe it and we couldn't relax. I spent the whole time thinking about the last place we went and comparing it. Glad we tried the place but We were not happy.

I purchased a Groupon for my fiancé and I. Usually Groupon massages are sub par but this massage blew us away. It was PHENOMENAL! Full massage, stretching, hot stone. The techniques used were very affective and better than any other place we have went to. Yes they solicit you to buy more packages when you are done but honestly, they beat me to it. We will be buying the package and returning soon!

I’ve had great massages done here in the past. I had a massage appointment today. I walked in to be greeted by Olivia the receptionist. Besides being inappropriately dressed (in very short cut off shorts and lab coat?) she was extremely rude. We spoke about the Groupon price. She then attempted to run a Visa gift card abruptly 6 times (you would think that the strip should be scanned on the card thing is important). It’s declined because she tried to put in the wrong amount the first time. I called Visa and they informed me that the card was good and active. Olivia proceeded to tell me she has to go and was busy and walked away. Needless to say I hung up with Visa and walked out. STAY AWAY unless you feel the need to get upset and stressed while going to have a massage to relax. Can’t say it enough RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL !! Doesn’t deserve 1 star.

I just went in with my mother for two facials and we were turned away. We had purchased a groupon and upon walking in, we were rudely told by the receptionist that Groupon gets a percentage and that they're losing money from Groupon (which in my opinion, is very unprofessional to say to two regular customers) To be greeted soo negatively upon walking in was very upsetting, especially since we're going on vacation and this was supposed to be a relaxing little treat before leaving. The receptionist told us to read the fine print because apparently I've used a groupon there before...but she also said that she could match the groupon price which she still didnt because she offered me a facial for more than what I paid on Groupon (which is NOT matching) We asked if they would honor the groupon since we had already made an appointment and were there, and they told us no and to get our money back from Groupon. My mom and I have been loyal customers but will no longer be going to this spa because of the rude treatment. Very disappointed.

I purchased a massage and facial package here off of Groupon. Honestly, I hate to write anything negative because I do feel that any massage is a good one. However, I did feel like I was viewed as a $$$ the second I walked in the door. The massage does not include tax, which is common for Groupons, but it was not mentioned until I walked in the door. The massage therapist was great, however when my services were over she waited, staring me down, watching my reach for my wallet, waiting for her tip. Of course I tipped her well and wasn't going to forget -- but it makes me sad that 1. she probably gets stiffed a lot from this deal and 2. she feels she has to stare at me to remind me of her worth. The massage was excellent and she really did do a great job. Now for the facial, before even looking at my face the esthetician is asking me if I want to upgrade to an LED or Microdermabrasion facial to help fight wrinkles or acne (neither of which I have). So I realized she probably is also told to get more money out of me and I took the Microdermabrasion which felt nice on my skin. What didn't was the massage oil that was used on my face afterwards for a face massage! Normally lotion is used, but this oil was all over my eyes, and therefore in my contacts. Even after my mask, the technician continued to rub oil and lotion over my eyelids which I have never experienced before, to the point that I had to wash my face and run to the store to buy contact solution, as I was not going directly home. So not only did I get sold up into an extra facial package, but I was sold at the end of my session to buy a 10 pack of massages and facials! Overall, would have been a better experience if they paid more attention to me as a customer and not as a form of income.

By far the best massage I've had & I've tried several places thru Groupon. I work 2 jobs and work out 5 times a wk and they really made a difference in how good I felt leaving there. So much so I purchased their 5 session package. They have a clean and peaceful setting and the girls provide excellent service.

I thought the ladies who helped me were very friendly and the spa itself seemed very clean and nice. So, I am giving them 2 stars for that reason. However, I purchased a Groupon for a full set of eyelash extensions and a two week fill for $124. No where on the Groupon did it say "silk lashes" so when I got to the spa they charged me an additional $85 for the mink lashes because I didn't want silk!! If I knew this ahead of time, I would have never booked the appointment. The Groupon was basically pointless. The eyelashes were ok....not great and I did feel my right eye was a little fuller than my left. After I returned for the two week fill, I felt like lashes were falling out soon after. I went back again ...not quite two weeks later ...about 11 days later and my lashes definitely needed a fill by then. I called and asked how much the fill would be and they told me $50. When I got to the spa they charged me $75!! I asked them why they quoted me $50 when I called them on the phone and they said that is the price for silk!! Ummm. ....hello!! I told you my name and when my appointment was....so, why wouldn't you quote me for what I was actually coming in for....a mink eyelash fill!! The woman who helped me tried to sell me a lash serum. I noticed that they try to upsale everyone who comes in there. I get that this is a business and they want to make money, but I just didn't get a good vibe. The eyelash fill I just had done was with a different girl than the first eyelash set and fill I previously had done. I felt my eyes were not balanced as far as fullness being equal on both eyes and I noticed eyelashes glued a little off from my lash line. I will do the eyelash extensions again somewhere else. I am currently researching other places. This spa had no eyelash extension reviews when I booked but they did have positive reviews for massages so I figured I would just give them a shot. I won't return for eyelash extensions again.
