I was literally forced into signing a 15$ tip! For a 1 hour massage of 45$. They showed me how other customers paid 35$ tip for a 96$ massage. I guess its the customers discretion of how mich tip they wanna pay. I was coerced and rushed into signing the tip Im not returning. The massage was good though no complaints on that front Jon i replied to your email. Thanks

I love getting massages here. It's clean, reasonably priced, and every skillful lady I've had has given me an incredible massage. Petite women lulu who aren't afraid to hurt me, They also use a hot towel to wipe away the oil after they work on each part so you're not left with a film of grease. Plus it's located just right next my chiropractor, quiet location and plenty of parking.

I got charged the difference on a gift card because this place changed owners and raised the rate. Bad customer service. I paid. Then they wanted $15 tip per person. The place needs a sign. The spa needs a sign for this company policy. Plus they ask for tip and get sassy as if they don’t get paid. I’m not surprised if they only get min wage. Not returning. Ladies are good.

This is a fabulous massage place. Not really the five star kind of place, just because it really isn't a high end spa. For $45 I got an hour deep tissue massage with hot stones and reflexology, plus 10% off if you come often, seriously can't beat that. Inside is clean and they played music softly in the background and central AC. Recently the masseuses they hired were more experienced than it used to be, pressure of the massage was just right-not too soft or too painful which can sometimes happen with deep tissue. The massage ended with hot stones, a scalp and forehead massage.

They conduct their business in a horrible manner. I was greeted by lulu who was going to be my masseuse. I paid for my hour long massage while asking her for her full name and license number for insurance purposes. My insurance reimburses me 70% for any massage done for medical purpose. Towards the end of the massage I added another 30 min of a foot massage. After being done we come out I pay $25 for the foot massage and tip however much I deem proper while explaining to her again how I needed her full name and license number. When she looks at the receipt she says that my tip is not enough and starts haggling for a $20 tip. The lady did not let me leave until I gave her a $15 tip. Next day I go back for the full name and license no again, I am directed to their manager John who says he will not give me those and ask my insurance to email him. I explain to him that the insurance will not mail him because that is my duty to provide them that information and also that I have already paid them I just need this so that the insurance reimburses me. They just need it for their records. Got told my John that it’s none of his business “it’s between you and your insurance”. So I paid $75 for a mediocre massage and a $15 tip on top of it. The two stars are only because the massage was not that bad.

First of all they lied and told us they had couples massage when they don’t have rooms with double beds only single . Then as we were walking out they demanded us give them a tip . They even had a woman follow us to our car to collect a tip

This place is very unprofessional. The client next to me and his masseuse were talking non stop for the first 20 minutes of my massage. I finally asked my masseuse to raise the volume on the music so I wouldn't have to hear them. After a another half hour a discussion ensued about extra time and cost which again disrupted my massage. After they settled on a time and price the girl who was providing the service proceeded to tell him another girl would take over. They turned the bright lights on right in my face. As my service was ending the discussion started all over. I finally told my masseuse to stop. I was very disappointed. I was given no discount or apology Actually all the girl was interested in was her tip and my coming back to her. AVOID this place. It is overpriced, poorly managed, and irritating.

For a person who went for massages twice a week for 3 months , I highly recommend this place . Dani was my therapist and did a great job . Excellent pressure throughout the massage and we also had a great conversation . I will definitely be going back . Easy to book an appt, easy to find the place and very relaxing . Generally, this has been a terrific value-for-money place for a deep tissue massage and I've been coming here every few weeks for the last year or so. However, with the recent change in management, the place has become extremely commercial including a marginal increase in rates. The therapists are still very skilled but are terribly distracted. While there's always been the occasional chatter between them during sessions (over the half walls and curtains), there is now constant conversation and attending to long phone calls and walk-ins, billing and such. Today's session was shocking in terms of a lack of professionalism - my session was short by 10 mins owing to the constant breaks (incl outside the room) and the oil on my hands was even left un-wiped. I'll probably give them another chance some time but unlikely to come back in a hurry.

This was my first time at Franklin Spa. It was easy to set up the appointment. The place was neat and clean. I really enjoyed the massage and felt very relaxed. The hot stones was rather too good. They also use a hot towel to wipe away the oil after they massage.

Grace did an INCREDIBLE job! Price is very reasonable, environment is clean and the massage was one of the best I’ve had. Especially great if you need the knots GONE and don’t mind deep tissue!

This was our first experience at Franklin Spa. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, the pricing was reasonable and for a 30 minute massage we have 0 complaints. We did not experience anyone telling us what the tip should be. We gave what we deemed appropriate and all 3 of them where grateful. This visit was in 2019- maybe they have new owners.

THE LADY AT THE COUNTER ASKED ME TO PAY AS SOON AS I ENTERED. & SHE DEMANDED MINIMUM $15 TIP EVEN BEFORE I HAD THE MASSAGE. I DECIDED TO WALK OUT WITHOUT GETTING THE MASSAGE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AND EVER I WILL GO THERE AGAIN.

This place is horrible my back is swollen and inflammed from the lady constantly mashing in 1 spot for 30 mins; this happened both times i visited this establishment; when you complain its too hard they dont listen and makes fun of you. For asking them not to press so hard. My back is killing me i cant even sleep...
