very bad customer service, my fiance has been trying many times to make an appointment for a facial that we buy in groupon and they say they do not find 2 facials, my question is why they sell double facials and does not have the available staff?

I was looking for a new massage place on Groupon and came across Fusion. Their regular prices are cheaper to their competitors but they're still pricey for me. I paid through Groupon and got a 60 minute massage for $50 (original is $80). The tax and gratuity has to be paid at the spa in cash though, so go prepared with cash. I called ahead to make an appointment and mentioned my Groupon. The spa is right off of Rt 46 West in Denville, right before the restaurant, Sogo. The place has a hair salon downstairs and massage rooms upstairs. My masseuse was Ingrid and she was accommodating to my needs and very nice! She gave me a lot of time to undress and I ended up having to call to her to say I'm ready because I was afraid it would cut into my massage but it didn't, I still got my full hour. My massage was great and very relaxing! Ingrid really focused on my problem areas and did well! Unfortunately, the Groupon is only for first time customers which is understandable. Personally, although it was great service, I'm going search for a less expensive place. Thank you Fusion!

Staff was friendly and welcoming, but the cut was not good. I went because I got a coupon in the mail, and while I really enjoyed the people and the person cutting my hair, I ended up having an uneven, chunky haircut that took months to fix. The exterior of the building looks unfinished as if the salon hasn't opened yet. It's been more than a year but still no sign of a sign. I hope other people have had a better experience than I did.

Try to turn on the light and see how dirty and outdated those rooms are. It does not look like sheets on beds and towels are being changed regularly either.

AMAZING!!! Had a wonderful massage today by Cecelia. She really focused on the spots with the pressure I needed and I must say, she had her work cut out for her. I will be a regular and can’t wait until my next one! I’ve went to other places and never left as relaxed as I did from her massage today. Telling everyone I know!!! The place was also very aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. They are clearly a one stop shop for all thing relaxation!
