I've been to Looma a few times, I've had my and my daughters nails done by Stella and she did a great job. I scheduled an appointment today and was reluctant to go because Stella wasn't available, I was on an important phone call and walked into the salon 3 mins after my scheduled appointment to be rudely greeted my the nail tech. She raised her voice at me saying "I've been waiting. I've been here, I'm waiting." I left and will not be back.

I received a 90-minute anti-aging facial with Baiju. It was wonderful. Baiju is well-informed, personable and very effective. I forgot how good a facial feels. I am hooked again. I can't wait for my next visit with her.

This was my first time there and I booked for a 30 minute trigger point massage. Waiting area and massage room were clean, staff was friendly, and price was on par with other Massage and spa centers. Massage itself was helpful for my pain relief and exactly what I expected. Hopefully future visits are an equally pleasant experience

I loved getting my mani and pedi here by Stella. She does an amazing job! However, on my last visit I decided to try their other services and went in to get my eyebrows done. I specifically asked for sugaring since waxing never worked for me in the past (I have very sensitive skin) I reiterated this to the technichian that took care of me and she still insisted on wax. Next thing you know I’m walking out of there with a piece of skin missing in between my eyebrows. The worst part is everyone noticed and were staring at me the entire visit and no one said a thing. The only reason I didn’t complain was because of my nail tech since she always does a wonderful job. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this place. it’s unfortunate since I also paid 60 to become a VIP member. Next time please listen to your clients when they ask for a specific service, I know my skin and what works and what doesn’t and say something when you see a person missing a piece of skin after a service. Own up to it!

Everyone greets you with a smile. High quality products are used and the space is clean and nicely decorated. Hima will melt your tense muscles with her massage and you will leave in a calm blissful state. Spa pedicures with Michelle are luxurious and she will have your nails looking fabulous.

I got a 1 hour deep tissue massage here. Hima was amazing, attentive, and really focused on the trouble area I explained to her in the beginning. My expectations were exceeded. The tea at the end is a very nice touch.

I received a "Tension Eliminator" massage and I absolutely loved it. After my massage they offered me some tea, which was lovely and added to my positive experience. I couldn't believe how great I felt after my massage, it was incredible. I left feeling refreshed and new and I will definitely go back again. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean. The prices are reasonable and the quality service definitely makes it worth it.

The scalp massage that Jennifer gave me while she was tinting my eyebrows was AMAZING. I haven't been that relaxed in forever. As always, the overall ambiance (music, lighting, etc) was perfect and gave me and my girlfriends a much needed break. Every service that I have ever gotten here has been wonderful. The spa pedicures are like a perfect small vacation.

I wanted to like this place. It is near my house and has a nice spa atmospere. I did have a good facial there, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1. However, had 2 shellac gel manicures there and they were both very low quality and overpriced at $40. The gel was chipping after only 1 week and my nails kept breaking as well. I didnt have the desire to waste my time and go back for touch ups. They should last atleast 2 weeks, especially at that price. Also, had the french pedicure, and the gel was chipping after a week too. Bottom line: Low quality and overpriced. I won't be returning.

Lovely! I just came in for a basic manicure, but it was much more extensive than anywhere I'd ever been before. Great quality, relaxing environment, kind people. They even included some relaxing tea and a mini shoulder/back massage as my nails were drying, and it was all extremely affordable. Highly reccomend!

Stella and Sarah are both precise when doing my nails Sarah gives a wonderful pedicure massage and Stella's shellac manicure lasted 3 weeks Hima and Melissa are both excellent and professional massage therapist especially if you have certain areas where you are problems that need to be addressed. Wonderful service! I'm from out of town visiting friends and needed to get my toes done. I did a Google search for nail salons and liked the reviews this place had. The reviews were well earned! My nail tech, Grace, was very courteous and did an awesome job. I also appreciated how polite the staff were and the cleanliness of the place. I would definitely recommend this place to locals and townies alike.

Worst service ever! Went there for manicure and pedicure ... Things to be aware : None of those Asian women speak any English At the beginning of my pedicure she took the tools out small zipper bag that appeared to be new/clean which was nice. However during the service the lady took an old USED nail file and start using on me!!! When I tryed to tell her that this is not acceptable , she was just smiling and continue doing the "service"( because she doesn't speak any English ) They charge you extra for ANY design on your nails, however NONE of the manicure or pedicure lady's knows how to do even basic stuff ((( Later one of them was trying to tell me that nobody ask for any designs, just basic colors. Really???? Don't list the services on a menu if you can't deliver them.( just a suggestion ;) ) The nail polish was chipping off the same day on some of the nails... Very disappointed !

When you walk in the door to Looma spa you are on vacation.Looma spa is the best spa in roxbury best nails I've ever had in nj Looma spa is where I've had my first facial and it was so nice I am now addicted I try to go once a month they have a loyalty program you earn points on every purchase that you can use towards products and services .I will be getting my first spa pedicure next week so I will be going on vacation I'm excited I'm sure I'll get addicted to them too .If you want to feel like your on vacation get to Looma spa as soon as you can and enjoy . thank you Looma spa

The staff is extremely warm and professional and the quality of the services is exceptional.
