We brought in our son for his first haircut. Everyone was really nice and we had an excellent experience. He was moving all over the place but Rocio did a really good job of safely cutting his hair and keeping him calm. Also, the end result is that he looks great. We will definitely go again.

My Daughter's Nail Tech Ana was wonderful. I purchased their Sugar Rush Package on Groupon and walked in. They accommodated my daughter with no appointment and a small wait time. Ana explained the whole process of the package step by step to my daughter who has never been to nail salon before. I ended up purchasing a Basic Pedi for my daughter which was great too. She enjoyed the experience and like the Chocolate milk and cookie she received on our way out. I would recommend to others.

My daughter and I just love this kids spa. My daughter is only three but feels like a grown up when I take her here as treat. We always come early or make an appointment because this place can get very crowded but the staff stays kind to the kids no matter how crazy the place gets. I also love that my daughter gets a mani/pedi with their non toxic nail polish which comes in a variety of different colors. This place is truly a great idea and I can't wait to go back again.

Tiny and cramped space. No wait area. In fact, they expect you, the parent to wait outside the shop on the sidewalk... What the hell. Staff are all kids and not trained to be friendly or provide any type of customer service. Don't expect any type of greeting or even a simple hello for that matter. Do not get a haircut here. I warned you.

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party here today and I couldn't be happier about the service! From the minute we walked in, the whole party was organized effectively! It started on time and the children rotated stations in a timely manner. The kids had a blast and had smiles all the way through! The staff, especially "Blue" was very friendly and engaged the kids in such a manner that even the most shy were speaking! In the party room we had 2 wonderful young ladies who got all of the children dancing, leading by example! After the party my girls couldn't stop talking about it! I would definitely recommend this place!

I brought my daughter here for her birthday all the way from philly.... She loved her BFF package. Blue was amazing! She only did my daughters hair but from the moment we walked up to the door She came out and gave us such a warm welcome and her personality is great with the kids!!! So I came across this place a couple months ago and finally decided to try it out and take my daughter, when I tell you they do not pick up the phone they DO NOT pick up the phone I called over 15 times & no answer what so ever the phone would just ring and ring and ring. I had to make a yelp account to inquire about the packages they offer and I finally got a response back from the owner. The website states please call to schedule an appointment due to special bookings/events but they don’t answer so I don’t understand, finally got my appointment set after speaking with Lataon who was lovely btw and very helpful but the fact that I could not reach anyone to make an appointment made me want to look elsewhere. The service was good although the place was packed and way too small. The staff were polite & introduced themselves I did expect a little more creativity but my daughter enjoyed it so that’s all that matters.

Milk & Cookies makes little girls feel like royalty. I took my daughter here for a special day just for her and she enjoyed every second of being pampered and all attention on her. You do not have to have an appoint; however, without one expect to wait a little while. The wait is worth it just for how much the kids enjoy it afterwords. The ladies there talk to the kids and ask them about their day, favorite things, and try to keep them engaged in the process. Most seating area if kid size, so parents, expect to stand or sit in the waiting area. Also, parents please tell your kids it is ok to have fun but not ok to be disruptive. Everyone should be able to enjoy the experience. It’s truly a spa....for little girls.

Very good the girls love it. It's very packed. The staff is very nice. They have a waiting room and a game room. There pretty fast. They give kids milk and cookies. They have 2 types of cookies sugar, and chocolate chip cookies. They have milk 3 types strawberry, vanilla, chocolate milk. I really like it here. Very good for kids and they do kids parties. They are very patient and very nice I love it. I had a great time. The bathroom is very clean. They are very clean they clean after everything the spas the manicures and everything. I so loved it

My toddler was crying since start but it is normal for a 2 yr old. However, the lady didn't finish cutting his hair and went to cut someone's hair for 1 hour and let us wait. What??? Why didn't she just tell us that he couldn't do it anymore? so, we could have left. Horrible experience! If your child is a crying kid, DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS PLACE. They can't professionally handle it! We had to go to another kid salon to have the hairdresser shaved his head because the way it was done was too Ridiculous.

I had decided to book a spa day for my oldest daughter at this salon. She enjoyed every bit of her experience at the Milk and Cookies Kids Spa. They have it all- everything from the little stations to get your hair done to getting a mani and pedi, getting a facial to even making your own shower gel. It's great that they have packages to have a salon day with mom or dad. It's also a plus that the cookies are really delious. Sugar cookies are amazing!!

Milk and Cookies has to be hands down the best kids spa I have been too. I had a party there a while back my daughter had an absolute ball. Other kids spa I’ve been to don’t compare. I will continue to go there. We have also gone there a walk ins and have been greeted and attended to in a timely manner. An appointment is always better, but if your in town stop by your kids will have a ball with little effort from you. You can just sit and relax and they take care of the rest.

The business owners were great. The place is small but it is a cute concept. I took my tweeners and they had a great time. They got a basic mani/pedi but felt totally pampered. The workmanship was great, you could tell their nails were professionally done. It is unisex so your princes will enjoy themselves just as much as your princesses. They offer a variety of services that get a bit pricey but I'm sure its on par for the area. The culmination of service ended with fresh baked milk and cookies... Yum!

Everyone has their own opinion on how they feel so I'll be sharing my thoughts and feelings towards Milk and Cookies kids spa. I went on Mothers Day for a spa day with my daughter whom was so excited. I spent 3 hours or so and chose the mommy and me package for $124.00 thinking my daughter and I would be doing our manicures, pedicures together but it did not work out that way we managed to get only a facial done together and made a scrub/ bubblebath. Everyone their is very nice but I feel they should have experienced adults as employees instead of highschool students. When it comes to manicures and pedicures don't expect the service to be top of the line meaning like buffing, cuticle removal a correct way of nail filing oh and let me not forget nail painting. My daughter and I paint our nails 100% better then what we received. It's been two days since I was last their and my nail polish is already peeling. Service and treatment can be alot better if their were adults attending to you. As for the price depending on whats chosen to me it's expensive and not worth it due to the service your receiving. You receive a small cup of flavored milk and a cookie which is a cute and I enjoyed but overall your basically paying for the concept on what they offer which is wrong. The concept of the kids spa and service should always be 100% which I personally did not receive. I gave a tip to the two young ladies but not because my service was great or because they attended to my daughter and I but because they were both sweet and nice and are preparing for prom next month. This would be my first and last time going to milk and cookies kids spa.

I took my daughter to Milk and Cookies for her first salon day. Her kid eyes saw fun colors, cool nail polish and glitter lotion. My mom eyes saw many surfaces in need of a scrub down and a coat of fresh paint. They try their best to be friendly and professional; to make their little clients happy. I think they succeed there. But they need to close the place for a couple of days to deep clean, organize and renovate.

I took my daughter here for her birthday (today actually) where we did Mommy and Me..and they were the absolute best!!! Gave us these cute little robes for our spa day. Cynthia did a great job with our yummy facials and Leslie was a saint with my daughter during her pedicure and manicure!!! I would come here again and again!!! We even got to make our own lotion and shower gels and finished off with..that's right you guessed it Milk and Cookies!!!!

I am so disappointed in this place and will never return. How can such a seemingly fun and happy place for kids provide such horrible, unfriendly service? The staff (a bunch of young girls) were on their phones most of the time and didn’t seem to have the patience for kids at all. Thank goodness my 3 year old daughter is well behaved but if she moved even a small amount during the manicure, the staff member told her sternly “be still”. There was no personality, no patience, no special tools or tricks to keep kids focused, no playfulness, no fun. Another kid nearby was also trying to get a manicure but having a tough time and the staffer was visibly annoyed. It was clear that it was a real burden for these girls to be doing this type of job with kids. They should probably just go bag groceries or something as this is ABSOLUTELY NOT the place that these young girls who are clearly intolerant of children should be working.

I took my daughter and her 3 friends here for her birthday and they had a fabulous time! I scheduled a package consisting of a facial, pedicure, manicure and a make up application fit for a 10 year old! They spare no details and go out of their way to ensure their young spa guests get the treatment we adults love! The venue was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the pricing was reasonable. Hands down this is a MUST for all young girls who loved to be pampered!!

Five star party! My daughter had the best birthday she could ever wish for. High energy fun and fabulous place. The hostess Tey was attentive and responsive- no detail was missed. Beautiful space, made my daughter and her friends feel so glamorous. Despite the large party, no one felt left out, the girls were hopping about and the excitement was through the roof.
