If I could give these people a 0 x 100 i would. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT GO HERE, I WILL REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE. My husband and I went here prior to our vacation , we decided to go to this location due to the convenience , since we were already in the mall ; First of all, it took them 45 minutes..yes...45 minutes to finally get to us. When we got there they told us they are free..sat us down in seats...which btw the place is contested, they stuff as many pedicure chairs in one small room as they can . After 45 minutes of just sitting, even though people were available, they finally came to us. My husband was getting a simple manicure and pedicure and i was getting just a simple pedicure. According to their price up on the wall...the pedicures should have been $20 each and the manicure for my husband, less than that . However, they charged my husband almost $80 !! My husband informed me, and i did tell him that was wrong, but he left because he was so upset and the lady doing my pedicure still wasn't finished. When I was done, I went to the man up in the front and I asked him why did they charge my husband much more compared to what their price says...he said 'oh you guys got the spa package' hmm no we did not???? if putting lotion on our legs was a spa package...what the hell...and nor were we even asked to put lotion...first of all...other nail salons put lotion on your legs for free..so how is this even a spa package. I don know when was the last time i felt so upset...because they clearly do not care. that they are liars. I saw another young girl that was there that was so upset but scared to tell them that they messed up her pedicure....she asked them to put a double coat of mail polish..and the lady's answer to her was 'you didn't tell us to put a double coat' hmmm don't nail salons ALWAYS put double coats???/ these people will rip you off then pretend they don't speak english .. SO UNFAIR, DO NOT GO...AVOID...THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN@!!!!!! ps. check their yelp reviews, i'm not the only one they did this to !!

First time here. No wait. Got my toes done first; pedicure with gel. She did a good job but told me it was going to be $27 plus $10 for gel on my toes. Afterwards got charged $52 for toes maybe I misheard her? Dunno. Then Tony did my hands, full set with gel. He did then very very fast. Was surprised at how good they turned out. He charged me $55 for my hands because I wanted them light pink color. Total it cost me $102 to get a pedicure with gel and full set with gel. They did do a good job though compared to to other three salons I’ve tried out in the area. The salon chairs are a little old and beaten up but they work. Good visit. Like my nails. Thanks! Will definitely come back again. Update: So I went back a second time. I went in to get a gel pedi and mani. They started my toes right away, but it took the lady an hour and a half. I sat down at 6:45. Then I noticed everyone was busy and there was no one to start my hands. They had me sit and wait for 45 minutes before anyone could start my hands. I saw people come after me and leave before me. They did not get done until 10:15PM! I was there for over three hours! I was disappointed because they made me miss my movie time, and I asked for them to take off $10....they said no. I asked if my time was worth anything to them? I pointed out that I’d been there since 6:45pm. Third update: Went to get my toes done. The girl that did my toes was irritated that I asked to look at the colors again. I wanted to put a coat of glitter on my toes and it seemed like it was a burden. She told me it was an “ugly color” and kept stating out loud “$2 more !” For each little thing. Honestly it was embarrassing and humiliating. I am not that hard up for money but I just didn’t want the spa pedi which was going to cost $75 with gel. I simply told her I wanted a regular pedicure with gel and it became this huge debate between her and her son and the entire salon could hear, everyone was staring. I think I will be switching to a new salon and will not return here again. That was the last straw.

I've been looking for a decent nail salon in the city for a long time and this is most definitely my new go to spot. My technician was extremely accommodating and sweet -- she even did a great job on my nails. This is the cheapest place I know, yet there work is beautiful.

I could barely understand what the guy was saying when he was talking to me but my nails came out really nice and I payed 40 dollars . I got in fast and it was kinda busy . Kinda pricey from where I normally get my nails done but I would come back here :)

I've been here many times But I will say my last experience here was the worst experience I've had in any nail salon I've been to. First of all I called ahead of time and I was told there was no wait (false information) I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes. Second they sent me to someone I've never been to before and everything was going fine at first until my nails were done. My nails came out horrible I literally started to cry. My nails had air bubbles all over them and none of them were the same length (length was so noticeable that I had to file them down myself when I got home) When I told the owner what the problem was he told me "no the nails look beautiful and that the bubbles would go away". Yeah okay I thought to myself and I was right because until this day I still have them. The amount was 53 and I told them they were out of there minds and I was not gonna pay 53 for a butcher's job. I gave them about 20 and they said for me to never come back again which I was fine with after that experience. My whole thing for everyone is to not to go the older man that is there because he was the one who did my nails for me. So never again will I go there in my life.

I really wanted to like this place but I will not return.I have been there at least 4 times and each and every time I have an acrylic fill done I inevitably lose 2 or 3 nails within a 2 or 3 week period.I have been having my nails done the last 9 years and since I moved to the area I thought this would be my go to place.How wrong I was!!!Shoddy work for sure!!!Also after a pedicure I would return home and smooth out my heels because it was done half ass.The people who work there act as if they are annoyed and put upon....zero care for their clientele.STAY AWAY!!!

Worst Customer Service ever!!! The guy TONY, he did my nails very bad, he was hurting my hands as he was doing them. His station was very dirty, unprofessional, it wasn’t clean at all. My nails turned out to be so bad, the color was all over my nails, he charged me way too high in price, he gave me such a bad attitude and he was talking in his language about my nails. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE, YOU COULD GET YOUR NAILS DONE AT A DIFFERENT PLACE WITH THE SAME PRICE AND THEY WOULD TURN OUT TO BE WAY BETTER AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

If i could give them a 0 i would have. Let's start by saying i walked in and asked for a spa pedicure . I sat down at 1219 and was done by 1249 with painting my nails. I asked him during if this was a spa pedicure he said yes. Then his definition of a massage was rubbing my legs for 5 mins. Also his paint job was worse than my 5 year old. I spoke to owner and said i refuse to pay for spa pedicure and only paying for normal which he should be appreciative of that. Guy started yelling in my face and i told owner that's great customer service. He told me we can fix and do more i said no now i have to go he should of done it right first time. Guy yelled owner said i charge 30 instead of 37 i said no he didnt even take dead skin or nothing .no u get 22 which is regular price. He was yelling at me too so i walked out. Dont go here they yell and worthless. For 22 dollars or 37 u can get better services else where. Worst service i have ever received

I went a couple weeks ago to get my nails done with my cousin I asked for a plain white ACRYLIC nails coffin shaped and he kept insisting to get gel even though I repeatedly told him not to… he remained to do so and charged me for $43 for two uneven coats. My cousin nails fell off a week later and charged her $45 for red gel nails even though we both said so at the front. The owner did not care and insisted I pay the $88

Great spot! My nail technician took incredible care with my set of gels. She took her time and inspected her work carefully. They are efficient and quick, but really nice and pay special attention to your nails. I will be back.

mazing price for a gel manicure ! The Nailtech took such care with my nails shaped them to my liking ,made sure I liked the color I chose, and was very meticulous. Will be back

This angry Chinese lady destroyed my nails. I had a beautifully done gel manicure that had to be redone because I've had it for a month. I expected this place to do a similar job. But instead when she removed the gel i already had she used this electric machine and removed about 2 layers of my nails. Now they are paper thin and scratched endlessly. She also yelled at me for accidentally smearing the polish in one of my nails. I even asked her if she was gonna buffthem and she said yes. My nails look disgusting once i took off the gel she put on me . Hate this place DONT GO

Horrible, nothe busy but waited half hour. Came in for mani-pedi. The man who did my pedi just filed and painted my nails - all for 20.00. Passed on the mani and will go by home. Polish job not good, I really wanted it re-done but why bother. Women who was here was complaining about her pedi too. Totally wasted 20.00. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Nails aren't even filed evenly. I do a much better job at home. Not welcoming or friendly.

2/15/19 Table #2. Gel acrylic nails. The man was very rude to me. He kept pushing my hands instead of telling me to put it in the fan. He kept mumbling words to me and I was having a hard time hearing him and he said “ you need to wake up”. Overall made my nails so horribly. From he beginning I saw that he was adding a thick layer of acrylic and making them wider at the ends. I told him that I wanted them thin and skinny at the ends and was mad when I told him to fix it. At then end he bately fixed them. I payed $77 for a pedicure and gel acrylic nails, it would be nice to atleast have someone that respects you and will listen to your demands. Very displeased with the service.
