My appointment has been rescheduled and/or cancelled at least 4 times. Yesterday I got a voicemail confirming my appointment and when I arrived, I was told the therapist wasn’t there. I am usually easy going but this is unacceptable. They charge you a lot to cancel your membership, they hold your money through monthly charges, but they can’t keep their own appointments. Unbelievable.

Where do I start, we have had a membership for over 7 years (started in Rockaway) we have busy schedules as I run a home improvement business. Today is the second time our appointment got confirmed via phone for 2pm and yet at 12 they asked why we were not there? We would never accept a noon Sunday appointment as we serve at our church every Sunday until 11 then go food shopping. Also an hour massage is at best 45 minutes, and they seem to not care that it’s 30% short on time. What I don’t understand is their policy of free massages but if you cancel you lose all your massages if you don’t deal with in a month. Number one you can never schedule a massage more than a week out as they just don’t have availability, I often wonder they always ask if you’re a new customer or not, and I think they hold spots for new customers. It’s hard enough bouncing from one location to another just to find a decent person and times available..... WARNING think long and hard before you sign up for a membership. I found the rockaway mall people outside Lord & Taylor’s to be better masseuses, the location and tables are not as nice but I will take this as they never had us wait more than 20 minutes without an appointment. Also only $50 plus tip for a FULL hour. I never write reviews this long but I feel like they hold you hostage, then a simple so sorry and that’s it! Waiting for manager to call me back but we are heading to the mall for a good massage. Sorely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I'm having trouble accessing the gift e-cards that was given to me. I was told these do not expire (& shouldn't ever). Vicki, the receptionist was very helpful in getting one of them to work by contacting corporate. I still need to get the other one to work! When I click on the link it says "Safari cannot open, too many redirects." Mike, the massage therapist was excellent! Thank you!

This was the first I have been here and I have an appointment at 4 o’clock and I was late by 15 minutes and they did not consider the time and the session was done only for 45 minutes even though I paid $10 extra for rapid tension relief treatment and I don’t think the session was not worthy of 74$.

My husband purchased a 6 month membership for me as a gift however it expired and was unable to use it. If I'd like to use the 5 massages that were left, I would have to pay for an additional 6 month membership. What kind of business practice is that? If someone has paid for services, they should be entitled to them. With 2 children at home, it's impossible to make the monthly commitment to go. It's unfortunate that do not have that kind of flexibility so I will make sure never to use them again. I will go to Elements Massage that don't have term limits on services previously paid for.

Great initial experience there. Staff was very friendly, made sure i was comfortable. Masseuse was friendly and professional. Asked about specific areas of concern and payed extra attention to those places. I would definitely go there again.

Very friendly, first name basis! Once you find the massage therapist that works for you it is invaluable. I recommend Michael. He is a miracle worker! Deep tissue and very knowledgeable. You won’t regret it!!!
