Emily gave me a great massage and totally cleared my mind as well. I do feel massage Envy tries to get you with taking your card # on file. Introductory rates are terrific but they try using it against you. All in all the staff is phenomenal and I would give Emily 10 stars if allowed. The corporate nonsense bothers me when they look to make as much $ for themselves.

i wish i never signed up. i only stay because of one of the massage therapist that was there she was amazing. Never gave me clear a explanation that my membership was a weird contract to begin with. The whole "freeze" your account if you can't pay this month, not understanding I'm required to make a certain amount of payments regardless whether i freeze my account or not. I did get charged for one month before deciding to cancel, which i requested a refund for but because of my "contract" or month to month basis i should say. i was suppose to give notice prior to the payment, but in the same term i obviously do not want to continue membership there and NOW I'm required to use it in a certain time frame or basically they have my money which is NOT fair. So make sure when your sign something here ASK A MILLION QUESTIONS before you do.

If you want one mediocre massage once a month for 12 months get a membership. Oh and when you try to cancel they give you the run around, charging you for more months than you signed a contract for. This place is a scam. Don’t waste your time. I’ve gotten better massages off Groupon. Never going back.

So signed up for the massage club for 6 months. They told me it would automatically cancel. Found out today they lied and signed me up for 12 months. I can’t cancel without penalty. Should have read the paperwork but this place is a scam and I will never do business with them again. They lie right to your face!

Don’t book here. They obviously only care about getting your money. I have plenty of hours banked and had 2 hours booked, they charged me for the hours due to cancellation. Next time I won’t bother to call and cancel. Apparently, it means nothing.

I tried cancelling my membership last night and was told someone would call me with the paperwork to initiate the cancellation process. Instead, a person saying they were the owner, called me and was extremely rude to me over phone while I was giving him feedback about his establishment and their staff. He didn't even mention anything about the paperwork I was promised that they would send to my email. He never addressed me by my name even though I asked him to, he just called me "Buddy" and was confrontational about me trying to cancel my membership and accused me of missing 3 appointments over the course of 1 year... I tried explaining to him that I was not happy with one of his front desk associates regarding their professionalism and demeanor, and told him that I've had close to 5 appointments cancel on me from them 1 hour before my appointment. Won't be coming back here ever again! Thank you
