So i went here based on a groupon i found and OMG let me tell you...this place was amazing. The place is clean and the staff are very professional and sweet. They made me feel comfortable especially this was my first time getting a massage and facial. So the atmosphere was very relaxing and the music has a meditation vibe to it which i liked since it help me calm my mind. When it came to the massage, it was like heaven. I mean yes i understand they have to sell but let me tell you they demonstrate d the differents between each massage and they did ask me very politely if i wanted to upgrade (which i did) and the facial was wonderful and for the additional cost for the microdermal, my face never looked brighter and cleaner. Even my pores are smaller now. For two hours, they really made my first time a memorable time and i would come back again. I highly recommend this place to everyone and give it two thumbs up. Originally I wanted to buy a groupon but I know how groupon works. So I ask if they prefer cash or cc. Groupon keeps 75% of the total amount. Literally putting small business out of business. Well they honored the price on groupon and my expertise was beyond what I expected. The ladies were so nice. I loved my facial. The massage were also soothing. My over all experience was A+. I will come back again. They try to sell me more stuff but that's there hustle, I don't knock him down for it. The package they offer is great for the one time cost. I regret not purchasing. I also check out the little eatery next door. That was some good grub, lol.

Its ok place but worst things is they will ask you for tip at least 14$ per hour and if you want good massage you have to pay 20$ extra not good experience at all

They are only asking for more money for every little thing. They purposefully massage you poorly and softly so that if you want a better massage or more pressure they want extra $25 for everything it's unbelievably crazy. Very bad business practices.

Hubby and I just got our couples massage! They were great. My advice would be if you got a Groupon or Living Social couple, stick to it. They will ask if you want other types of massages or promotional packages. We said no, and got what we paid for plus $5 tax, and we gave a $20 tip since we had two massage therapists. Overall, you get what you pay for!

My girlfriend and I purchased two separate massages through Groupon. We were disappointed with the experience. We were told it would be an extra $3 for sales tax, okay no big deal. They start the massage with compression over the draped towel, then they start working on the upper back and try to upgrade you to a "deep tissue" massage by giving you and incredibly light pressure "Swedish" massage. There was also a lack of music because apparently the equipment was broken. After we left, my girlfriend, who is a licensed massage therapist for 8 years, told me it was the worst massage she has ever had. Her therapist left the room twice to try to fix the music, never used a bolster, tried to upsell a "deep tissue" which was NOT a deep tissue, and marinated her in oil. Some other therapist opened the door and started speaking to her therapist, which is highly unprofessional. After we paid our $3 sales tax, they asked us if we wanted to become members. No thank you. I'm not sure if this is how they normally try to upsell, or if we got a "Groupon" massage. Nevertheless, we will not be going back.

My friend and I used a groupon and were very pleased with our massages. I got an hour Swedish massage and she got an hour deep tissue (little extra money). One of the best massages we have ever had not to mention the staff was very nice. Place is clean. They did try to sell us on more massages at a reasonable price but we were not interested. Other than that it was great!

Mediocre massage. Be careful! They start bumping prices up on you and forcefully try to get you to buy different services that you don't want. Say no as much as you'd like, they will keep pushing. At the end you will walk out with a bunch of extra prices and fees on your bill. Not worth it!

I have been here twice and have no complaints. They have good offers on Groupon and everytime you visit them they offer special prices for revisiting. I had a couples massage and a Swedish massage for myself. All my spots of need were given attention and even thise areas I didn't realize needed extra attention feel so much better now.

They called to reschedule my 5:30 appointment at 5:06... We scheduled a couples massage and they said only one would be able to go at a time. The people there barely speak English. Huge communication barrier. They also never pick up the phone as I called to confirm my appointment when they opened and no one picked up.

Not a good experience. Through groupon, purchased a couples massage that included a 1 hour massage and 30 min facial. They ended up giving us a 2 hour massage/facial and then expected us to tip based off of the 2 hours. The woman ringing us up insisted that we tip $10/hour for each person. During the massage the therapists were constantly trying to sell extra services. The whole time I was worried that I was being charged extra for whatever she was doing. Definitely will not go back or recommend.

I had a couple's massage and facial yesterday. During my massage, I had to ask the massage therapist multiple times to be more gentle (did not change this the first time). During the facial, the staff tried to convince me to pay for other services multiple times. Even though they knew it was my first facial, they did not tell me what their process was like or what products they were putting on my skin. They did not ask if I had any allergies or injuries, which was concerning. After my massage yesterday, I felt a bit sore, but today it was worse. My neck is in pain today due to yesterday's massage. I certainly wouldn't go back.

This is not a Groupon friendly place. They want to charge $20 extra for a normal massage if you use Groupon. The also demand a minimum of $15 for tips plus $3 tax. I don't understand why the tax is $3 since the Groupon only charges $32 for 1 hour section.

Went to get my legs waxed, they insisted I use a cream (similar to Nair) said it was just as good as wax. Two days later I needed tje shave. Took close to an hour to do because the first girl messed up and i had to get it done again. Then when I tipped, they wanted me to give them more! I will not be returning. 70$ down the drain.

I went for a Massage and Facial (groupon deal). Ask for Janice, she is very good with the deep tissue massage... loved and enjoyed the massage...she worked on all my pain points, removed the knots and it was awesome...felt relaxed and great.... just be prepared to be sold to their other services..they will try to sell some deals which will include a package for a year etc... even with the groupon deal, they will try to sell another package so u pay more... and yes gratuity they have strict rules which is on a note in the reception...you have to give the gratuity mentioned...

Not accommodating or comfortable for pregnant women... facial products seemed okay, but no massage included at all for neck or shoulders, even after asked. In the middle of my treatment after mask application (my eyes covered) I had a different clinician come in without any notice! Weird. I would not recommend this place.

I have had body massages before but for some reason never a foot massage until today. I never knew what I was missing. Kiki (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) just gave me a fantastic foot massage and I can't wait to schedule my next with her. I thoroughly enjoyed both the foot massage and the conversation...recently went back for a one hour reflexology session and it was an amazing experience again. I made another appointment before leaving. Thanks again Kiki!

I had a Groupon for Swedish massage and facial. I called saturday to make an appt for sunday i was on hold for 20 minutes so i hung up and tried calling back and phone went straight to voice mail for 2 hrs so o decided to to take a ride over there. Made my appt in person and see on the counter 14/hr gratatuity. Sheesh. The massage and facial were good but I felt stressed the whole time 5 minutes laying on the bed the women said u want harder extra 15 dollars. No thanks! She said ok i give sweedish massage. On top of that my butt was all out there the towel wasn't much help she kept moving it. When she haf to get a hot towel 2x every time she left the door was cracked open! Then I had my facial and she said $40 dollars original is $75 for white head pimples and black heads I knew my face needed a good exfoliation so I took that. She put a whole bunch of cream and stuff on my face she didnt explain what she was using what it was for. So it wasnt informational at all. Then after all said and done I'm getting dressed and women who works there just walks in didn't even knock. as leaving they try and get you to buy more stuff. I have done a facial and hot stone at american place and it was 5 star compared to this place.I wouldn't recommend nor go back.

I bought the 1 hr couples massage and 1 hr facial for my boyfriend since he had been talking about getting one. This place was so amazing. They're very flexible wth time, very professional, and nice. They were absolutely fabulous. They took their time with the deep tissue massage, targeting the tight areas. The facial was awesome also. I'll be back, and I highly recommend this spa!

Wish I could rate in ngative. Avoid this place if you can. They will leave no chance to rip u off. My wife went there but while booking appointment over phone before they asked for voucher no. of groupon. When she went there for services they tried to add many items on her but she refused as she wanted only face massage. Then in the end they said we HAVE to pay gratuity...we were shocked, gratuity is customer wish and is paid when customer is happy with services. But they insisted that it has to be paid. Geez. Avoid even they are for free
