Vince has been my hair artist for 20 years and the reason I say artist is because he is so creative and knows how to really cut your hair to complement your hair texture, face and style. Dee is an amazing colorist and is one of the nicest people in the salon as well as my backup colorist Jessica. This salon is the best in the area and has the friendliest staff!

LOVE LCWR. I have been going since I was a child and saw the place transform from a smaller business to a flourishing well deserved, highly respected business. I have never gone anywhere else (okay twice and it was a disaster) to get my hair done. I recommend this place to everyone.

Racist establishment. Hired a drag queen to host a party and told them after their performance, that the ofit and number was "too ethnic" to a black drag queen. Utterly disgusting.

Depends who does your hair. Vince is excellent. Shampoo girls will make you stand there and ignore you before asking if you need a shampoo.

Went for single color plus cut. Staff INSISTED I get foiled highlights, so I went from brown to basically a blonde with brown, which I hated. Then to top it off they had some kid blow dry my hair, flat. I said please add some body? And he said no, he was told to dry my hair so that's what he's doing. Then Louis came over and said he'd love to cut my hair to about 3 inches long and go red. No this was not a nightmare, it was my experience at Louis Christian. Never going back again ever.

The ladies at the front desk are horrible. I went there for a scheduled appt. I showed up 10 minutes early. The front desk staff asks if I know where to go. I explained to them that I do not since it's my diary time there. She walks me over to the person that I had an appt. with, who was busy with another customer. Front staff person then tells me to have a sit, but doesn't tell me where. This place is huge and I think they have many different services to offer. Any go and have a sit near the front desk. Waited for 40 minutes before I walked out of there. The wait was ridiculous considering I had an appt. and the front staff people seemed clueless as to how to take care of a customer. Btw, the 40 minutes I spent there waiting-not once was I asked if there was anything they could do to make things right.
