GO HERE! This is the absolute best place for a pedicure, manicure or massage. It is incredibly convenient (right off the Essex stop of the HBLR) and the staff is very kind and talented. They keep your appointment times, the reflexology during the pedicures is euphoric and at Christmas time they gave out little gifts to all of their clients. (: if you're looking for a high quality pedicure at an affordable price, Grace's is the relaxation station to answer your keratin prayers.

They are the worst. Worst customer service ever. They give you lower price before the service is provided and much higher after, blaming you for 'misunderstanding'. Their 'managers' is the worst thing that could happen to any beauty salon.

The prices went up, but the service went way down. Buyer beware. ... After a less-than-okay mani-pedi, exactly at 7:30 (posted closing time) the manager came around and told all the customers at the drying stations to leave. It's the middle of winter, half of us were in flip flops... with wet polish. So it was OK to offer the services and pay... but not to allow to finish drying? I have never seen a manager sacrifice his clients for the sake of going home on the very minute of shift end. (No joke, exactly 7:30 on the dot!) One client asked if she could dry for another minute, but he said he needed to leave. Well, I hope that minute was worth all of our business… Because the other ladies and I agreed we will not be back. There are many other great salons out there that do better service and as well as care about their clients. To the owner: The gentleman manager when asked by a client for the owner's name replied, "there is no owner". That is your manager. Saturday, 1.28.17.

Since I’ve moved to this area, I’ve had a hard time finding a nail salon that does a decent job on my nails. I stopped into this salon today for a mani & pedi and am really impressed and happy with the work on my nails. Marina did a great job for both my mani and pedi, she didn’t rush through the job, which I find a lot of people do, and I was happy that it was just one person doing both the mani & pedi instead of it being split between two. I liked her work, and I’ll be coming back in.

Can't charge tips on credit card. Make sure you have cash if you want to add tip. They have an ATM machine there too.

I would like to give zero rating as I was demanded 20% tip from the lady who was making my nalis which was rude and was shockingly surprised. Though I was not given complete spa pedicure , was charged 90$. This place been worst experience.

I LOVE Grace Nails & Spa. The staff are so attentive and this is hands down the best pedicure I have ever gotten. Their reflexology leg massage makes me want to sit in that chair for forever.

Work was decent but they are pretty overpriced for rather basic work. I also paid in cash and was later told by a friend who had gone here that they have a discount when you pay cash. Sure enough, the guy up front didn’t tell me that. Even as I used the ATM to get cash out to pay..

Went here for a manicure during my lunch and that is what I got, however, it wasn’t a good one. First off, you have to pay more to use the drier with the hardening light; to follow, my polish was not even and very blotchy with a large gap between the cuticle and where the polish starts. Not sure what was on the brush they were using but the nail polish also has little black dots scattered throughout. Let me conclude by saying that the filing job they did is the opposite of rounded like I requested and is instead uneven and the nail shape is slanted. Maybe it is just the girl I had but I would not say my expierience here was positive.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Have been coming here for a couple of years. Marina and Anna do great nails and Ryan gives a great haircut. The only thing that could improve is their massages, both chair and table Are not great.
