Tried out the spa on the last day of vaca. When I went to schedule an appointment there were no times available for massage as the masseuse was out Wednesday’s and booked that Thursday. So instead booked a facial, mani, pedi package. Facial was ok, the girl doing it left chunks of mask around my hairline and in my hair. The mani/pedi possibly does not include trimming or filing nails because that didn’t happen. Pedi paint was ok, however I wanted a gray shellac on my fingernails and the girl could not even get it painted on....she said it was “shrinking” after she brushed it on, which I’ve never even heard of. So she wiped it off but didn’t get it all. So instead of painted fingernails, it looked like I went digging in dirt....horrible. I did let the front desk know about my experience so they took the mani/pedi off my total. I spent the remaining 2 hours of my ride home picking out pieces of dry mask from my hair. I would def go off site for spa services if you have the choice.

Holly (receptionist) is kind and warm and made my experience very enjoyable!! If you are seeking a deep tissue massage, definitely request Caitlin!!! I am athletic build and was in desperate need of a feep tissue massage--Caitlin has strong hands that target all the right spots!! She incorporates stretches that further target problem areas to alleviate aches and pains! Elements spa aims to please and their customer service is exceptional!

When I arrived to the spa I was told that the was an extra $35 fee to use the sauna and steam room because it was the weekend. I would have gladly paid but I was never shown where they were. The women’s dressing room was very small and extremely crowded. It was very uncomfortable trying to get changed with 20 other women trying also get changed in such a small area. I received a deep tissue massage from Ashley which was fantastic. I had a VISA gift card that I tried to use to pay for my massage that the hostess would not accept so I used my credit card. I looked at my bill online today and they billed me twice (which is fine, mistakes happen). I called to speak to the manager and was promised a call back. Of course, I got nothing. My husband got ahold of the manager Trisha and she claimed that we were lying. What a nightmare.

Jessica is very open, smart, and highly skilled. I needed a massage to alleviate my aches and pains from athletic and labor pursuits. She quickly pinpointed exactly where my needs were most dire. Myself a socially awkward person, I found her to be very comfortable whether I felt like talking or not talking, which is not something I could say about most massage professionals I've been with. (Maybe Jessica is simply better than most at talking while concentrating on her work.) Most importantly, I feel like I have a new body - she eliminated my pain. I'll definitely return to this one.

There are so many spas. But, it's hard to find the one right for myself cause I am a bit picky that I have been getting the massages on regular based all over the states, countries. However, I FOUND ONE!!! I must shout out Elment Spa is the place that you can get world class services. Brian and Amber are the greatest people who truly passionate what they do this community. Great services with the decent prices so as the convenient hours/ location. Love it

I absolutely do NOT reccomend having any spa services done here. I booked a very nice spa package for my mother's 55th birthday and I sincerely wish I had never done so. Four days before the appointment even occurred they called and moved it from the scheduled time of 11:00-3:00 PM to 12:00-4:00 PM. This should have been my first red flag that they did not value a customer's time. I dropped my mother off the day of the appointment, which was to include a 60 minute massage, 60 minute facial, and an organic mani/pedi, in hopes she would have a relaxing day. She started with a manicure and the nail artist barely even treated her hands. All that occurred was a trim and file before attempting to apply a polish. When polishing her nails, the artist never even bothered to remove my mom's old nail polish prior. Luckily my mom spoke up and the artist went to get acetone to clean the nails properly before painting. After her hands, my mom was to be treated to a pedicure. Firstly, the spa tried to tell her they had no hot water for the foot bath so a cold one would have to do. When she inquired further about this the spa said "it was a county issue and they would be out on Monday to look at it" and there was nothing the spa could do. Let's take a step back from the experience at hand and analyze this blatant lie. 1) This spa is inside resort style indoor HEATED water park.... you can't tell me you don't have hot water. 2) Hot water is not the county's issue. If you don't have it it is because YOU'RE equipment is broke! My mom brought the aforementioned points up very calmly to the spa personnel and after approximately 15 minutes, what do ya know, hot water was available :) (yes, sarcasm intended here). The pedicure service was also lack luster and only consisted of a brief exfoliation scrub (less than a minute per leg) and a poorly done coat of polish. There was no calf massage, deep exfoliation of the pads, careful trimming of the toes, or buffing that occurred. So then the spa sends my mom to a back room to "sit and let her toes dry." Well she spent 45 minutes in this room and not a single person offered her a drink of water or a snack, not to meantion it was now going on 2:45 PM and she still had two 60-minute procedures left that were supposed to be done by 4:00 PM. Clearly annoyed at this point my mom left the room and went to the front desk to ask for at least a drink. The staff was very rude about the request, acting as if it was a huge innconvience for them and like it was out-of-line for my mom to have left the room. They got her a drink and shuffled her back as quickly as possible, saying she was mistaken about the whole time frame and that the appointment was until 5:00 PM. Another HUGE lie on the staff's part. My mom tried to be patient and wait it out, but after another 15 minutes in the room alone she was fuming and ended up leaving the spa without her massage or her facial. This was a huge waste of money, time, and effort and only resulted in skyrocketing my mother's blood pressure for the day. I am very disappointed that I sent my mother there and nearly feel guilty for doing so. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else for your relaxation needs.

First time getting a massage. I went for a 90 minute stix and stone massage. This was probably a bit over the top for a first timer, but I had a huge knot in my back that was killing me for a few days before making the appointment. The stix part can be a little hard to endure when requesting deep pressure as a first timer, but I knew what the benefits would be if I stuck it out. The women working on me was like a ninja, not only hitting the knot I was aching over but finding a relieving the many more I had hiding. And not only did she find them in my back but my calfs as well. You should try a massage at least once in your life and this would be a good place to do it, quite place, comfortable rooms, quilty work. Seriously why are you still reading this, set up an appointment.

I was impressed with the experience from start to finish. I was greeted by Kelly who was kind and helped me get settled. The facilities were clean and peaceful. They recommend you come early to change into your robe and relax, and during this time I enjoyed some tea and yummy granola mix offered by the spa. I had an aromatherapy massage with Heather. Heather was lovely. I loved the warm towels used during the massage and the heated table. After the treatment, they set you up with a foot soak bath and offer you water/tea/granola. I didn't get the name of the lady who who assisted with the foot bath and beverages, but she was also so kind and on top of things. The locker room has a personal locker, showers with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, bathroom, hairdryer and some personal care products for use if desired. I hope to come back for another wonderful experience and wished I lived closer!

Enjoyed a wonderful spa massage here today! Incredibly relaxing atmosphere and nice employees. I especially enjoyed Ashley who did my massage, it was the best I have experienced. She was really nice and very talented. If you are looking to wind down and enjoy yourself this is a great place to do it!

I scheduled a Neuromuscular (deep tissue) massage with Brian and a Balancing and Purifying facial with Candace. This was my first time coming to this Spa, I can’t rave enough about the amazing services and the friendly receptionist. Brian was so friendly and made me comfortable and relaxed the entire time - I left feeling like a puddle. Candace was also very friendly and walked me through the steps of my facial and gave insight as to what my acne is probably caused by. she recommended I use one of the products they sell.. I gave it a try and it has worked wonders on my skin in just over a week! I will definitely be back.

Massage was ok. I got the deep therapeutic massage and it wasn't deep at all. I didn't like the fact that soon as it was over and I got dressed I was sent back out front and soon as I came through the door the lady asked..how much of a tip am I leaving. I told her can I have a minute to relax before you ask for a tip. I didn't get to sit in the relaxing room before or after was just sent out to the front wasn't a relaxing experience at all...

I was very pleased with my experience at Elements! The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing. I had a facial with Andie which was divine! She consulted with me first to be sure she addressed all my skin care needs and provided thorough education on the products to best suite me. My massage with Brian was top notch! I drive an hour one way just to visit this spa! I work on cars for a living and my body takes a good beating between lifting heavy things, standing for hours cold/hot weather. I come here at least once a month for my "body" tune up lol. I usually get the hot stone massage with a deep tissue massage. Most of the time I'm awake when I get massaged but these guys put me into a relaxation zone. After the massage I'm so relaxed and feel like a car with a fresh oil change and tune up. Untill next month!

She scheduled my wedding day appointments with Vanessa, who was both my hair stylist and make-up artist. I couldn't have been happier! Vanessa picked a hair style that was elegant, sophisticated and absolutely beautiful and I received so many compliments about my hair that day! My make-up was flawless. She made me look stunning! Bought this for my birthday as a special treat. The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I purchased the aromatherapy massage which I did find relaxing. I'm used to deep tissue massages so this was different, but it was still great. My masseuse was very nice as well. I felt relaxed after my appointment.
