I decided to treat myself for my birthday and came to Green Zen to have microdermabrasion done for the first time. Stella was on point and explained what every product was before putting it on my face . I was completely relaxed at the end of my facial. I will definitely be back!

I've been coming here for years (they used to be located on 20th st)....all of the girls are great and I live that they use hard wax, it's less painful. The place is clean and relaxing.

The waxing experience was good, but customer service experience was terrible. The lady carried on a good conversation throughout until the time came for payment. When I was paying, she was suggesting a promotional offer to which I said no and after that her attitude completely changed. She got kind of rude. Then she took my payment card and asked me if I'll pay tip by cash or by card, to which I said card and she asked me how much. So I suggested her $9.few cents as I wanted to round up my total payment without cents. That's just something I always like to do. To which she responded by pushing the sign in front of me that said '20% tip' and made it seem like you have no other choice. That was pretty rude. 20% tip on my bill was coming out to be about $10.05 so it's not like I was offering low in first place. Then she got rude and said you tell me a number $5-10-15. I paid $10 in tip and left, but just because of few cents and the way she reacted to the whole thing I wouldn't be going back or ask anybody to.

I had waxing done here - normally, a painful procedure. However, Wendy was so fast and gentle that I barely felt it. The spa was clean and pleasant and all the people there were welcoming. I highly recommend this establishment.

I seriously love this place. I've been coming here for 2 years now and it is the only place I will get waxed. The technicians are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. The waxes last longer than traditional and are much less painful. I've been to all the other waxing chains and none of them compare to this little hole in the wall joint. You may miss it from the street but once inside its clean and peaceful. They have reasonable price packages which is a total bonus for the area.

OUTSTANDING RELAXATION!!!!!! SPA is very clean and inviting. The light isn't bright. the music is soft. I had a facial procedure. My therapist told me about every cream, mask and treatment she used and what was it made of. I left with a very clean and brightened skin! LOVED IT! DEF COMING BACK!!!

I love this spa! They are super hygienic and use the best wax. I rarely get irritated and it hurts so much less than any other place I've been to. Their facials are super long and relaxing! And they use real great organic products. They're a bit pricey but also often have deals. You can also find them on Groupon.

I've been going to this place for years. They had an old location on the East Side in the Flatiron area. They're always on time and extremely professional. They don't force the products on you. My skin is in good shape in general, but I think it stays that way because I go there a few times a year for a facial. This picture was taken right after my facial today, I only put on lipstick, mascara and eyeliner. #nofilters

Been going for years, and always pleased with the experience. This time I had arms, stomach and Brazilian. Clean, fast and with minimal pain. Really appreciated that I didn't leave feeling sticky. The staff couldn't be nicer. Highly recommend!

I have been going here for waxing past 2 years. I first bought their coupon on Groupon and ended up buying a package of 8. They are clean and the pain is minimal. I have tried 3-4 places but found this works the best so far. I am yet to try their other services but have heard they are good. For the given locality they are not very expensive. The staff is very soft spoken and good at their job. One star less as the walk from station is a little too long in winter.
